IPhone 6, unauthorized reseller and Warranty

Hello...
First of all I should mention I am living Malaysia.
The story is about my brother's phone who lives in Iran.
A couple of months ago he bought an iPhonr6 from an unauthorized reseller.
As you might know there is no authorized reseller inside Iran yet.
After buying he found the famous red screen issue on iPhone 6, but unfortunately the reseller doesn't accept any responsibility.
I want to ask you if I ask him to post it to me (from Iran to Malaysia) can I go to an Apple shop and ask them for using its warranty?
If Yes, is there any specified document that they may be needed?
If No what can we do?!

The phone originated in the US, so if the phone originated in the US, then the warranty is only valid for the US, it is country specific, so this means that you will have to take the phone back to the US to be able to get a warranty repair.  They will NOT do this in Malaysia, because the phone did not come from Malaysia and if they need to give you a replacement phone, then they will not stock the same models as they differ between countries, which is why iPhone warranties are country specific and NOT international.
If you cannot take the phone to the US, there is nothing for you to do and there is nothing your brother can do - he cannot get the phone repaired and he will not be able to use it.  Suggest to your brother that he takes the phone back to the re-seller for a full refund.
Go to another country that has an Apple store and start again by buying a phone from a legitimate source and not an unauthorised one that you will never be able to use.

    Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

    If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

    Accidental or wilful damage is not covered by Apple's standard or extended warranty. AppleCare + does cover this kind of damage for a small fee.
    When taking the phone to Apple for repair Apple will not replace the faulty part. They replace the whole phone. However some stores may offer screen replacements.

    No, the logic board needs to be replaced. But, here's your ptoblem: No authorized service center, In India, will touch a US iPhone. Thus, your only option is a third-party repair shop. But, since Apple does not sell iPhone parts, many on the market are counterfeit. In other words, if you go to a third-party repair shop, you take your chances as to what you end up with.
    If you can't send the phone to someone in the US, that can go to an Apple store for you, & do an out of warranty exchange...cost is US $199...then sell the phone for parts or go to a third-party repair shop & hope you don't end up worse than you are now.
    Those are your options.

    No.  The warranty is only for the country that the device was purchased in.  So for example, if you need service for your phone, you would need to have someone in the US submit the device (from a US mailing address).  Or, someone to take the phone into an Apple Store for you.

    If you can find out what country your iPhone was officially sold in, you could take it there (or if originally sold in the EU, take it to any EU country where Apple officially sells the iPhone) or you could send the iPhone to someone you know in that country who could get it serviced and then ship it back to you. Apple Support does not accept shipments from other countries, and will not ship a serviced iPhone to another country.
    This, though, presumes that the iPhone has not been modified as your service provider claimed. If it has, Apple will not provide service for it in any country.
    You may be able to find out what country your iPhone was officially sold in by calling Apple Support:

    There is no "world apple warranty" on iPhones. As paulcb points out, the warranty is only valid in the country of origin. You will have to bring it to the U.S. or send it to someone you know there to get it serviced.

    1). A cracked screen is not covered by the warranty.
    2). The iPhone is not legitimately sold in Pakistan, and the warranty, if you were able to claim it, is not international. Chances are is that your iPhone is a gray market import.
