yes it has problems my iPhone 6 8.1.3
Just recently it has started going thru battery life like there is no tomorrow. I'm getting about 6 hour use on a full battery, i se my phone very little compared to a teenage girl!
The home key is REALLY HOT, i mean HOT to Touch, like HOT enough to fry an egg HOT, what is going on here?
My fingerprint ID had failed, it no longer recognises my fingerprint or even gives me the option to use it, i try to set it up again , Settings > iPhone Unlock > FAILED unable to complete touch ID set UP.
Pretty annoyed at such a useless load of technology not doing what it promises. It's only 2 months Old.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store. Or, use the contact us link at the bottom right of every page for information on how to contact Apple to arrange for service.
And a small bit of advice: there is no such thing as perfect technology. You'll be happier if you revise your expectations of reality appropriately.

You are seeing your old apple id because that was the ID that was used to download the app, you can't merge apple id.
to update the app, you will have to enter the old password.
Any new apps you download with your new id, will use that id and password.

I have bought this iphone5 from Hannova German in April2013 and I am using this iphone5 in Nepal. In Nepal there is no authorized dealer. This problem came just from 15th July 2013. You can use these steps to troubleshoot your iPhone if it's powering off unexpectedly:

Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 15 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.

If you have a backup in iTunes, you can recover your data by restoring from backup.

If your device has been jailbroken during the warranty, Apple will not service it.
Maybe you missed that in this article:

You can try doing a reset, hold down the home/power button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up - then check wifi - if that doesn't work then
do a network reset note: you will have to reenter wifi password again when your in range.
settings - general - reset - reset network settings. If that doesn't work then I would talk to your IT dept.

There's only one thing you can do: make an appointment with Apple genius at the Apple retail store for a out of warranty replacement.

Basics from the user guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. If you go through ALL of those steps and you still have issues, you need to get your phone checked out by Apple.
