i have account Icloud i forget password on Iphone 4s and i buy new iphone 6+ and i create new account icloud but when i put my iphone with my macbook the last Icloud transfers on new iphone 6+ …i'm afraid now new iphone stop on icloud can someOne help me
Login to your Apple ID at id.apple.com
Once you do that, change the Apple ID to the ID that is being displayed on the screen. Once you save that ID, you should then be able to logout of the icloud account with the password used to access your Apple ID. Once done, change the Apple ID back to the one you were using. If you get an error saying that the Apple ID is already being used, then you need to call in to have is resolved at 1-800-MY-IPHONE.

Recently I found a little trace on the edge of my iPhone 6. Very small, at the bottom edge of the display glass.
You could hardly make it out, but visible enough to catch the eye.
Since my iPhone 6 has never dropped or bumped in any way, I addressed this issue to AppleCare support, and sent them the device.
The upshot: Diagnostics of the technician’s: broken glass! Warranty coverage: DENIED!
This damage comes from improper usage or is an accidental damage.
The AppleCare adviser also confirmed that this device also is not qualified for any further warranty claim, because of the broken display. (See Appels warranty conditions).
Apple returned my phone unrepaired. The sim tray was missing, and a note in the return package said, that warranty repair was denied and that I can buy a new device at apple store.
For me it is OBVIOUSLY a PRODUCTION ERROR by the manufacturer, and has to be fixed for free within the warranty.
I made pictures of this problem so you can see what I mean.
I can only recommend to anyone urgently, to carry a 10x loupe (preferably illuminated) to the store, if you are going to buy an iphone 6 or 6 plus.
Otherwise, if you catch a device with chipped edges on the glass you are out of warranty.
Please notice that the complete bottom edge has marks of broken and chipped glass!
I think the whole construction with the round edges is the problem. The glass is simply too thin at the edges.
It could be more iPhones suffering the same problem.
Btw: The glass surface on top is perfectly intact. The broken pieces are on the bottom!
You can feel nothing if you do not take the display apart.
However, I set up a mail with my lawyer and am waiting how Apple will respond.
They are of course also invited to discuss on community portals worldwide about this.
Please let me know what you think and if someone had success with the same problem.Hi. I have the same problem. Unpacked a new iPhone6 and the phone had a small chip under the glass on the edge. Local store says that this is not covered as it would have been incorrect use. Pretty strange as it came out of the box like this and the metal edge of the phone is perfect (which shows that it was not dropped), just the glass is chipped (looks as if the chip is inside of the glass). To me it looks like a production issue as the glass is curved and gets thinner towards the edges. Would be interested if more people have the same issue in order to put a claim forward to Apple.....

I Just bought iPhone 6 plus white 128GB. after using the iPhone sometimes I try to open control center and it won't open unless I reboot the iPhone and changing the camera from rear to front it won' response so I need help how to fix these kind of problem. my iphone has most updated version ios 8.1.1

I have two Problems
1- I had a call earlier and my iPhone 6 plus was locked, I swiped to answer and something weird happened. The screen changed to show just the END CALL button and nothing else except the caller name and photo. The call continued to ring after I'd swiped to answer and even pressing the end call button when it happened didn't do anything.

IPhone 6 plus problem in app Landscape mode

i got the iphone 6 plus yesterday, I switched from an android phone, and there are some things that I am finding quite annoying. First, some of the apps do not support landscape mode and force portrait mode. I have an iPad and this is not an issue with these apps there. screen rotation is not locked and standard view is enabled. When entering text on landscape mode, screen responsiveness is poor for text entry. When I want to share something, the options are limited to Facebook, YouTube, email and a couple more, on android I couls share directly to many more things including whatsapp. I don't know how much of this is just normal iOSHi Sunnifromlondon,

I am trying to get my files from my old iPhone 5s onto my new iPhone 6 Plus. I am currently and have been using iCloud to backup my files/state. However, I believe the antenna on the iPhone 5s went kaput a few months ago, because the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, both, do not work at all, meaning, I have tried all solutions including, resetting network settings, restarting the phone, etc. This is problematic because, as far as I know the iPhone 5s needs to be connected to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to a Wi-Fi Hotspot in order to ask the internet, in order to upload current information/state to iCloud. Herein lies my problem.
I have used iCloud already, to download my current files/state to my iPhone 6, with a caveat, these are only the files/state from before the antenna supposedly went kaput. That means, that all of my files/state since that time, while still being on my iPhone 5s, is not uploaded to iCloud, which then means I do not have it on my iPhone 6 which was updated to the most current files/state that was available at the time.
What do I do?
I have iTunes installed on a Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 Computer, and I have made a backup on there. However, I have to admit, I find iTunes very counter-intuitive and very difficult to use/understand. And I'm mostly referring to the syncing/backing-up features. I know you have to have safe guards to protect software usage, but with this high-minded philosophy of minimalism, couldn't it be as easy as drag and drop? Even software syncing? USB syncing with iCloud, etc?Thank you for the information. I checked out the section and read it through. From what I can gather, you can start your new iPhone from an itunes backup (Set Up Iphone > Restore from iTunes Backup), but, in my situation I need to add the Files/State from the old iPhone backup to the new iPhone that was started from scratch and has it's own unique Files/State, without subtracting from either. The problem is, that I don't want to subtract anything, and from what I understand about Syncing, if I am Syncing a new iPhone that's been started up, edited, has it's own suite of apps, etc. to an old backup of a previous iPhone, I am going to lose everything new I've done, as it will sync with the previous Files/State.

