I have a problem with my iphone 6+.
My iphone's screen craked itself, I watching youtube with youtbue app, it just 20 minutes and then OMG!!!! it cracked itself.
I bought on 10/11/2014 in Thailand.
What i should do with this case ?

Contact AppleCare in Thailand and have someone look at it.

Im not really sure how it all happened i got out of my car and i put my keys in my poket, the same poket as the iPhone normaly i never cary anything else in my poket but my iphone everything else in the other one, So as soon as i remmembered that i put the keys in the same poket i took out my phone to see if there was any scrashes but it was works there was a crack inside the phone not on the outside but inside the display. IIf the battery was completely drained it might take some time before the phone will respond. Wait at least 30 minutes with the phone connected to the charger. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. If the phone starts up let it continue to charge until it's 100%.
if the broken button will not let you do the reset Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

If you already tried a restore to factory settings, it looks like a hardware issue to me.
I would take it to an Apple Store for replacement.

press and hold the home button and the lock button together for atleast 10 secs or till the time u see the apple logo,once you see the apple logo,let go off the keys... good luck

My iphone 5 screen needs to be turned on and off twice (hit the top button or home button, then turn off the screen again, then hit one of the buttons again) before I can slide the screen to unlock it. Also, when I was using it yesterday, the volume on my music was sliding up and down by itself, it clicked on albums by itself and wouldn't register my touch, the song kept pausing and playing by itself, and when I backed out of the app, all my running apps started sliding back and forth across the screen as if I were running my finger back and forth extremely fast. It also then opened the phone app, started to call one of my contacts, and wouldn't let me hang up. My phone is relatively new (got it back in June) and I haven't dropped my phone at all, haven't gotten it wet, etc... The only thing I've done to it recently is install iOS7. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Took my phone to the Apple store this week and they told me it was a hardware/screen malfunction. They replaced the screen for free since it was under warranty. Now it works fine again!

If this is a new problem, then Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons together for about 15 seconds, iPhone will turn off itself and then restart. See if the problems are fixed. If not, make appointment with Apple Genius and show them the problems your are experiencing so they can fix it or replace the iPhone under Warranty.

help. My new iphone 4s screen is frozen.

I'm experiencing the same problem.
Twice now, my iPhone 4S was in a sort of "deep sleep" mode and has had a screen that would not wake up.
Underneath the blank and black screen, the phone itself seems to be working as I tried calling my iPhone from another phone, but my 4S still did not wake up, nor did it sound the ringtone.
By holding the on/off key and the home button for about 10 seconds, the phone started again (Apple logo) and asked for my passcode. Funny enough, it did NOT ask me for my PIN number to unlock the SIM card (which it normally does when I reboot my iPhone), so somehow that part of the phone has remained active.
As I said, this happened twice to me, both before and after the 5.1.1 update, so that doesn't seem to have anything to do with it.
The bad thing of course is that I don't know when my iPhone does into some kind of "deep sleep" mode, so when somebody tries to call me I'm unreachable, yet the other person trying to call me simply thinks I'm ignoring his call.

Cannot move applications to previous pages from iPhone home screen

This is a recent issue that I just noticed today. When I press and hold on an app from my iPhone home screen, I can move it around within its own page, or move it to succeeding pages. However, the phone will not allow me to move the app to a PREVIOUS page! It quickly tries to move to the the left, until it resets itself on the current page its on. My only way around this is to synch the apps from iTunes. Has anyone else been experiencing this bug?

Thanks for the advice, but this still does not work. Again, I've had no problems moving apps between home screen pages until now. This seems to have occurred right after downloading an app from the app store today. I'm running OS 3.1.2, and the phone will literally "pull back" an app I'm trying to move to a previous page, whether I move it to any previous page (currently using four pages of apps at the moment). It will let me move an app to a subsequent page, but then it's stuck there (i.e. it cannot be moved back to the page I moved it from). The only way to move it back is through iTunes. What the heck is going on here?

It sounds like your phone touchscreen is not consistently working for you after updating to iOS 8. I can see how that would be pretty frustrating. It sounds to me like this could be a software issue or an issue with the screen itself. I would start with the troubleshooting in the following article to help troubleshoot the screen itself:
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Troubleshooting touchscreen response
Restart your device
Hold the On/Off button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the On/Off button to turn it back on.
If you can't restart your device, reset it by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for a least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Clean the screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Avoid using the device while wearing gloves, with wet hands, or immediately after applying hand lotion.
If you have a protective case, or if you are using a plastic sheet or film on the display, try removing them and testing the device without it.
If that does not resolve the issue, I would next quit all the running apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart itself. Usually takes 10-15 seconds. If this does not work, Do this a couple of times to be certain.
If that does not work, Restore Firmware with iTunes.
If this does not work, Replace LCD Display.

Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIsand corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 30 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
