Iphone 5c touchscreen wont work properly until i press the top power button on then off??
If i leave me phone for a while or even a fe mins sometimes then try to enter my 4 digits password to get into my phone it fails to respond to any touches at all...once i press the top power screen to take it away from the lock sreen then press it once more to go to the lock screen its totally fine and everything works as normal?
Anyone know why this is happening and how i can sort it...its annoying me and should be like this..thanks

VKThe Mophie Air is a good battery case, but doesn't offer the protection she's looking for. I suggest sticking to the Lifeproof, the iPhone has a very good battery (2-3 days moderate usage for me).
To your 2nd to last paragraph, that is false. Verizon is allowing exisiting customers to keep Unlimited Data - but will lose it once they use a subsidized upgrade. So if you buy a 4S (or LTE device for example) outright, you will keep unlimited data. Mobile hotspot may use up a bit of data, but it is a separate add-on/feature. The new Family Share plans may change that, so it's one giant center of data all devices use. -

yes, your option is as limited as getting it into the hands of an apple store employee (or if you have to ship it.. if there is not a store close by)
My wife's old 3G had this problem, it is a battery issue. They replaced my wife's iphone within a day, but I'm not confident any amount of user troubleshooting will fix your problem -
The power button on the top of my iPod touch no longer works. I cannot turn my iPod on or off. How do I fix this problem or figure out what caused this to happen?
- When you depress the button does it feel like it is working? Could something gotten in the space and jammed the button?
- Can you reset the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Have you tried restoring the iPod from backup via iTunes on your computer.
- Next would be to restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod

iPad wont turn on anymore even i press the home + power button (sleep/wake), nor even if i plug it with the orig. usb to the pc and to the charger! It doesnt respond to anything!. To simplify my problem, heres what i have done:
* I let it plug into the wall charger (original)OVERNIGHT, - nothing happens
* I plug it into the PC connect with iTunes (latest), - nothing happens, iTunes did not detect the iPad mini
* i press the home + power button for more than 10 minutes - nothing happens
* i have tried the dfu mode and nothing happens
Before this happened, the battery was at 43% then we tried to update it with IOS8 (so it was 2 weeks ago), since it alerted me that the battery will not suffice for the update process i cancelled the update ( the status was at "preparing update"). Then i put the iPad into the table.

My iPhone 3gs is not working properly and hasn't been since about September of last year. When switched on (Quite often it won't even turn on) it says 'Update Completed' as though it has just been updated. On the next screen it says to 'Connect to iTunes'. It doesn't, however, connect to iTunes and just resets itself over and over until power is gone. Occasionally after switching on and off a few times it functions normally for a few hours and some times even a couple of days but eventually always turns itself off and goes back to the 'Update Completed' screen. Does anyone know what might be causing this and/or a way of fixing it?

Sometimes I start to use the music app and then part way though a track it stops. I try to re-start it with no joy. I'm also finding the touch screen is less responsive. Can any help me fix the issue or will I need to take it into the store?Removing the SIM has no affect on the power of the phone. It is just the part that facilitates connecting to your carrier. Try holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo on the screen and then release the buttons. The phone should reboot. You may need to hold the buttons together for 15-30 seconds.

I am not able to open any app on my iphone. While i'm trying to open an app it just shake the screen and it does not open and remains in the same screen. It worked fine until I charged the phone this evening. After that suddenly I'm facing this. Please can anyone help me to recover this issue? pls!

IPhone sync no longer works properly
Hi Not sure what's gone wrong but syncing my iCal with my iPhone 3GS has always worked fine until the last week or so. Now any events I enter on my phone do not show in iCal on my Mac. Plus I am getting more than one copy of an event on my phone - in different calendar colours? I've even tried replacing iphone data with my Mac's data but this does not appear to make any difference?

I am trying to add a wireless printer to my MacBook Pro. It was working properly until we had to get a new modem. I have gone through the steps with the printer customer service rep, and it was working properly for one day. When I booted up the next morning, the printer was no longer "connected". It will work if I have the printer and computer connected, but I much prefer the wireless capability. Suggestions? The printer is a Brother MFC7860DW. The other laptop in the house (Dell) can print wirelessly so I don't think it's an issue with the modem or the printer.
