FaceTime the other day and the person looked holographic picture
never been dropped, 5 months old I'm not happy!!! had iPhones since the 1st 1 never had a problem at all.
i didn't know if there was a thing with apple if phone under certain amount of months even if not brought direct from them if they replace it etc

How is your iPhone's display different?

Having several problems with Adobe Premiere Elements 13. Right now my worst is that when I add text to a clip, it goes out of "auto color" while the text is up. Help?

I'm having a number of problems with Elements 13. One is that, while in "play" mode, the sound will just stop happening. I have to click "pause" then "go" again and the sound comes back. It also stops playing on it's own, I have to hit "play" repeatedly. Just got the software, have been using it extensively for a week or two, and this just started happening.dor
Now today, when I add text to a clip, it drops out of "auto color" while the text is visible in the clip, then back into auto color when the text is gone. Any suggestiosn?

If we are looking at the same thing, you have called attention to one strange Premiere Elements 13 AutoColor/Titler interaction. This can be reproduced in the Expert or
the Quick workspace. I will demo this in the Quick workspace since that is where you have been working.
1. Import a still into the Quick workspace/Filmstrip.
2. With the still selected, go to Adjust Tab/Adjustments Palette/Color Panel expanded and just click on the Auto Color Tab. Close the Adjust Tab route.
3. Go to Text Menu/New Text/Default Text to open the project's Titler. When you do that you see the following and not the still over which the text title is to go.
And when you close the Titler, you then see the "Add Text" text title in the still.
The only solution that I can think of at this time is to create the text title and then apply the Auto Color to the still.
It is interesting that this only happens with the Auto Color in the Color Panel selected. If you do not click on
Color Panel and use the More options for Color adjustments, this behavior does not take place.
Deletion of Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file does not correct this situation.

I think that here we need to explore project settings (project presets), properties of source media, and Timeline rendered and unrendered content prior to export.
Please review the above
a. verify if the Auto Color Text Title glitch that I saw is what you described in your situation
b. give the details of your project so that we can explore cause and effect for Timeline content playback irregularities as seen in the Edit area monitor.

Having several problems with the my new Galaxy S III

I just got the Galaxy S III and I'm having a few issues..
1. My email - It will sync and bring in new messages, but if I delete a message in a web browser, it won't show that I've done that in my phone.
2. Auto rotate in the photo gallery - I have the "Auto-rotate" box checked but when I'm in the photo galley, it doesn't matter how I turn the phone, everything stays horizontal.
3. Backup assistant - it has pulled a bunch of weird cartoon pictures and lots of friends facebook profile pictures onto the backup assistant. Is there any way to pick what gets backed up or will I have to just go in and manually delete all this stuff?

1. What email client do you use? I know a lot of them use a different server for web and mobile devices... Also can be how the app stores the cached info for messages you have read..... They don't really use a live refresh for the entire inbox..... Basically it stores them in the apps cache and that does not refresh.....
2. That is an odd one... I would try (hail mary) clearing the cache and data for the gallery....Settings> Application Manager> All programs> go down to gallery and clear data....... (this may change your wallpapers back to default.) If that doesn't work try to recalibrate the the gyroscope in the display settings.... Again a long shot but the only thing I can think of at the moment...
3. For this very reason I stopped using Backup Assistant because I was tired of it backing up all my Album Art and various cached photos and icons.... I now use dropbox to store just the photos I want to back up... There are various apps in the Play Store that make this a snap that allow you to set the folders and times of backup...

Several Problems with the GeForce3 Ti200

I am having several problems with my GeForce3 Ti200 card. First, anytime I click on the MSI Clock or MSI Information tabs in the Display Properties Window, it gives me the following error message:
"Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Once I close that message, the tabs disappear until I reopen the Display Properties window again. I have updated the drivers to the most recent version and still the same problem.
Next....When the additional nVidia drivers load...ie NVidea WDM A/V Crossbar...etc... All load fine except the one titled nVidia WDM Video Capture (universal). Once again, I have downloaded the most recent drivers and none would help. Here is my system information:
798 Mhz AMD Athlon
512 MG memory
Windows XP Version 2002 SP1
Creative SP Live
NEC Multisunc 95
TDK CDRW Generic DVD
Hard Drive WD 60Gig
Any help would be great!!

I have finally succeeded in making my video capture work.
However, not without a few more headaches. My "Double Image - Half Height" capture was my own stupidity.... I had the captures set for 30 fps -- setting them to 29.97 fixed that.
BUT I found this out when I had the latest nVidia display drivers (53.03) paired with the latest nVidia WDM drivers (2.20). The glorious full-height, single-frame screen capture had a bright white strip across the video approximately 1/3 of the total height.
You have to understand that I've been Googling this problem for several days... The one thing I think I've found out is that _Nobody_, including MSI, nVidia (especially nVidia!), or anywhere else, has really solved the problems people are having with these WDM drivers.
So here are the reasons I found out there for a White Bar across the picture:
(1) Improper installation of drivers - this supposedly causes a problem with 720 X 480 captures only. I had the bar on 640 X 480 captures as well.
(2) nVidia has gotten into bed with Bill Gate$(Micro$oft), Jack Valenti(Hollywood) and others to "protect digital rights". Newer versions of the WDM drivers (since which version? Does anyone know?) PUT the white bar across the video on purpose if the video you are capturing is copyrighted. The thing is, I was capturing an 8mm home video!
So, you decide, reason 1 or reason 2... I decided to try for #2.
I uninstalled WDM 2.20, ran the DriverCleaner2, and installed WDM 1.08 drivers. Guess what? No white bar. Now I can capture with Wincoder, VirtualDub, or Director's Cut 6.5. This is with nVidia Display Drivers 53.03 and WDM drivers 1.08 installed. I'm now thinking of the folks at nVidia the same way I think of Bill G and Jack V; they are all a bunch of rich, greedy scumbags. It is OK with them if they sacrifice your home videos in the name of their wealth.

Severe problems with illustrator

I am having severe Problems with my Illustrator. Whenever I start it by clicking on the icon, it says that it is unable to set the maximum amount of files that can be opened. So I downloaded the launchAI.command (http://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/unable-set-maximum-number-files1.html), but now I cant find my saved files any more. In the dialogue box (whenever I'm saving) it doesnt show any of my folders, and if i save it in a standard one (like the desktop), it doesnt appear there. I cannot find that saved file through any other programm than Illustrators "recently opened" but as soon as its not in that list any more, its gone forever. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, deleted preferences and used the Adobe CS Cleaner - still it is the same. What should I do now?

Several problems with email

I've been having several problems with email.
1. I sent email on Dec 10 and the people didn't receive them until Dec 16.
2. I often get two, three or even four copies of the same email in my Thunderbird client.
3. My Moto X (2nd gen) phone sometimes says it can't connect to email.
What's the problem?

There should be no way to tell. The dealer/store shouldn't know either. It should be good as new.
The warranty clearly states that it can be a refurb unit. You have no say in the matter.
