Iphone 6 doesn't work with Uconnect

My iPhone 6 won't work with Uconnect. I can connect the phone, but as soon as I make a call it doesn't come through the speakers. I have tried a number of things suggested including deleting the blue-tooth connection both on the phone and the car. I have reset the network on the phone. I have done a hard restart on the phone. My Uconnect has the latest software upgrade. Please, please help!

i should have stayed with android as it worked with uconnect....it even allowed my jeep to read the text messages to me and I could respond...now iphone 6 and software not working ... Apple aweful at support ...

IPhone doesn't work with Sony Marine Receiver CDX-H910UI

My iPhone doesn't seem to be working with my Sony Marine Receiver CDX-H910UI.
Whenever i plug my phone into my Marine Receiver it only says 'reading' for a really long time and does not load or allow me to play songs.
I have only noticed this problem since the iOS4.0.1 upgrade.
Is there anyway i can fix this problem or notify apple about this problem so that they could fix it in a software upgrade?
I would appreciate all of the help i could get.

I just got off from chatting with sony tech support and they confirmed that i need to wait for the update to be released to support the compatibility of the upgraded iPhone. They asked me tobookmark and monitor their support page for the update.
I had exactly the same problem as you have and whent through resetting both the iphone and stereo but at the endo no solution.

IPhone doesn't work with Apple ear buds . . .why?

I'm trying to use the ear buds that came with my 4S to listen to a radio program, but unless I keep holding the phone jack into the slot it keeps disconnecting and the program stops. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to twist it in or something? I've checked the case and it's not interfering with the jack.

Easy to fix it
1.Get a Cotton Bud
2.Insert it in to the Earpiece Input
3.Rub it inside the input(Be sure Nt to left any Cotton inside)
4.Pull Cotton Bud Out
5.Try to put the earPod In to the input
6.Make sure it is tiedly input Here(Here you have Earpod)
7.if this doesn't Work you might have a broken Earpod

IPhone doesn't work with Universal Dock remote?

I received an Apple Universal Dock with remote for Christmas, and I'm pretty sure I remember it and the remote working just fine with my iPhone when I first set it up. Today, I tried using it again, and found that I can't use the Universal Dock's remote for anything other than controlling the volume, and even though I can raise or lower the volume with the remote, the volume change is not reflected on my iPhone's screen - the iPhone's ipod volume indicator doesn't move.
The Universal Dock and remote work just fine with my wife's second generation nano, and the iPhone works without any problems when docked into a Logitech mm50 speaker system - the mm50's remote is able to jump forward and backwards through songs, pause, play, etc. The problem seems limited to the combination of my iPhone and the Universal Dock and remote.
Is this normal? According to the Universal Dock's package and documentation, it is compatible with the iPhone and doesn't mention anything about the remote having limited capabilities when used with the iPhone.
If this isn't normal, does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

i just bought this dock as a car dock. I have it hooked up to power 12v and output to 1/8 into head unit. Now, I have to be in iTunes music to get it to work and it only allows volume, playing of files in a playlist and to next song. Are any of you guys having issues with VERY limited use of the remote and lack of really a benefit from using a remote because you have to touch it anyways to change through songs or video??? Are you guys wondering why you even bought it if the remote is not supported as a functional addition?

I don't know if my phone is the only one but its getting cold and snowy here in chicago and when i try to answer the iphone by moving the slider with my glove on nothing happens. I have to take off my glove to turn it on. At first I thought oh thats because its a touch screen and thats how they all are but a second later with my glove back on I used my gps tom tom system to change an address.......

The iPhone uses a capacitive touch screen, instead of a pressure sensitive one like many other consumer devices. A capacitive type puts an electrical field across the screen, and if another conductive object (say your finger) comes close enough to draw off a charge, it notes where that happens.

The upside is: the touch feeling is more luxurious because you can use a very light stroke. The downsides are: no using most stylii (a specially tethered one can work), gloves, long fingernails or sometimes even calloused fingers.
Could also very well be one reason why the iPhone was rushed to market... during good weather!

For some reason when I plug in my iPhone to my Griffin iPod FM tuner it wont play through the car stereo, it only plays through the iPhone speakers. Is this normal, and is Apple going to make it so it can use iPod accessories?

if it doesnt say "made for iphone" then it probably wont work right or at all....
they are already making things compatible for ipods and iphones...but you are still going to have to buy them

I bought an iPhone with ROGERS (canada) and when I went to te carrier, it said that the sim card installed wasn't able to activate my iPhone 'cause it was not the one of my simlock carrier.

Going to the local Apple store this morning...
My problem is not uncommon as the board is showing signs of this happening to many others as well. That is where I found the restore and reboot information to try to solve the issue of crashing apps.
I understand that Apple will not "give away the cow", but letting iPhone users know that the problems they are having are being addressed by Apple is a little more comforting than nothing at all. Other wise, all the apps in world are useless and even more importantly worthless, if a person has to reset/reboot/reload just to get them to work.
IF Apple can not address the basic problems with todays iPhone apps, why should one believe that the iPhone 3.0 OS is any better? Using a PC comparison, which is better, XP or Vista. If the current iPhone OS of 2.2. what ever is not working that well (as related to down loaded apps and iTunes), will OS 3.0 be any better?
The waste of time I refer to is in going to the apps store and downloading the apps... Again why by apps if the free version does not work?

Male to male audio cable for car doesn't work with my iphone 4s?

I have a 3.5 mm male to male cable that I have used in my car so I can listen to my music. It works fine with my iphone 3G, but it doesn't work with the new 4s. Is there a special cable I need to use with it? It's weird, because my earbuds work with either iphone, but not the audio cable. Suggestions??

WebScan doesn´t work with iPhone browser

The C4780 web interface for scanning is very practical because no driver installation on computer is required for scanning. Just point any web browser to its internal web server, start the scanning process and download the scaned image as a regular element on a web page, all using web standards, right?
Well, wrong for the iPhone browser.
For some reason, the C4780 (and probably other HP multifunction firmware) has incomaptible/untested Javascript/HTML that doesn´t work with the iPhone browser.
On preview action I´m getting a question mark box.
On scan action - where a new browser window would open on a desktop - I get nothing.
Please fix that. It could be very useful for me since I can simply scan stuff directly to my iPhone without having to open a computer.

On the iPhone, go to Settings...Safari...Turn Blocked PopUps off.
Worked for me with a PhotoSmart C4700.
It would be even nicer to have a simple iPhone app instead of using Safari.

The dock station Philips DS9000 doesn't work with the Iphone 5. I have tried several lightening adaptator but the problem is the same. Anyone have the same ??

I have the SoundDock 10 and generally use the Bluetooth connection.
I have just reinserted the 30 pin normal socket ( as in normal SoundDock)
the Apple 30 pin to lightning adapter and with iPhone 5 have perfect
sound
It works so something in your set up is faulty possibly the adapter
some have posted issues
