Iphone 5s was stolen - can i get my pictures and videos back
I was recently in Barcelona, Spain with my high school travel club when my iphone 5s was stolen. The last time i had backed up my phone was not since 2012. I am sick as i had over 1,000 pictures and 30 videos from our trip. Some people told me that even though my iphone hadn't been backed up, i had my "streamed photos" that i would still be able to get back? If there is still absolutely any way to get my pictures and videos back, please let me know. It would be very much appreciated! Thank you.

many thanks for your help- If you backed up the iPod after taking the photos then restoring from backup will recover the photos. To restore from backup see the restoring topic of:

If you restore via iTunes make sure that autosyncing is turned off. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says prevent iPods...".

I downloaded the new itunes. So, i plugged in my 5th generation ipod and when i plugged it in, it asked me if i want to set it as new ipod or back up from the 2nd generation ipod touch that i plugged in before, i accidently clicked on the back up from before so it when its done, it looked like my 2nd gen. ipod and i dont like it. All my photos and videos from 5th gen. Ipod were all gone and there are some pictures that i really need as soon as possible. Is there a way i can i can get those photos and videos back? I really need them. :(

Restore is like wiping hard drive of the computer, to get anything back in that case is only possible if you have backup. If you did create backup, follow instructions here to restore from it.

If you haven't backed the device up in a year, and you did not copy the pictures and other data off before restoring it, then your stuff is gone.
It is important that you back up your data, just like with your computer, regular backups are vital for recovering data when things happen. -

and just fo information i don't have an account on icloudIf you do not have Find my iPhone enabled via iCloud there is nothing you can do. Contact the police; your carrier in case they offer blacklisting and change all of your passwords.

Have you synced your iPhone with iTunes on this computer before? If not, nothing is selected automatically under the various tabs for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes.
Was this the first time your iPhone was connected to iTunes on any computer? If so, the first time an iPhone is connected to iTunes for the first time that is used to sync with another iPhone or iOS device, you are prompted to transfer the backup for the other iPhone or eyeless device to the iPhone or set up the iPhone as a new iPhone. You would need to check if you made a back up of the iPhone on iTunes/iCloud before you restored from the ipod touch back up. If there isnt then im sorry that data is gone.

Connect the 5 to a computer and see if it is recognized. If so copy the pictures from phone. If not, you are out of luck.

If you do not have other copies, then you will need to download the files from zenfolio to your hard drive and then upload them to revel. There is not an interface between zenfolio and revel to do this directly.
