Iphone 5s Non-build in apps crashing

I installed few free apps like whatsApp and viber etc on my new iphone 5s and they stoped working and any other non-builtin apps . When I launch them they open for 2 second and back to home screen. I have tried all means like - reinstall the apps. reset the device with hard reset as well. I am not sure what went wrong.

iPhone 4s with ios6 all apps crashing after opening. Yesterday my phone started to crash. Everytime i started whatsapp or others, it stars working at first than goes back main screen. Resetted the device by pushing home and lock buttons. Nothing happened. Tried to format and it's worked again. But i don't want to set my phone from beginning. When i restored from backups nothing happened. Only hard format fixed. what else can i do with this situation ?

Try restoring it but set it up as a new iPhone this time. If that does not work then bring it to Apple.

IPhone 3gs 3.0.1 Apps Crash on startup

I upgraded my iPhone 3gs to the newest firmware 3.0.1 earlier this week. Everything seemed to go well until I tried to launch my USA Today app and it crashed. I tried a few more apps and they all crashed too. I figured no big deal I will just back up and restore the phone and things will be fine. I ran the restore and then I sync'd my apps back on and the problem is still the same. Native apps work fine like Safari and Stocks but all third party apps crash on start up. I poked around and everyones advice was to restore. If anyone has another suggestion short of going to the Genius Bar(can't make it there until atleast Saturday) I would appreciate it! I too am having the same issue. However I thought it was my fault. When taking pictures (before the update) the camera would not save them. You could see the picture in the icon but you could not view it. This lead me to update my phone. During the update my computer crashed (Thanks Wondows) causing me to have to restore my iPhone. After the update was installed I could not restore it from my backup and instead it did a full manufacturer restore. So 3 hours later I started the synch to get my apps back on already knowing that I would have to reorganize them since they are now in alphabetical order. Only when I went to open one it would not open. My phone had the complete restore (not by choice) and I have tried the suggestions of uninstalling one app AND I downwloaded a free one and still no luck. Looks like this is not just a flaw but a HUGE screwup and it needs to be fixed soon. Perhaps version 3.0.2 should be developped and released

IPhone 5, 6.1- random apps crashes

I have an iPhone 5 with 6.1 iOS, since I got the iPhone 5 I had random crashes of apps, I thought that the update 6.1 will fix it but it doesn't so anyone knows how I can I fix it? I don't have jailbreak and all the apps are from the AppStore.
It's the first time I have an iPhone which means that I'm newbie so if you can pleas tell me in details what should I do.

iTunes Match used to crash my iPhone 4 music app on a regular basis. 6.0.0 fixed that but as of 6.0.1 it's back and even worse than before.. Any suggestions?

All non-native iPad apps crashing

Hi,
Yesterday out of the blue all of my non-native apps starting crashing as soon as they were opened. The only apps that were spared were Numbers and Keynote. Pages is having the problem too and I'm reluctant to delete it and reinstall because I have some useful files stored in it.
Has anyone else had this problem?

IPhone 6 shutting down when apps crash

Some of my apps are crashing and causing the iPhone to shut down and then I have to hold the button for it to reboot. I tried deleting and reinstalling the apps that are causing the crashes but that didn't work. I have the same apps on my iPad which also has iOS 8 but the problem isn't happening on the iPad only the iPhone does anybody have any thoughts?

IOS 8.2 on both Iphone and Ipad rebooting. Apps Crash

I updated both my Iphone 6 and my Ipad 3 to 8.2. Now both intermittently goes black screen with white apple. Essentially rebooting throughout the day.
I also have a 5S, and not having the same issue.
Is this is "known" issue?
Please don't tell me it's the Facebook app - I don't have it installed on either phone or Ipad. Yes, really.

I understand that your iPhone and iPad are both restarting sporadically and displaying the Apple logo. In this situation, I would recommend reading over the attached article and using the information within to continue the troubleshooting process.

Iphone 4 autolock problem and apps crashing on IOS 6

I had to report in here to complaints to apple. All my apps on ios 6 keep crashing all the times, including like the message, contacts, mail, and others...
the worse of all, is the screen sometime cannot autolook, wow~ i Hate it!

Update using iTunes on your computer. The space requirement does not apply because of how the process works via iTunes as opposed to over the air.

