IPhone 5s : I can't make any purchases
I Make a purchase and download the game. The mail that I paid never came. Now my card is declined. now I can't do anything. Not even updates in apps. I try anything. Please help!!!
The card is valid and I check my account settings. I paid another apps
before without problem. When I switch my phone ( from 5c to 5s ) I can't do
any purchase.

Can't make any purchase from the AppStore even if it is free ,It always tells me error has occurred. This happens since I upgraded to Mavericks,, Could you please helpLaunch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting. -
I'm apple user. some one has hacked my user ID profile & has changed my security questions. Also hacker has give rescue email , which is absolutely unknown to me.Resultantly i can't make any purchase from apple. How apple can help me.
Thanks in anticipation.You will need to contact Support in your country to get the security questions reset (these are user-to-user forums) : Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security (if your account's password has been changed then they should also be able to reset that for you)
When they've been reset you can then use the steps on this page to change the rescue email address to an account that you have access to, for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses -

I was given an Itunes giftcard awhile ago and immedietly put the credit on my itunes account. when i tried to make a purchase i was prompted to input my Apple ID and password which wasnt a problem. after that i was told i needed to anwser my security questions. the problem is i dont know the anwsers. You see, i made the account when i was a lot younger and i suppose i just selected random questions, thinking i wouldnt ever need this again. Is there any way to change the security questions? I tried using the recovery email but unfortunatly im not sure what that is either. I would really like to use my giftcard, but i cant make any purchases. is there any way to get out of this predicament?

I'm trying to make purchases in itunes but once I type in my apple id and password it prompts me to answer two security questions. I don't recall ever setting this up and now I can't make purchases because I don't know the answers. Read article on rescue email address and id security questions and this was no help. Doesn't prompt me anywhere to set up the rescue email. HELP!!!

Again, you are not allowed to use the US iTunes Store from outside of the US. Nor are some of the apps you mentioned - probably not any that provide any sort of live game coverage, anyway - licensed for use outside the US and may not work elsewhere.
If you are in Brazil, the Brazilian iTunes Store is the only one you are allowed to use. There's nothing more we can say on the subject.
