IPhone 5s is getting Hot and Warm

One week before I bought new iPhone 5s (32 GB), when I am using calles through 4G, after 10 Mns my phone is getting very hot.
What will be the reasong
Please advice

Take it in for servicing/repair. It has a hardware issue.

Well that would depend on what exactly you're doing with your phone while it gets hot.

I would contact applecare about this issue. a hot phone is not normal , a warm phone is.
but if you contact applecare that way you have a record of the issue incase it gets worse in the future.

you should avoid keeping it in extreme temperatures, use it as little as possible, and avoid overcharging which means that you should unplug your iphone as soon as it hits 100% battery

- Try another cable. Some 5G iPods were shipped with Lightning cable that were either initially defective or failed after short use.
- Try another charging source
- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. I suspect a hardware problem due to the hotness. If iTunes can't see the iPod then uor only hope if to contact a data recovery company for getting data off the iPod. Given that it's only 3 months old and was brand new, you are covered by warranty. You need to take it to whoever you bought it from as they are the servicer of your warranty.

You didn't buy an 'unlocked' iPhone 3GS - you bought a 'hacked' one.
Updating to iOS 5 removed the hack and the unofficial unlock.
All you can do is try to find out which network the phone is locked to and ask them if they can unlock it properly.
Otherwise, sell it or throw it away and buy an officially unlocked phone from an official source.