[iPhone] Getting non-Nib simple app to work

Dear Experts,
I'm having trouble getting a trivial application with no Nib file to work.
One key thing is the need to pass the name of the AppDelegate class as the last parameter to UIApplicationMain(). Yet it still doesn't do anything. Here's the code:

All that that should do is create a window with a white background. When I run it in the simulator I just see a blank black background. Attempts to add other content as subviews of the window also result in nothing being visible.
I think that I must be missing some other bit of fundamental "plumbing" somewhere that would have been done for me my the nib file in a project that had one. Does anyone have any clues? Can anyone point me to some sample code that doesn't use a nib file? According to the debugger, my applicationDidFinishLaunching is being run.

check for app updates if none exist then uninstall the apps and reinstall them.

Apps Crash After iPhone Unlock

My iPhone 3G has been unlocked by Apple. Using a new SIM card (I am abroad in the UK, my home country is Switzerland) several apps crash immediately when I want to launch them. I have tried to re-install them several times - it does not help.
What to do?

For anyone else having this problem you may want to try my fix first to avoid a restore.
I have a 3gs Iphone too and recently carrier unlocked from the Three network, which incidentally
had the same problem of apps crashing immediately.
I tried all solutions I could find and none worked so on a whim I thaught I'd try something new.
I connected my phone to itunes on my Computer.
I then clicked FILE > Transfer purchases from iphone. "This takes a while delete any old stuff to save time"
When complete I checked the checkbox in Itunes to sync my apps and ticked the boxes for the apps i wanted"
and clicked to transfer.
Then I did one final sync down in the bottom right and my apps were working again.
Hopefully someone from apple or another user can replicate this and make a better write up on it.

Apps Crashing & iPhone Backup Fail

So, all my apps were crashing on my iPhone except for the ones that were Apple's (Safari, Mail, Settings, etc etc etc). Fine - problem with the OS. I tried restarting my iPhone but the problem persisted. Some files must be corrupted. I've downloaded and deleted apps and haven't done a restore in 3 months. Backup, restore, and things will be okay, right? Not really.
I've done this before, so I wasn't expecting that none of the apps would sync or get backed up. After I restored, only the standard Apple applications appeared on my phone. However, they were arranged on the pages in my most recent organization (mail and app store on the second page, iTunes store stocks and microphone recorder on the third). Obviously when I backed up it took note of this.
And for some reason the apps did not sync with iTunes so now I need to rummage through my purchase history and re-download them(however, a recently purchased app is not listed there at all. never got a receipt in my inbox, either).
I'm a little ****** because I've lost some information that I would have liked to keep, such as the hundreds of words I've saved in the Wordbook App, favorites from iWiki, and log data from iFitness. This is information that I've been accumulating for almost a year. At least losing my saved games makes them replayable.
Now, I understand the information is gone and there is nothing to do about it, but I'm still not okay with this. Has anyone else experienced this problem?? If so, does anyone know what the cause could be? I didn't install/remove/sync anything. Was this caused by a virus? Any recommendations for the future?

Well for some unexplained reason I've managed to back up at last.
I had tried every combination known to man (and woman) and nothing worked. I had even arranged an appointment at the Apple Genius bar.
I tried one last time and got the usual result. Phone synced but I got the usual final message of 'error occurred'.
So I tried to backup not by clicking the Back Up Now button on the iTunes page but by using this path:
itunes-file-devices-backup.
For some reason this worked! I couldn't believe it, so tried the usual way of clicking the Back Up Now button in iTunes and it worked again.
I really have no idea why this would be, but it worked for me, so it may work for you!

IPhone App Crashing on iOS8

Ever since I've upgraded my iphone to iOS 8 the app keeps crashing everytime I try to sync my offline playlists. The app works fine if I turn off all my offline playlists, however as soon I turn on one the app crashes over and over again.
I've already restarted the phone multiple times, reinstalled the app multiple times and also tried to trick going around of changing the region on my phone to the UK and then back to the US but none of these solutions have helped! Please help - I live in New York city and listen to my spotify offline synced playlists while on the subway

My spotify ios app has been crashing at startup for almost 2 weeks (iphone 5s). I have tried all aforementioned tricks except reinstalling the app, since I do not want to have to synchronize my local tracks again.
I really am expecting an app update to fix this problem! I have been browsing this forum and reading the threads related to this issue. the absence of any official spotify response is starting to irritate me at this point.
Transparent communication with your paying customers would really go a long way.

doesn't matter what iphone you have, the issue isn't your phone, but with facebook, either contact the app devloper or look at their support site to troubleshoot. Or leave them a review stating your issue.
