IPhone 6 restarts in emergency mode and doesn't recognize my passcode

My iPhone 6 started having a problem while I was texting, with delayed response and double characters. I cleared the programs and power down and back up. The phone wasn't operational when rebooted, it didn't connected to WiFi or cell, and said is was over heated. I power it down and left it off for 15 minutes, but occurred the same condition upon reboot. I looked on line and someone suggest a hard reset (holding the sleep and home buttons until the apple logo appears. Now the iPhone 6 will only boot up to emergency mode and doesn't accept my passcode. I am using iCloud to back up the phone. How can I correct this condition?

Sounds like you need to bring the phone to Apple for evaluation.

Iphone 4s stuck in recovery mode and Itunes wont recognize

So i was restoring my Iphone 4s and when it went into recovery mode Itunes stoped recognizing it. So i tired going and trying to find the apple mobile device driver but it isnt in the universal bus drivers section. So i plugged in my iphone and it showed up under other as "Iphone (recovery mode)" with a yellow exclamation point. I tried to update automatically and manually but both of them say access denied. I have no means of communication without my phone so can someone please guide me through this??

Its been 2 weeks only sense I bought my first iOS devise (iPhone 6) and I am having major problems with it. it all started when my WiFi stopped working and grayed out completely so I thought it will be ok after I restart it, and I did but it got stuck on the Apple logo screen. I restored it using iTunes new update for iOS 8.0.2 worked for a couple of hours only but my battery was running low so I switched it off. later when I wanted to switch it on again, I got the same problem with the phone stuck to the Apple logo screen but this time it wont restore or upgrade through iTunes and displayed error (4005). can any one please help???

Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo you will not lose any data But you may need to do this more than once. If you need to update your iPhone try and do this over wifi I never use a PC for Software updates on iPhone / iPad Cheers Brian

I've done all of these, even trying a different USB port, and still, nothing. This is really confusing. Windows 8.1 said something to do with USB malfunction or something and nothing works. I need to restore my iPhone quickly and nothing has happened. My cable is not genuine Apple product. iTunes makes the noise that it makes when I connect the device, but it doesn't say 'iPhone is in recovery mode' or even say 'iPhone' in the corner. I am really fed up and would really appreciate a response.

Try these steps to resolve the issue:
Install the latest version of iTunes.
Restart your computer.
Make sure your computer is up to date. If an update requires a restart, check for updates again after you restart.
Learn more about updating OS X.
Learn more about updating Windows.
Restore using another USB cable.
Restore your device on another computer.
If you continue to see error 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your device, contact Apple for support.

I tried to update to ios 7.0.1 and my iphone 5 went into recovery mode and said i had to plug it in to itunes so i did and it restored to factory settings and i lost everything and i am pretty sure i dont have anything backed up on iCloud.. Is there anyway i can recover anything? I had over 1,000 pictures and 500 contacts and now i have nothing.

Then you have no data from which to backup, I'm afraid.
This would be a good time to review the User Guide and learn how to use your phone as recommended so data loss like this doesn't happen again.

This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.

Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.

I have already tried the resetting with power swich and home button and plugging into computer but it says the "iPhone software update server cannot be contacted." I am locked out of my phone. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue and get the phone working again. I will add that I am now trying to restore it on a different computer with a lower version of itunes, but the computer that it initially happened on had the updated itunes and gave me the same result ... nothing. Thanks for your help in advance.

Try going to recovery mode as described here. You may have to try this more than once to succeed.
Use the original iTunes that the iPhone synced with.