I have a new iPhone 6 plus and all is OK. But the mail shows more than 400 'unread' messages whereas there are none in the mailbox or trash or anywhere else I have looked. I can send and receive with no problem. I'm sure I have no unread messages.

IPhone 6 Plus Screen Issue?? Going insane here! 6th phone opened same problem

I bought a iPhone 6 plus on launch day. I noticed something immediately and that was that the screen, even on full brightness, wasn't displaying whites as nicely as the phones on display in the apple store. The apple store iPhone 6 pluses on display display bright, vivid whites (let's say when your on google.com) but my phone looked slightly more dimmed and shaded out. The difference is slight, but when you compare, you notice it immediately and have had apple employees notice this before I even compared them the phones side by side.
I ended up having the apple store open a few phones for me to replace and they were WORSE (they opened 5 phones). I ended up returning the phone and getting a new one only to have the same issue. I just don't understand why the iPhone 6 pluses on display have screens that show whites and nice and bright, where as my screens are dimmer and more 'shaded out'.
I promise you, if you have an iPhone 6 plus go to the apple store and do the comparison. Unless your lucky, it'll be there. This isn't a yellow screen, or uniform brightness issue, the screen just looks shaded even on full brightness making whites look more 'grey' than the way they are displayed on the 6 pluses in the store. All the setting are perfect this isn't the issue. The issue is the screen itself. I just wanted to know if I was the only one.I feel your pain! I have the same problem with my new iPhone 6. My iPhone 5s has cooler/brighter whites, but my iPhone 6 with a supposedly better screen shows them warmer/duller. I stopped at two T-Mobile stores this morning to compare my phone with their display models, and in both cases my phone look dull and drab. Because of the warmer whites, text has less contrast and therefor looks blurrier, too. I was considering going to an Apple Store to see if they could exchange the phone, but as you've demonstrated there's no guaranty that you'll get a better phone. After spending $850 on what I thought was a phone with a bigger, better display, I now wish I'd just stayed happy with my 5s or even considered switching back to an Android phone.

I set up my iCloud account on iPad with an exchange account and aol account. I can see exchange and aol emails but not those from .me account or apple email. I got it to show all 3 accounts on my iPhone with no problem. Hat am I missing?
I'm having a similar problem, but I do have the key and is not working anyway.
My old pc was running on windows 7 and my new one is an apple running on Lion.
My phone is an Iphone IV and I can see all the bookmarks there.
In order to sync, what I did was click on the "I don't have the device with me", I entered the key that was provided and the process finish ok. It says congratulations, etc, etc.
But the bookmarks are not there, I tried merging data and replacing data on this computer options but is the same.
Any suggestions? -
While my iphone (6 plus) is synced with icloud, the contacts on icloud are several years old! My phone shows that it was backed up this morning to icloud. Any ideas on why icloud is not updated with my contacts?

IPhone 6 Plus - screen swipe problem in photo apps
I am having issues swiping at at the bottom of my screen, but strangely it only seems to be in photo editing based apps, which suggests it is is some kind of software issue. My wife also has the same issue with her iPhone 6 Plus so I know it is not just my phone.
For example, in Snapseed the filter options are all along the bottom of the screen but when I try to swipe though them I often get no response or it opens the filter I first touched and swiped on (as if I have tapped it rather than swiped). The same goes for many other photo apps that have filter options to swipe through at the bottom of the screen, including the actual Apple photo app when in edit mode.
In the case of Snapseed, I do manage to swipe the filter options along if I can just touch the area between the actual filter icons, but it is a very small space and hard to touch without hitting one of the icons.
Its not a screen sensitivity issue as I have no problem with response when tapping, also I have no problems in other types of apps, just photo editing ones. The BBC weather app require swiping through the days at the bottom of the screen and is fully responsive.
I am hoping it will be noticed and corrected in future software updates either to iOS or the individual apps, but for now it is massively frustrating.
Anyone else?I've also experienced this same problem using snapseed. It's really frustrating to use the app.

Problems with my iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB
Hello everyone,
2 weeks I got my iphone 6 plus ago and I am inspired that € 999 then the iphone is "something" faster than my iPhone4 2010.
I have suffered spontaneous rebooting the terminal, some applications do not open or hung, even Apple's own. People who talk to me says that the voice is choppy, even with full coverage.
Whatsapp is very slow, moving chats "biting" top-down, and when I want to dictate messages often unavailable Siri.
Have serious difficulties to detect the position of the terminal, including the screen goes upside down for more than 20 seconds until it detects is not correctly positioned.
And all these problems as I read online should have many apps installed, approximately 700 in some users. In my case, I did not exceed the 30 apps on my iPhone.
In defintiva a drama for € 1000 terminal is supposed to be a marvel. For now, A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
Tomorrow I get a new terminal but I have high hopes, as I read the problems persist ...
Someone tambiéb problems? Any solution?
PD.- The upside is that I have not had any problem to change the terminal.Exchange it at your Apple Store if you cannot get it into recovery mode and restore it from iTunes.
