IPhone 5s can not airplay
Can anyone help,new iPhone 5s has no icon in corner when watching things,so unable to airplay to my Apple TV ?

You are correct, Blue tooth low engergy, BTLE.(only) devices are not backward compatible with Classic bluetooth and cannot connect.
However the Apple 4S and above have Bluetooth 4.0 support.. Hardware wise it has bothClassic Bluetooth, like the 3GS, as well as Bluetooth Low Energy. There is no good reason why your 4s cannot communicate to your Sony in-dash player using the Classic bluetooth that resides in the 4S.
I know that this does not answer the why it does not work, but it should work. Do you have to somehow re-pair the new phone up to the player? Not knowing the model of the Sony it is hard to investigate.
And I hate to ask but are you sure that the Bluetooth radio is on in the phone?

Is your iPhone connected to your computer using the lightning cable or are you doing WiFi sync?
Sometimes the iPhone doesn't show up in the side bar if you're using WiFi syncing, if its not working, then be connected to your WiFi on your phone and on your computer (Same network) let me know how it's going, if it doesn't work still. Turn your phone off and on again and put in your pass code then try to sync it (keep your phone unlocked and not in sleep mode) tel me if it appears in the side bar. -

Can only be done if your carrier offers blacklisting. Some do, some don't. So, report the loss to your carrier. If your carrier does not offer blacklisting, the phone can be restored & reactivated.
Apple does not maintain a database of lost/stolen Apple products & will not help you in anyway to locate your phone or block it. -

Error 1 or -1 indicates a serious hardware issue.
Take the device to Apple or whomever provides hardware support in your country for evaluation and likely replacement. -
I have an app called ipieta which was originally downloaded onto an ipod. I gave the ipod to someone else, but now that I've had the iphone I can not get the audio even though it is downloaded into itunes music like it said to do. It won't work. I've tried more than several times to get help but nothing helps. Do I need to deauthorize the ipod or perhaps erase all the downloaded ipieta stuff and start over?

I need an answer ASAPIf you've downloaded them directly on that device, or synced them to it from your computer's iTunes (you can't redownload ringtones), then you should be able to assign them to an event via Settings > Sounds or to a contact in the Contacts app (tap the Edit button on the contact that you want to set the tone for).

When you say it "can not scan any wifi network" do you mean it is not detecting Wi-Fi networks?
Is Wi-Fi turned on in Settings > General > Wi-Fi?
Have you tried Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings?
Is it just the home network that the device will not connect to? or any network? -

The iPhone 4S comes automatically loaded with iOS 5, and any updates after iOS 5.0 can be completed directly from on the phone in Settings > General > Software Update. If you are having trouble using iTunes to update software, I suggest you reset iTunes so that you can pair your phone to the computer again, because if you can't see the serial number and capacity, that generally means your phone isn't paired. For any problems this doesn't fix, please contact Apple directly through their automated help line, 1(800)MYAPPLE. -

GavinHaving the same issue. Iphone 4 at 5.0.1, Itunes at 10.5.1 iMac at 10.7.2. Synch session fails to start either wi fi or USB connected. Don't know if it is related, but since turning on Match the Music app crashes on the iPhone. No problems on iPad 1, though

I presume you mean that you have a passcode to the screen lock that you've forgotten. If that is correct, you will need to restore the iPhone from the computer to which the iPhone is synced. For information and instructions, see:
