IPhone 6 month view in landscape mode??

hello, was wondering if there is a way to view an entire month in landscape mode on the  regular iPhone 6 just like we can on the iPad?? Couldn't find it and would love this feature if it doesn't exist. I don't schedule things by the hour. I think the screen is plenty big for this and the month view in horizontal mode is useless since the little dots won't show colors.
Thanks for any info!

I haven't found a way to display the whole month in landscape view on my iPhone 6. May not exist. You can send feedback to Apple about this here:

I am having the same problem with a new phone. Is yours new? I was planning to take this one back to the store where I purchased it. I updated itunes and phone software, didn't help, so I'm thinking it's a hardware problem.

  • IPhone wont switch to landscape mode

My iPhone wont switch to landscape mode when I rotate the phone.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.

You likely have the rotation lock on.
This is covered in the manual:

    Hi McGannahanSkjellyfetti,
If you are experiencing difficulties with touchscreen response on your iPhone I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

  • The message pane obstructs view in landscape mode.

In the landscape mode of my iPhone 6+, the left hand pane which displays messages (in the message app) or recent emails (in the email app) obstructs useable screen space.  I am a 2 thumb typer and like using the landscape view for messages and email.  I have not found a way to select whether I wish to display that pane, or not.  Is there a way of doing that?......or can we convince Apple to provide one?

Thank you!! That was too simple, I kept checking settings

  • When my iPhone 4 is in landscape mode is it possible to navigate the Music from song to song?

I like to listen to music on my iPhone in "shuffle" mode during the day at work.  I like the look of it in landscape mode but I can't fast forward through songs if I want to.

I couldn't believe I was searching so long for such an app but I eventually found two: CarMusic and GestureMusic (I use the CarMusic app more often).  Both of these apps have the position scrubber in landscape view.  In addition, with these apps you control the music with "gestures", so to skip a song, you swipe your finger across the screen (can be done for both forward skip or backward skip, just swipe the other way).  And to pause the song you simply tap the screen anywhere (tap again to resume).  This definitely makes driving and listening more safe.
In the small chance that Apple actually reads these for customer feedback, I'd recommend their own Music app have such functionality.  If that's too much to ask for, then at least display a regular player in landscape view.  Right now the default iPhone Music app shows "Cover Flow" in landscape view which is neat and all, but there should be an option to switch it to view a regular player as well so we can skip forward or back, etc.  I've read forums as far back as 6 years ago about people requesting the same thing, but nothing done about it yet.

  • ICal misbehaving with iPhone, month view, and events missing

    iCal is giving me problems.
April will not display at all in month view, and 1 week's worth of events are completely missing, no matter which view I am in.
My iPhone has all of my events and is up-to-date, but even though I've synced it several times, it doesn't work. I've deleted the com.apple.iCal.plist file as well as the cache, with no luck.
    I'm in Leopard 10.5.8, using iCal 3.0.8
Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Can I publish the calendar between two macs that are on a LAN?
Publishing requires a .Mac account, or WebDAV-enabled server as I mentioned in my previous post.
To simply share a calendar from on computer to another you can use iCals export and import features.
Just export a calendar from one computer and import it on the other. It's as easy as sharing a file.

  • IPhone 4 stuck in landscape mode

For the last couple of days my iPhone has been stuck in landscape mode.  No matter what I do it will not switch out of landscape.  I've tried shutting it off, closing apps and even restored my phone but whenever I go into an app it automatically switches to landscape.
    Anyone else have this problem????
    Thanks

Double click the home button scroll over to the audio controlls there is a button on the left that looks like a reload button that locks the orientation

  • IPhone 4 stuck in landscape mode after iOS 6 upgrade

I used to have a fully operational iPhone 4 until yesterday, when I upgraded to iOS 6.
Many apps including Mail, Safari, Contacts, Calendar and several third-party apps have been stuck in landscape mode since then.
    I have tried to:
    - reset
    - restore from back-up
    - restore to factory settings,
    without success.
At the end of the day, I am not even sure whether this problem relates to iOS 6 or if it is just a coincidence. Anyway, the only workaround I found is to lock autorotate in portrait mode, which is not acceptable in the long run.
    Any ideas? Thanks.

    Pb solved!
Yesterday, my iPhone ran out of battery and powered off automatically. When I restarted it after a full battery load cycle, the iPhone was able to autorotate again.
    So far, so good
    Hope it helps someone else.

  • Safari crashing on iPhone 6 plus and landscape mode.

safari is crashing when up the app. Safari crashes in landscape mode. Does anyone have a solution.

Happens to me too on my iPhone 4s and iPad Air. It has something to do with Safari and specific websites, does not happen in Chrome. Here's another site that crashes Safari in landscape:

  • I can't view in landscape mode anymore :(

    Hello,
When I bought the iPhone 4, I was able to view all the pages and my photos in landscape view every time I rotate it 90 degree to the left (or right).
But now it seems locked, I can view them only in the portrait mode
and I don't know how to fix this problem.
    Thank you

Is your screen rotation lock on?
If it is there should be an icon in your status bar that shows a clockwise arrow with a pad lock in the middle.
To remove the screen lock double tap the home button to bring up the multitasking bar at the bottom of the screen and then swipe from left to right on the multitasking bar. There should be a screen rotation icon/button on the left side of the bar. Press it to remove or enable to screen lock.

  • IPhone 5 texting in landscape mode

Typing is fine in upright mode but, when the phone is in landscape, the texting becomes non-responsive.  I can get a few letters out in a sentence but it's clearly not working the way it should.  I'm pretty sure it's time to take it in but thought there might be someone on here with a fix suggestion.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPhone shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears (it may not). Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPhone back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

  • Drive view in landscape mode still too small even ...

Sorry but I downgrade my maps version to 3.06. the new drive layout is still leaving the actual maps viewing area way too small.I am using an N8 with belle FP1. The car symbol on the street/road should be re-aling to the center of the main screen and the L/H side buttons/information zone could stay bigger for ease of use but could also become semi-transparent instead of plain black to let see the remaining of the map to have a full view. At least with ver 3.06 when ''just drive'' was selected all the unnecessary informations is remove to give ''close to'' full screen view apart from the bottom menu keys.to have a close to 4 inch screen and only get a 2 1/2 view of the mas while driving is very sad.
For the maps portion now the favorites are white square with a yellow star in it, the blue square with the white star was better looking on maps 3.06 and also the rendering of the main roads where ranging from yellow to red depending of the speed zone. This also was better looking than the drab gray of the new version either on maps mode or on drive mode.
All the rest of the improvement are great in term of better ease of use while driving but defenitely some element from the previous 3.06 version should have been kepted from my point of view.
