IPhone 6 iOS 8 Pano exposure

Hey all, I was lucky enough to get my Optus (Australian) Pre Order today and as an iPhone 5 user I was looking forward to the continuous exposure feature when taking Panos.
A mate of mine has the 5s and I noticed that it was a feature on his phone. Great for when you start taking the pano away from the sun then end up facing it.
Anyway, I've tested taking panos on the iPhone 6 and its not updating the exposure during the capture.
Can anyone else with an iPhone 6 test this and confirm if the issue exists for them too?

You should have read my response. I myself, as well as others, have already looked through every notification for every app to make sure that none are set to sound only. Also we did and upgrade from iOS7, not a setup as new phone so all our previous settings were ported over. This didn't happen in iOS7, it's happening in iOS8. And you're absolutely wrong with the operating system unable to send the signal. Everything is controlled by the operating system. Why wouldn't a bug, which is clearly there, have no ability to send a random signals? Amber Alerts is an operating system task and that sends a sound/vibrate and notification.
There are also other bugs in this version as well. This is the first time I've experience major bugs with a new iOS release not being in beta. For instance multi-gesture controls doesn't always work on my ipad, I have to keep turning it off and on. There are several others I'm experiencing with the phone and if you google it, you'll find more.

I have five e-mail accounts linked to my Mail app (an Exchange account, an IMAP account, and three Outlook POP accounts. Everytime I close the app (close the app meaning double tap the Home button and close it) and reopen it, the Mail app opens the first Inbox on the list. Unfortunately, it is an inbox I rarely use, the Exchange account. I constantly have to press back to go to my "All Mailboxes" screen and then select the correct account Inbox from there. Of course, if I don't fully close the app, but rather tap the home button once and reopen it, the app opens where it left off.
Is there an easier way to make the app open to "All Mailboxes" screen by default vs. the first account listed alphabetically? Or, perhaps the app opening the Exchange account because it thinks it has a priority over the IMAP and POP accounts?
I searched this on Google but all I could find were forums from 2010 that were never answered.

Thank you TomJones75. When I posted this initially, I was running iOS 6.1.3 and not iOS 7. I don't think editing the order of the inboxes was an option back on iOS 6.1.3. With your tip, I was able to re-order my inboxes but it still defaults to the Exchange account when opened.
I.e. first account listed under mailboxes is now an Outlook account and the 2nd is an Exhannge account. Mail still defaults to the Exhange account even though the Outlook is my default email address for the iPhone.

If those 5 steps don't fix it, the iPhone will need service.

If you can find an iPhone running iOS5 and those are the specs for iOS5, there is no reason it should not work.
If you want a more current version of iOS or a more current device, a Windows computer is always an option at significantly less cost.
Granted, there is no requirement to have a computer to use an iPhone.

I'm also affected by this bug in exactly the same way as you.
Some users have had success by closing iTunes, enetering (on OS 10.9) settings --> network --> edit locations, then create a new location with the same wifi/network settings. Then restarting iTunes.
Others have had some success by editing settings --> iCloud --> de-selecting keychain
neither of these fixes have worked for me.
It appears that the iPad can "see" iTunes running on my iMac because when I open settings --> general --> 'iTunes wifi sync', "sync now" is greyed out if iTunes is not running. When iTunes is started, "sync now" is enabled but just doesn't work. Nor does the iPad appear in iTunes.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Basic troubleshooting is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue continues, contact the carrier to troubleshoot the network connectivity issues.

Try updating your iOS device (iPhone) to iOS 8.1 first. I had the same issue as you until upgrading the iPhone iOS.

If you are saying that you both have iCloud accounts and use the same icloud ID, then yes, the contacts will be deleted. The idea is that all devices using the same icloud ID are kept in sync. You need to use different IDs. You can keep the same iTunes ID so you can share the songs and apps. But use different icloud IDs.
