I damaged my phone and i'd like to know if i can swap it and pay 200$ at any apple store in the world?
This policy is applied in the US and Canada. Does it apply in Barcelona too?

Apple worldwide through their Apple Store Genius bars offer out of warranty exchange service ,for iPhones purchased in the Country of that Store
If your iPhone came from Spain (or another EU country) then you can exchange a defective iPhone for a factory refurbished unit ,identical to the donor for Euros 249 over the counter for an iPhonre 5S
This only applies to an iPhone purchased in Spain (or EU ) but not if it came from another country ,as in US

No. but you can sell it privately and use the proceeds towards a newer used model.

HT201401 have damaged iphone 6 that I replaced with a new one and need to know how to transfer from the old to the new phone.

I dropped my original iPhone 6 and thus crushed the glass cover. I purchased a replacement, same model iPhone 6 128mg, and I've restored from my backup in iTunes and iCloud but now after updating the new phone it displays an error that the states can't restore because 'find my iphone" is on. I disabled this on the new phone as well as the damaged one, is it possible I'm missing something?

What exactly are you doing when you get that message? That should only occur if you are trying to restore it via iTunes (and you can only restore from iCloud or iTunes, not both).
Also, don't post your personal information like your email address on this forum. That's not only a violation of the Terms of Use of this forum, but also an unwise idea to give out your email address (and possibly Apple ID) to complete strangers.

Does the rubber covering can be replaced with a new one?

Early this morning my macbook's rubber cover is lifted by itself and somehow expanded because it won't fit anymore. What should I do? It really looks ugly because I can the see metal plate. I tried to search the net about this issue but I can't find an answer. I'm thinking of having it replaced with a rubber cover but I'm not sure where I can find one. Thank you for your help.

If yu turned on the FindMyiPod feature in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud, sign in and go to FindMyiPhone.

I read the link you send me and thanks, but the thing is that I still can't get into my Adobe Id, because when I try they ask me to reset my password in an email they will send me to my old account and there is the problem, because I don't have acces to that old acount, [email protected]
now this is my new email, because the las one it was hacked and I just can't get back to it.
So I would like to have access to my account and update this new email account, to have acces to my CC account.

The genius bar folks will be glad to help...and if you have backed up your iPhone in iCloud they will restore the backup to the replacement iPhone for you while you wait.
Call or email for an appointment, you don't want to add to your frustration by standing around waiting for someone to get free to help you.
