Iphone 5s Podcast Touchscreen in VW Golf 7 Not working

Hi Guys,
eversince i have moved to IOS8, when i play a podcast in my Car(VW Golf 7), the touchscreen doesnt allow me to forward the podcast or scroll to the end of the podcast as i used to in IOS 7.I find myself reaching for my phone in order to forward the podcast to the next point when i want to.
Where should i log this bug so that it can be fixed, because i believe this is an IOS8 related issue..

After further investigation, it seems that if i respond to a thread i have saved on my iPhone it will respond with the number i started the thread in. If i start a new message, with a number who i don't have a saved thread with, it'll start the conversation from the number selected under messages settings.
I believe in iOS 7.1.2 if i responded to a thread it would still respond with the number selected to Start New Conversations from from the messages settings. Can anyone confirm this?

Ive got the same problem, just got my iphone unlocked, and they told me to sync it to itunes to get it permently unlocked, well everytime i plug my iphone in it says; it wont work as it needs up dating to 10.6.3, which i have already updated, but still doesnt work, so how can i get my phone unlocked?

There is nothing you can do except take it back to the US. The warranty is not international and no authorized service center will touch your US phone in India.

The iPhone warranty is not international and as you purchased in
Malaysia the warranty is only valid in Malaysia
You could try taking to an iPhone Authorised service provider
in India but there have been many similar posts to yours
and I am not aware of them assisting with an iPhone from
outside India

The TouchID settings will not be available until you create a passcode, see the article linked below for more information.

Only the carrier that the iPhone was locked to can unlock. There you go, hacking void any support from this forum.

The iPhone 5 is less than a year old, so all of them should still be in warranty unless they have been jailbroken or physically damaged. If you have a hardware problem as you describe the only option is to get the phone replaced by Apple or repaired by a non-authorized shop. The Apple replacement will be free at any Apple store in the country where the phone was purchased. If Apple determines that the phone was physically damaged or jailbroken it will cost $229.

Since it is only the headset that is the problem and not the iPhone it would be better to just buy a new set and not let yourself be frustrated over it. If you send anything to your sister before the one-year warranty is over, include the headset so she can exchange it at an Apple store.

Have you tried the following troubleshooting document?
iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
If you end up using the If the iTunes Store opens successfully section of the document, and the "Automatically detect settings" checkbox is already checked, try unchecking and rechecking it and clicking OK.
