Generally two weeks for return but if this is a warranty issue you are covered for one year.
I'm not sure what you mean by "totters" but if you are not happy return it for a replacement.

My iphone 5 was stolen today, I had it backed up last week, can I restart this back up on my other i phone which is i phone4? how can I do that because when I plugged my iphone 4 to my laptop it backed up automatically and I can't seem to find the older back up or maybe I don't know where to find it?

Yes, the iPhone 5S is a global phone. However, Sprint will only unlock phones for use on GSM networks outside of the U.S. In the U.S., that phone can only be used on Sprint's network. -

Thank You roaminggnome, I don't think I turned Find My Phone app on on my phone, but I did turn it on on my laptop. I deleted my contacts list and Hope that Iit somehow deleted my contacts list on my phone. Also, I turned on Find My Phone on my laptop and it says my phone is turned off. So I think that whoever stole my phone took out my Sim Card and replaced it with theirs or that they sold my phone for Crack. I hope my phone hasn't been restored. Ty for your response Roaming. Thanks!Your only hope is if AppleCare(if there is an AppleCare in Spain) can tell you. You could try calling them & give them the phone's IMEI number. Otherwise, you'll just have to try sims from Movistar, Orange or Vodafone. Good luck.

my iphone 4 turned black today and my sleep(lock) button doesnt work. I have tried to let it charge to see if it would restart but still nothing. what else can i do to turn it back on??
Unless somebody else has a micracle workaround I don't know. Probably get the phone in for repair since it has been living on borrowed time so far and now you absolutely must have a working button.

Right now apple showing 3-4 weeks shipping time. if anyone order iphone 5 how many days took it came on your home ? Did it came early ? OR Take more time than showing on apple website ? Please share your experience ( NOT TALKING ABOUT PREORDER ONLY ABOUT REGULAR ORDER EXPERIENCE ..That helped, but still did not solve the "continous scroll" question.
I did however discover that if you go to Search and type in a "common" letter like "s", a Continuous List view will appear.
Any further help on how to do this as a default view would be appreciated from any and all.

In your DEFAULT profile if you set PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME to 2 and then in another profile if you set PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME to default then PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME value will be 2.

All apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that bought them. To stop your id from popping up, you need to delete the apps on his phone, and then repurchase them under his account.
