IPhone 6 plus deliver on the 19th for preorder on the 12th at 3:10am?

I Placed my order at 3:10am on the 12th for iphone 6 plus gold 128 gig. I had a deliver by of the 19th at the end of placing the order. The order status has no date listed. Called customer service and was told no one is getting a delivery on the 19th but they will be shipped at the earliest on the 19th for 2nd day delivery. called back and other CS said delivery on the 19th. Are any preorders done at 3 to 3:30am on the 12th being delivered on the 19th?

Do yourself a favor, and don't listen to anything the Verizon representative tell you. Last night and this morning there was a big influx of shipments for the 128 iPhone 6+. On MacRumors and on this forum, multiple people were boosting their tracking information for that model for delivery on the 19th. Don't listen to any of the crap they tell you.

Normally yes, Bluetooth can connect to multiple devices at the same time, so yes.
The only thing is that you'll be able to send sound/music to only one at a time, but I understand the Garmin HUD doesn't play sounds.

Since you have dropped the phone I don't think that they will do the repair for free, sorry.
But you should not try to repair this on your own, make an appointment at the Genius Bar at an Apple Store and see what they decide.

Hi! Please help. I have synced my IPhone 5 to Itunes. When I try to sync it to Iphone 6 plus, only the contacts, calendar, safari bookmarks and notes have synced to the latest date. The rest like SMS and Call History have only synced to June 2013.

I upgraded from an iPhone 4S to iPhone 6 Plus, I don't like to run iTunes, and iCloud backup is not so reliable, I think. Then I searched on the Internet, and some articles told me that I can directly transfer data from Phone to iPhone with some tools.
I doubt it first, then I gave a shot on one of them for the free trial. I follow the steps to transfer about 200 sms from my 4S to 6 Plus, and it works!

All the software is up to date (iOS 8.3 for iPhone and iTunes 12.1.2 versions).I have tried several USB ports, but no luck. i always put my iPhone upside down in one of the little pockets in my purse so i can hear it ring (speaker on the bottom uughhh) and when i get it unlock it well it still stays the same upside down i have tried already turning it upside down and then keep turning it 90 degrees one by one so it can fix itself and also just doing a 180 so it can flip and nothing, i have tried opening apps and they open correctly for the most part but the home page and the rest of the pages every things upside down

i used to do this with my first iPhone 3g until my last 5s and this never happened any way y'all can help fix it i don't want to keep restarting (cold reboot) it every time i take it out of my purse

thanks i had already done that and it didn't work for too long i would say a couple of hours or so, its been giving me lots of trouble also with the notifications sometimes it doesn't and sometimes it does and then also the notifications get stuck on top when I'm doing something so i have to click the home button to get out and then back in and it goes away, that doesn't always happen but its annoying

An alternative is to use a 12v USB power plug and then just use the standard lightning cable to connect with a length of your choice ( to some degree)

Hey! I missed the pre-orders and was thinking about waiting in line on September 19th at a Verizon store instead of an Apple store. Will my local Verizon Store have iPhone 6 and 6 plus' available on September 19th for buying in store? I know it would be first come first served until they run out, but I just want to make sure I am not wasting my time by waiting in line for nothing.

If they are selling the phones on the 19th, they will have to have them in stock which means the 18th at the latest. Whether or not they will tell you how many phones they have is doubtful.

After a reboot my iPhone 6 Plus now has someone else's Apple ID as the login??? I bought the phone 3 months ago brand new!

The title says it all.
Some background info:
1. I purchased the iPhone 6 Plus new in the box at Target on January 10 2015. The phone has only ever been mine, and it was not a refurbished device.
2. Absolutely no one else has access to my PC or iTunes, whether it be physical access or knowing my usernames or passwords.
What happened;
1. Phone fell out of my hand face down on my patio. It had the leather Apple case on it. Picked it up and sure enough the entire front screen was smashed.
2. Phone responds to touch, but not property. I contemplate doing a backup and then resetting but I skip that and just do a "erase all content and settings"
3. Phone reboots and prompts me for this Apple ID (x*****@1*****.com) to log in.
4. That is NOT my Apple ID, not even close
5. I have no idea how the strange Apple ID is now embedded in MY phone, I have absolutely no way to access my own phone!
What I have done:
1. Called and spoke to several Apple reps; technical, Apple care, customer service, and then finally a senior supervisor named Matt.
2. Matt spent over an hour on the phone with me discussing this and he decided I should email him my proof of purchase directly through an Apple link that he emailed me.
3. I scanned every document I had with the receipt, paperwork, IMEI info and sent it over. He reviewed and says he will have to put in a request to do a force unlock which will remove the strange Apple ID and allow me back in
4. I set up an appointment at the nearest Apple Store to fix the phone. They do not know of the Apple ID issue and I was told they wouldn't be equipped to handle that anyway until the phone would be able to be unlocked.
5. So now I have to wait for Apple to force unlock my phone before (hopefully) my appointment on Tuesday so I can get in to it and they can fix it
Now from all the people I have talked to and all the Googling I have done I have found no reference to this happening to anyone ever. The only related incidents like mine is if someone bought the phone through another consumer or sold it online and did not wipe their ID properly. This however doesnt apply to me since I bought it from Target, unless they sold me some second hand phone.
Any opinions or insights on what it is that has actually happened to my phone from the time it broke and rebooted to magically having someone else's Apple ID as the authentication?

The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

Calendar issue with the new iphone 6 plus

I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing a problem with the default iphone calendar for iphone 6 plus? I have consulted with apple's tech specialist both in store and online and they can't seem to figure out what's wrong. They have apparently forwarded the issue to the engineers. As everyone may know, dots appear under the date if you have added an event to the specific calendar date then the elaboration of the specific event appears on the bottom linear view. What i have been experiencing on my iphone 6 plus is that the dots disappear as i scroll further and further down to future months and when i do scroll back up the dots also randomly disappears with past months/events. The elaborated event in the linear view is still there, however, when u highlight the date. Why is that? We've already rebooted my phone, checked all possible settings issue, unsync then resynced it to icloud, resigned to icloud, reset all settings and even changed to a new phone (thinking it was a hardware defect) but the dots were still disappearing even with the new device. I even turned off icloud on all my devices and just used the usb cord to sync it from imac to iphone! This nightmare is still happening even without icloud! However, it doesn't do that to my iphone 5! All dots with corresponding events appear on all weeks/months on my iphone 5 calendar.
Hopefully, someone is experiencing the same issue with their default calendar on the new iphone 6 plus. I tried my best to describe the issue, so i hope this made sense.

M glad I'm not the only one experiencing this! Because when i spoke to apple techs it sounded like mine was an isolated case as they have not heard any complaints about this! I'll post something on this thread once apple techs have figured it out and get back to me! They initially put my icloud account on troubleshooting mode so they can look into it, however, it wasn't an icloud issue....so, they have yet to firgure it out! I have already sent them screenshots of what my calendar was doing to my phone.

I recently purchased an iPhone 6 Plus and I can't for the life of me remove all that space marked other. I know that apple devices save a lot of data from apps and such into that category, but I've never built up this much into that category. My iPhone 6 Plus has 2.10GB in the other section and i'd really like to get rid of it. Can someone give me ways to clear it out? I've already tried deleting and reinstalling my apps. Ive also tried restoring my phone, but nothing.
