5800 screen locked (cant unlock), how can i restor...

Basically i have a 5800 xpress music nokia, the screen lock slide button stopped working, so i started poking something down into the slide gap to push against the white button to unlock the phone, now that has broken and the screen is on constant lock and there is no way of unlocking it, Turn phone off, enter pin, screen auto locks before i get chance to do anything.
Is there a way i can restore factory settings through the media suite ofr any other ways? i can not enter any codes (obviously) as the screen is on constant lock!

Back it up and restore it using iTunes on the last computer it was synced with. At the end of the restore process, when the iPod restarts and reappears in iTunes you will be given the option to restore to the backup you made at the beginning. When it finishes, the passcode will be removed.
This will only work if you have previously synced with iTunes after setting the passcode on your device.

Specifically -
Orphaned files may remain on your iOS device if it is physically disconnected while syncing music, podcasts, videos, or photos. This can prevent iTunes from syncing the iOS device on subsequent sync sessions. When this happens, the Capacity indicator in iTunes may report a large amount of "Other" disk usage for the iOS device. To resolve this issue:
Turn off the music or photo sync option in iTunes for the device.
Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
Turn the music and photo sync options for the device on again.
Click Apply again to try to sync the device to iTunes.
If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 5.
Turn off the automatic syncing functions for the iOS device. To do this:
Select the iOS device from the iTunes window and click the Summary tab.
Deselect "Automatically sync when this device is connected" and select the "Sync only checked songs and videos" checkbox.
Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
Reduce the amount of data that is being synced to the device and resync the device. For example, if syncing your Music library exceeds the memory capacity of the device, choose "Selected playlists" to transfer rather than "All songs and playlists" under the Music tab in iTunes.
If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 6.
Restore using iTunes.

Unfortunately, you must restore it in iTunes on your computer. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten pass lock code.
You will need to Restore your device from the same computer that you most recently synced to. See - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414.

It sounds like you may have inadvertently activate the Zoom Accessibility feature on your iOS device. The following link from the online iOS 8 iPhone User Guide explains how to turn the feature off or deactivate it:

Many apps let you zoom in or out on specific items. For example, you can double-tap or pinch to look closer in Photos or expand webpage columns in Safari. But, there’s also a general Zoom feature that lets you magnify the screen no matter what you’re doing. You can zoom the entire screen (Full Screen Zoom) or zoom part of the screen in a resizable window and leave the rest of the screen unmagnified (Window Zoom). And, you can use Zoom together with VoiceOver.
Turn Zoom on or off. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom. Or, use the Accessibility Shortcut. See Accessibility Shortcut.
Zoom in or out. With Zoom turned on, double-tap the screen with three fingers.
Adjust the magnification. Double-tap with three fingers, then drag up or down. You can also triple-tap with three fingers, then drag the Zoom Level slider in the controls that appear. You should be able to perform these steps before being required to enter your password.

By coincidence, this happened to my son just last night. You do NOT have to restore it to a new phone, but you probably want a current backup.
Luckily, you can still sync and back it up even if it's locked, so connect it to the computer you usually sync it to. Go to the summary page. It's easiest and fastest to use a local backup, so if iCloud backup is on, turn it off and click "Backup now".
After it backs up, either click "Restore iPhone", or
- hold home and the top button until the screen goes black, release the top and continue to hold the home button until iTunes says "iPhone in recovery mode detected".
Follow instructions to restore from backup, and then sync to restore content. Your phone will come up in an unlocked state. If you have any stuff that was purchased directly to the iPhone (only), you'll have to re-download it.
Remember to turn iCloud backups back on if you use them.
If you don't sync you iPhone to a computer then I *think* those instructions with the buttons will put it into a mode where you can restore it from the cloud (make sure it is NOT connected to a computer while you do this). Otherwise, you will have to restore it as a new phone, then go to settings, reset, then restore it from the cloud.

That means the update may have gotten stuck.
If you're using iTunes to do the update, close any other programs that you have open.
If your phone sits on that screen with no progress for 30 minutes, reset the phone by pressing and holding the home and sleep/wake buttons for 10-15 seconds. The screen will go black. Then, try powering up your phone.
The update may complete as expected. It's also possible something went wrong and your phone will be in recovery mode & show the USB cable and iTunes logo. If this is the case, you will need to restore the phone.
