Iphone 6 plus preorder help!!
I ordered my iPhone 6 plus 16 gb space grey at around 2:56 am est on the 12th and I am getting a 10/14 shipping date. And now it's saying no information is available on the shipping estimate. What's the deal?
Verizon, I am having issues as well. I did not a provide an email address on my order so I didn't get a confirmation but I know my order is in process. I ordered it around 12:10pdt and it had a "deliver by date" of 9/19. I called to check my order status over phone and it said my order was "pending shipment". But when I called a rep, she said I had to sign a "terms and conditions" before my phone was shipped. She then told me my order was "still in process". When I asked her what that was, she was unable to help and redirected me to another person. Is there something I have to sign in that confirmation email? I had them change it to my real email and haven't received any news. I am assuming that the "pending shipment" status is the latest update they have.

I have been waiting for a post like this. Just ordered mine from AT&T and the tax is close to $52. At an 8% mark that also equals to $649. I think they are charging full retail sales tax. I called AT&T and they couldn't explain it to easily they started saying that there is an extra luxury tax but I think they don't know it's just full retail tax. They also said that it's just a hold on my card by final charge will be processed when the phone gets shipped.
I checked fine print of sprint and AT&T. Ecause when you upgrade online with AT&T you don't pay tax but it states that it will be collected at the time it shipped. Sprint charges $24 which is almost half but also claims that there might be an extra tax when it shipped.
I am puzzled by the whole issue. But 25 bucks won't get me not to order my phone. I was able to get credit from my carrier because of the competition in the form of statement credits. Ordered 2 phones and een after crazy high tax I got one for red plus some :). Tax is crazy anyone else order it an have this issue please share -

Is reliance a supported carrier for the iPhone? If not, you will be unable to get facetime to activate.

The error message you're seeing is likely the other way around -- i.e. something like "This iPhone has previously been synced with a different computer". There's no problem syncing multiple iOS devices to the same computer.
However, the reverse is not true for the iPhone -- you cannot connect an iPhone to another computer without it being erased, even if you manually manage music and video. So, it sounds like you've been syncing your iPhone to a different computer?
Also, 5.1 (not 5.0.1) is the latest iOS. -
I am trying to setup iCloud account and when I login I see a popup. The Maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iPhone. Pls, help me fix it. What other accounts? Thanks
Then you'll have to use another iOS device or Mac running OS X Lion or higher to create a new account for you to use on your phone. If you don't have one, perhaps a friend would allow you to create and account on their device (note: this will use one of their three maximum accounts). To do this, they would need to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which will delete the account from their device but not from iCloud), then allow you to sign back in with your ID to create the new account. Then tap Delete Account to delete the new account from their device, and finally, sign back in with their iCloud ID to restore their iCloud account to their device. Then you can sign in with your ID on your phone in Settings>iCloud and use the new account.

It's strange because I can change my AppleID country without this message.
So what to do? Just try to do this again, but on another device. You may also erase cookies and history of your browser.

I purchased an audiobook in Nov 2012 using iPhone 4S and then upgraded to iPhone 5 in Dec. Now I am not seeing the audio book in purchase history in iTunes. This means I am not able to get the book in my new iPhone. Please help.
Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store. If you don't have it on your computer (audiobooks go into the Books part of your iTunes library) nor on a backup, then if it's still in the store you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Is there any way to watch a downloaded TV show from iTunes on my iPad without wifi? I have an iPhone if this helps.
If the TV Show is downloaded on your iPad, you don't need Wi-Fi to watch it.

How do I get my music from Media Center to my iphone 4s. Itunes 10.5 won't import the MC music library, and MC won't recognize and synch to the iphone plugged into the USB port so I can't load playlists from MC to my iphone. Itunes help doesn't work.

As you know, your iPhone 5 is not compatible with our iBook G4. To get your music in iTunes from your iBook to your iPhone you would need to migrate the music files to a newer intel based Mac. A Mac which has Mac OS X 10.6 or higher installed. Then sync your iPhone 5. -

If I understand correctly, you are in Romania and the phone was bought from Sweden. In order to unlock that device, you have to have the carrier in Sweden unlock it. If your phone just won't power on, then wjosten has provided the steps needed to try and power it on. Otherwise, if you want the phone "unlocked" or if it has been "jailbroken" or an unauthorized version of software has been put on the iphone, nobody can help you here.

Reboot your router. You by chance dont have a netgear N300 WNR2000 router do you? I had one of those and would lose wifi on it constantly, Switched to a Cisco wifi router and it works much better.

It was never free for the 3GS.
It is if the initial sign-up is done on an iPhone 4, iPad or iPod touch 4th gen.

I can load a CD on to my PC - iTunes but when I sync with my iPhone 5s the CD does not load onto my iPhone 5S.
Help!You can sort your library by adding a Sorting info in the File Info. Select a file in iTunes U, press cmd + i, choose Sorting Tab. For example add a Sort Name. For each file you have to put a value into that field, I did it with 01, 02, 03 .. 12. I do not know if this works if you select multiple files, but I did not try.
The next time you sync your device, your files will be in order. It' ve tested it on an iPad2.
If you ask me, there must be a better solution for that problem as the files have a track number saved in the info as well, and it is quite annoying to add the sorting order manually.
