My voice command and voice to text isnt picking up anything since I switched to ios 7.1
Is there any way to go back to ios7
I just downloaded it yesterday.
Downgrading has never been supported.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

I'm attempting to delete music from my iPhone 4 (iOS7). When I connect it to iTunes, and the music shows up, I delete the music from the phone. When I disconnect the phone, the music is still there. The same thing happens if I try to sync the phone before disconnecting. I have "manually manage music" checked. Additionally, when I reconnect my iPhone, the music I "deleted" from it when it was previously connected to iTunes no longer appears, preventing me from trying to delete it again.
I know I can swipe left on each song to delete it on my phone, and I have been, but that takes a long time when you're trying to delete everything on your iPhone.

I was talking to the Apple support and they said to join a chat. I am trying to sync my iPhone 4s iOS7 to my friend's library but the sync says its goes through (it goes through the six steps of syncing) but none of the songs go onto my iPhone. I put the sidebar on iTunes up and dragged the Music bar onto the bar that says Katie's iPhone. I then clicked down on the drop down for music under Katie's iPhone and the list of songs came up with dotted gray circles next to them. The circles are not filling up so the songs are not downloading on to my phone. Please help me download these songs onto my phone. Thank you

My mom updated her iPhone to iOS7, and now she has my contacts. Does this mean that she has access to all of my photos as well? How can she 'unlink' our phones? Or, is there anyway that I can get my stuff to disappear from her phone? We share iTunes account so I think we are both on the same iCloud.
Welcome to the Apple Community.
If you are using the same ID as a primary iCloud login, then yes she can see your photos in photostream if you have it enabled.
You can use the same ID for iTunes so you can share all your purchases, but you need different ID's for iCloud.
Unfortunately, the mess caused by sharing the ID, will need to be sorted manually, once you both have your own ID's. -
I have updated to iTunes 11.1, and the iPhone to iOS7. I have check the cable, and even tried a brand new cable.

The Sync starts and finsihes but no changes are made to the content on the iphone. No files transfer. Tried both wifi and cable sync.Sorry, but this doesn't work either. Thank you for the response though.
I originally tried the Manually Manage Music and Videos and even though I selected what I wanted to copy and then clicked the Sync button.....nothing gets copied over. I then tried copying over my entire library (and I expected the phone to explode since my library is HUGE) and clicked the Sync button....nothing got copied over.
I have uninstalled iTunes, reinstalled iTunes (and lost half my library thank you Apple).
I have deleted my iPhone backup.
I have updated my iTunes (not that there were any new updates).

I have changed and tested every single setting, every which way possible and NOTHING works.
I can sync movies, pictures, apps - no problem whatsoever. But music? Forget it.
I hate the iPhone and I won't recommend it to ANYONE. All I wanted was an all-in-one device to make my life easier and this is NOT IT! This should not be this hard and as far as I'm concerned, Apple failed BIG TIME. -

If you are in the Philippines, check to see if the country is changed in the iTunes Store settings on the iOS device. These steps will show you how to change the preference.
Change your iTunes Store country
Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. TapSettings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.

IPhone with iOS7 is no longer detected in iCloud... "you must be signed into iOS8 to see devices"
I have an iPhone with iOS7, but the device is no longer detected in iCloud. iCloud is set up on my device, it used to detect it... now it says "you must be signed into iOS8 to see devices." Is there a way to detect an iPhone with iOS7 without upgrade?
Simple solution may be to upgrade iOS, but I just lost my phone, and am trying to use 'find my iPhone' feature but my iPhone is not even recognized as a device I own in the iCloud. What about the backup of everything I have on my iPhone that was supposed to be stored in the iCloud?? Please help!(By the way, I should have pointed out in my earlier posting that I'm running OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 on my Mac). I Just installed latest Yosemite update while my iPhone was switched off, and when my Mac restarted, the 'iPhone Cellular Calls' checkbox in the FaceTime preferences was checked and the problem was therefore solved. Switched on my iPhone, still fine. Relief.

New iPhone 5s/iOs7 Won't Send Text Messages to 4s/iOs 6.1
Hello,
My husband got a new iPhone 5s (iOs7) yesterday and when he sends a text message to my 4s (iOs 6.1), I don't get it. On his screen, the texts from him are blue. If he holds down the message and sends as text, I get them, and on my screen they are white.
I did do a bit of research and tried resetting the network settings and turning on SMS but it didn't work at all.
Can anyone give me a hand please? The poor man has been dealing with a belligerent, messed up Android phone for months, waiting to get this iPhone and now we can't text each other :-P Is this something we will have to live with until Apple fixes it?

Which type of messages are you having a problem with, iMessages (blue) or SMS (green)? Or both? -
If someone could help me out with this that would be great. I updated my iPhone to iOS7 on Wednesday September 18th, 2013. My messages always got sent to my iMessage on the MacBook before without any problems. But, eversince the update I don't get my texts sent to my computer anymore. I actually use the IMessage on my laptop to text sometimes and find it very useful. Anyway, my contact shows up on IMessage now as my email that I use for iCloud as well as my Apple Account. I just find it aggravating when I send a text from iMessage and it comes up as my email account. Is there any way to fix it so that my messages will get sent to my iMessage on my phone as well as the iMessage here on my macbook as well? Please help me. Thank you!
Do you mean when you say its locked to another carrier other then the one im using, that maybe my insurance sent me an iphone thats for a different network for example orange and not mine which is o2?

I am unable to Send E-mail via Default mail app in my iphone. IOS7, i have account of icloud, Gmail, Microsoft all the account are well added, i can recieve e-mails but the massage i send is never sent
Turns out this was a simple set up error for me, although i'd set up mobile me to sync my e mails I had never set up my outgoing message server. Therefore, if I received a message from me.com I could reply no problem, however if the message came from aol.com I couldn't reply.

Can't save photos in iPhone after iOS7 upgrade
I updated my iPhone to iOS7 and am not able to save pictures contained in emails I receive to my photos. The option to "save image" is there but does nothing when I click on it. Any fixes?

my wifi doesnt work... go to setting....then wifi... then its show in grey colour ... that doesnt work neither on nor off.... (iphone 4 ios7)

I just updated my iphone to ios7 and I keep getting stuck at the 'Set up your iPhone' screen. I click 'Restore from Itunes Backup', but it only ends up restarting after restoring and fails to get past the 'Set up your iPhone' screen. Any ideas?
Normally, I would suggest restoring the iPad and uninstall and reinstall iTunes but you have done both of those things - more times than you ever imagined!
Have you thought about turning auto syncing off?
Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Click on Edit. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
If you do this you can backup the iPad right away before it syncs. You may want to go into all of the iTunes tabs and just make sure that all of the current content on the iPad is selected to sync before you actually do sync.
This doesn't solve the problem, but it would prevent the automatic sync and erasing content. Hopefully, in the next few days- when iOS 5 is released - you will also be relieved of this weird iPad behavior - since the iOS devices are supposed to become PC free.
BTW - and this is no excuse for what you are experiencing, but I have found that some of the game apps that I had on my iPad turned out to be quite troublesome and after I removed them, my problems went away. I know that is almost sacrilege with regard to the Angry Birds addiction .... But I'm just saying ... -

Chris thanks for your reply, if none of the Do Not Disturb settings are switched on - then am I right that this setting will have no effect. I.e. I want my phone to ring at all times, so have turned off all of the do not disturb settings
