Iphone 5s new charger from apple now working
So I received my iPhone 5s in December as a Christmas present. It is only a month old and I have all the original cords and chargers. Yet somehow after only being a month old I find myself having to contorts the charger into mysterious angles to barely keep my phone alive. Is there any solution to this problem? I have already taken out my Sim card and restarted my phone
The SIM card has nothing to do with charging the iPhone.
All package contents are included with the iPhone's warranty.
Call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby.

Ask Apple directly when you go into the store to purchase your iPhone 6. Also, be aware that the T-Mobile iPhone 6 is contract free, but NOT unlocked. Apple is not selling the unlocked versions of the iPhone 6 or 6+ yet in the US. -

Yes, any local Apple retailer. You would have received a receipt via email when you made your online purchase. If you can't find it then you can log into your Apple store account to find your list of purchases and obtain a copy of the purchase receipt. If you have the iPad with you and have already registered it with Apple, then the retailer can verify the purchase using the iPad's serial number.

It's covered under the same warranty as the phone. So long as it's not physically damaged, they should replace it for you.

I have an iPhone and when I got it, I had a Toshiba laptop. Now I have a MacBook Pro, but when I try to wi-fi sync my iphone and new computer, it doesn't work because on my iphone it is still trying to sync with my old computer. How I can fix this?
Move the content from the old computer to the new computer.
Sync the iPhone via cable to the new computer and enable Wi-Fi syncing.
It should now be possible to sync via Wi-Fi to the new computer. -

yes, the charger was working before.
so far i have:
1. updated my software
2. updated to battery 1.2
3. took off the "duck" plug and used the macbook pro cord that was provided
4. checked and cleaned the pins on the magsafe
5. checked and cleaned the magsafe port

I bought iphone 5s device only from apple and used my o2 sim for sometime, now I want to use 3 sim, can I replace the sim directly or anything Apple has to do on my device?
Yes, I bought iPhone 5s from Apple.com/uk and paid full price(no contracts, not pay as you go). From your reply I take it that it wont be locked on O2 even though my first sim used on the device was on O2. This is helpful to know, I will change it with a new sim from 3 and see (definitely will switch off while doing so). Thanks for your suggestion. After changing the sim probably in a few days time, I will confirm to you again.

they said leap year added extra day so too late out of warrenty, sorry but can sell you new one i called apple said same , a company that big should take care of customers the origanel receipt should of said under date of purchess warrnty to end date following year,That's strange, because no where in the iPhone's limited warranty does it state "365 days", but it does state 1 year. I think the only way they could get out of that is because of the battery, which is not covered by the warranty. HOWEVER, it is stated on AT&T's website that claims are handled from 31-365 days, which would explain why the Apple people acted as such. I know you have Verizon, but since it is (essentially) the same device, it's under the same warranty.

Many people have had stories about issues happening as soon as their warranty expires, with products in general.
I'd just consider upgrading, and selling your old one. -
I recently got a new iPad from Apple, everything was stored to the cloud now I have set up new iPad i have nothing. Apps can b replaced pics cannot. Can anyone help me please?
Sorry to read about this. A relative had a similar experience. Just a few things she was told to do. Hopefully one will get your content back. Make sure you are logged in to the same Apple Account the last iPad was. You should have a recent backup that can be downloaded to have your new iPad look like the one you replaced. When I changed from one iPad to another I used my last backup and all my apps and photos reloaded with no issues. This was done over wifi.
Another way is connecting your iPad to a computer that is logged into your iTunes account. It will show what backups you have available to download To your iPad. Again hopefully a recent backup was made of your iPad with all your most recent content.
In my cloud settings I made sure any photos I took were uploaded to the cloud to be downloaded automatically to my iPhone and visa versa.
If you had your photos setup to be uploaded to the cloud they should still be there. You just need to be logged into your Apple ID and your new iPad and I see no reason you cannot access them. Hopefully it is a simple fix.

haha, so now i'm thinking. I'm learning the terminal as fast as i can but there are several lines of codes and commands in there that throws up red flags to me that i don't fully understand. This is a user-to-user support site not a place to reach techs. You can make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and see if you can do an out-of-warranty replacement or you can use a 3rd party repair site.
