Iphone 5c assistance doubt

Hi all,
After 5 months of struggle with my carrier over a faulty huawei phone, I got them to refund me. I had to use the refund in their store so I though the best way avoiding dealing with them again was to buy an apple product as it is known for having a pretty good customer service.
So about a month I got a brand new green 5C and became a happy smartphone owner again (5 months with a borrowed phone is very annoying).
But now my iphone's screen is clicking when pressed. It started on the bottom left and has now spread to the middle. So I guess I have to take it back.
My question is,am I required to go the carrier's store or can use one of the Apple certified stores available in the city. As you can imagine I will try to avoid going back to the carrier at all cost.
Note: There are no official Apple stores available.

I used assistive touch to turn off my iphone, because my lock screen button is not working, so now i cant turn it back on! What i did was, i went to assistive touch, then i held down the lock screen button to turn it off. Now i can't turn it back on.

To turn it back on when you use assistive touch, all you have to do is plug your iphone into a charger and it will power back on

I buy an simlock-free iPhone 3G S in Brussels, Belgium for €512. I purchase the TomTom navigational iPhone application on the App Store so that I don't have to rely on an expensive Belgian mobile provider to get continuous access to Google Maps. I use this iPhone with a standard voice+data plan.
Suppose I drive a 300 km south to Paris, France. I use my iPhone with the TomTom app to negotiate the Parisian roads.
Question: will the GPS unit of my (future) iPhone 3G S be able to find its position on its own without relying on a paid data connection? (even if it takes a while)

To answer your question, yes it will work. (Just may take more time to acquire sats, like a normal GPS.) Also, I just tried it by removing my SIM and turning off Wifi.
What Ian said is not quite correct. Assisted GPS does use the network connection and uses either the cell towers or wifi access points (Skyhook.com has more info) to locate you. It uses the SSID of these wifi networks whether or not they are password protected, but needs to exchange this data with Apple/skyhook to figure out where you are, and it does this over a network connection (or wifi, I believe.)

Iphone 5 assistance

I'm having multiple issues with my iPhone 5. Issue one-it will not sync playlists anymore. Issue two-when connected to Windows 8 computer, it deletes half of the apps. Issue three-when connected to the computer, it cannot find certain apps. I've tried restoring and doing a hard reset to no avail. It is completely updated, any help appreciated.

IPad & iPhone sync assistance request

I purchased an iPad yesterday, but when setting it up I, by mistake, clicked "set up as new iPad" when I should have selected "restore from iCloud back up" so all of my info (music, pics, etc) would have synced to show up on my iPad as well. Does anyone know how to get back to the original settings, so that when I turn on the iPad it will be brand new again, & I can select "restore from iCloud back up"?
I have tried to "restore" but it just restarts, it doesn't give me those options again.
Also, I am logged in on my iTunes account but it is not syncing anything.

If you want to restore from an iCloud backup, you have to erase the iPad and start all over again. There is no way to get to the iCloud backup without erasing the device.
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. Then you start all over again setting up the iPad via WiFi and you can restore from the iCloud backup, if one is available.

Ilegal iPhones in Qatar ?? and no tech assistance??

I bought a iPhone 4 in Carrefour, Doha, Qatar.
Now I have a problem, ( some times wen I'm in a call people can't hear me ).
The iPhone is still under warranty.
After going to Apples site I found that the authorized technical assistance is Vodafone Qatar.
I take the iPhone to Vodafone and the technician there tells me that the iPhone as a problem on the microphone BUT they can not do any thing because the serial number is associated to some provider in HongKong and not to Vodafone Qatar.
So Carrefour is selling ILEGAL iPhones in Qatar ?? and because of this I have no assistance????
After this I take the iPhone back to Carrefour, they say that Carrefour is not giving warranty on hardware problem.
Please help me solve this problem.
What should a do, were can I take the iPhone for assistance?

The only authorized seller of iPhones in Qatar is Vodaphone, and Vodaphone Qatar will provide service only for iPhones officially sold in Qatar. iPhones sold in another country will only be serviced in that country (except for iPhones sold in the European Union which can be services in any EU country).
If the iPhone was indeed originally sold in Hong Kong, you will have to send it back to a friend or relative in Hong Kong who could then take or send it to an authorized service center for warranty assistance.
Sorry, but this is the sort of problems you can run into when you purchase from unauthorized sources.

I have an I phone 5 I have tried putting music on and it's not showing on my music app but in iTunes it shows the music has been transferred to the phone.
I have also purchased an album with the phone and still won show up say that there is no content can someone help or let me know what I'm doing wrong ?

I suggest a few things for this situation.Steps 1, 3, and 5, from the iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant, found here specifically http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/assistant/phone/#section_1.
If you get to step 3 then I recommend closing ALL the apps. Here is step 1 to get you started.
Restart iPhone
To restart iPhone, first turn iPhone off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider and iPhone will turn off after a few moments.
Next, turn iPhone on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Is iPhone not responding? To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If your device does not turn on or displays a red battery icon, try recharging next.

My iPhone 5 on iOS 6 uses 4x to 5x the data that was being used on my iPhone 4s. The old 4s and 3g (differnt numbers) seem to be OK. AT&T is getting rich off of the cellular data when in WIFI mode. How do I stop this?

ICloud on iPad and iPhone GarageBand

Hi,
A week ago or so, suddenly my iPad and iPhone Garageband Apps lost conenction with my iCloud and all the Garage Band Projects I had stored there.
The App kept saying: connecting with iCloud but never connected.
I decided to delete and reinstall the App in both devices, but onece done so, it was not fixed.
Even worse: The iPhone App is not working anymore. It starts, stays on a black screen for a while and it closes.
The iPad new instal works, but still does not connect with my iCloud files.
What is wrong with all this? I hope I can recover my work stored on the iCloud.

See if there is an updated version of the app on your iPhone.
Open the App Store and tap Updates. If updates are available, tap Update All. iPhone will then download and install the app updates.
