iPhone 5s Silver 64 GB is stuck in the boot up phase but it's a black apple sign and grey background. My iTunes can't sync or restore or anything. The phone won't turn off. What do I need to do?

Try to hold the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Appel logo comes back again, then see if you can restore the device.
You will not lose data by resetting the phone.

Hi Try a Reboot press and hold power button and menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo. This may take up to 50 Seconds. Cheers Brian

You should be able to call the iPad using your Apple ID from the iPhone. When calling from iPad use the iPhone's phone number to initiate the call.

If that does not work, use this:
Putting iPod into Disk Mode
and try to restore you ipod.

Have you tried a Reset...
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

I would press the power on key and hold it for 6 or 7 seconds. That will shut down your machine. You can then power it up and see what happens.

The iPad is stuck at a restarting loop. The apple symbol pops up then dissappears after a little while then comes back on.
