IPhone 6 plus screen scratch for no reason
Seriously, I have took really good care of my iPhone 6 plus and have a cover on it. Without any droping, pumping and hurt, the screen scratched And being worse. The most strangest thing is that evey day the flaw becomes more when I weak up in the morning. How can a screem be so fragile. I even did not touch it ! It drives me crazy! Can I go the store to a new one without paying ?
They probably will not replace the phone. Scratching the screen is not covered by the warranty. But they might be able to tell you where these scratches come from if you show them your device and the accessory you use with it, like the case for example.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1Use iOS devices where the ambient temperature is between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F). Low- or high-temperature conditions might cause the device to change its behavior to regulate its temperature. Using an iOS device in very cold conditions outside of its operating range may temporarily shorten battery life and could cause the device to turn off. Battery life will return to normal when the device is brought back to higher ambient temperatures.
You seem to be outside the acceptable temperature range. It will not be covered under a warranty. -

Purchased my iPhone in November and a good case for it minus the screen guard. After 2 months of use, there is a thin line which cannot be felt from the top till middle of screen. Taken it to an authorized service center but received a denial stating that it is a physical damage and this is not covered under warranty.
I am sure many others would be facing a similar issue but would like to know if there is any solution to this issue like a replacement. Cost mentioned to me for a screen replacement is Rs.26500/-.ravc wrote:

Yes glass can be scratched. Yes scratched screens are not covered under warranty. Incase you are not clear what the service centre told you about your options you can ether replace the screen, buy a new phone, or keep the phone as is. -

So I recently broke my iphone 6 plus screen, and I'm trying to find a reasonable fix for it.
I know it doesnt get covered by warranty, even thou it's valid until Januar.
I'm from Slovenia and the local store asked for 466€(506$) for a repair, which doesn't seem fair at all.
I can see for US are around 130usd for a screen replacement, which is a lot different from 466€(506$).
What can I do? Can I ship my phone through mail to different country?

If it was purchased in the United States, then there's not a local option in Portugal.

If you live somewhere other than Singapore you'll have to send the phone to someone you trust in Singapore and have them take the phone in to have it repaired. iPhone's do not have an international warranty and can only be serviced in the country they were purchased.

Iphone 6 plus screen frozen when downloading movies from itunes
My iphone 6 plus screen froze up when I tried to rent/download 2 movies on iTunes. I did not have enought free space to accommodate I guess, so instead I tried downloading it on my iPad since I had more storage space...but when I tried to rent it on my iPad instead, iTunes says I already rented it... Will I be paying for the two movies I rented since I dont have enough space to watch it? And how do I unfreeze my screen?

Find your movie on the device you used to rent it. Follow these steps:
Mac or PC: Go to the Rentals tab in the Movies section of the iTunes Library.
iOS device: Go to the Rental tab of the Videos app.
Apple TV:
2nd or 3rd generation: Look in the top shelf of the main menu.
1st generation: Go to Movies > Rented Movies.

my iphone just turn it off for on reason, when i turn it on after 2or3 min it just shutdown by it self, and even when i charge my ipjone it works, but once i take off the charge then it shut down by it self again

I've got songs on my iPad that are not on my iPhone which I want but for some reason they won't go on over Icloud, help!?
perfect. ok do the following:
settings > mail, contacts, calendars > go into the exchange account. You should have an email in the account field...[email protected] or [email protected], etc.... I am assuming you don't remember the password to this exchange account so once you know the email, you can go to email providers site and click on forgot password and you will go through the steps to get a new password. Once you do this, you will need to go back into your "exchange account " and the field that has the exchange email > touch the > to open settings. Change the password to your new password you got from above. Once you do this, you can add the exchange account to your ipad and all of your contacts will sync to both devices.

So when I plug my iPhone 3GS into my iMac, for music reasons, it says I have 123 songs. When I plug my iTouch into my iMac it says I have 565 songs on my iTouch. I have the same apple idea for both my iPhone and iTouch, how do I transfer my 565 songs on my iTouch to my iPhone? PLEASE HELP!!!
When you connect your iPad or iPod to the Mac, click on the device name in iTunes - don't click on the arrow on the device. Then click on the Music tab in the main window pane. Now you should see 'Sync Music' and all your playlists, artists and albums. Here you mark the checkboxes for what should be synced.

1. On your iPhone 4 press and hold both the button and the Home button for about ten seconds. After ten seconds you should see the Apple logo showing up.
2. Now try to run you phone again and see if it works.
If a hard reset the still can't get the device back to a working order.
1. Plug in the device to the cumputer and start iTunes.
2. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake + Home for 10 seconds.
3. Once you see the Apple Logo appears, release the power and continue to hold down the home button for about 5-10 seconds. Look iniTunes and see if your device have shows up.
4. iTunes will notify you that you are now in Recovery mode. Click on OK to continue with the restore process.
5. Next press and hold on the SHIFT button and click on the Restore button. Select the latest IPSW file and the prompt appears.
6. iTunes should now attempt to get your device back to the manufacturer setting.
7. iTunes will later give you an opportunity to restore you content from the PC. Every time when you do a sync, iTunes makes a backup so you can choose the latest backup from the sync. -

Are you sure you have a 3GS and not a 3G? The 3G cannot be updated to iOS5. What version are you on now?... Settings > General > About > Version
