Iphone 5c screen popped out and i cant figure out if my iphone is under warranty

In November the phone was purchased but when plugged into computer the phone does not turn on. Also the phone was not backed up to the computer is there any other way if we can figure if this phone is under warranty. We are not sure if it is or not because the carrier did not ask if they wanted a warranty

The warranty for the iPhone is 1 year.

Settings - General - Reset - Erase All Content and Settings.

I just downloaded the latest itunes and i cant figure out how to update my iphone apps on my computer now. I go to the toolbar on the top and press search for updates and it tells me that the latest version of itunes is already downloaded or that there are no updates available at this time. Previously, i would be able to go to the apps page on itunes and then press search for updates and then download all. Then I would sync with my phone and both phone and computer would be updated. Now I can only update on the phone and I know Im going to encounter where it tells me the info for downloading is too large to do it on your phone, hence my first question.....where do I go to update my apps on my computer????

While you're in itunes, with the leftside window open, click on Apps. Then, look across the top middle of your itunes screen. You will see several choices: All, Iphone/iPad Touch, Ipad, Ipod Games, List, and Updates.
Clicking on each of these gives you a different view.
When you select ALL you will see all of your apps. When you select Updates you sill see only the apps that need to be updated. When you are in Updates you will see the Update button in the lower right corner.

Did you enable Siri in settings?
Settings > General > Siri > ON
If Siri is off, all you get when pressing the home button for 1 second is the old Voice Control.

Apple does not repair smashed phones. It will replace the phone with another iPhone 3G as an out of warranty exchange for 199.00 USD.
You should check with your carrier to see if you are eligible for a subsidized iPhone 4. It may cost you the same as the out of warranty replacement for a phone almost 3 generations old.

Create a parent folder on your computer to store the named folders of photos that you want transferred to your iPhone. Under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes, select the parent folder. All named folders of photos within will be transferred to your iPhone as separate folders or albums.
Regarding your 2nd question, this should be easy. Your contacts should be available on your computer with or without an iPhone or any cell phone, which can be lost or stolen.

You have to "activate" it with a computer having iTunes loaded. (Or have the apple store activate it for you)
You would connect the iPad to the computer's USB port with the supplied cable.
The itunes will walk you through the process with messages.
Then, you can explore and add music and apps with itunes or download them from the itunes store.
One way to get good training is to find someone with an iPhone or ipod touch and let them give you a few minutes of training.
Or take it to an apple store and ask for a quick demo.

Are you referring to mirroring or you just unable to set up homesharing.
