IPhone 6 won't allow me to answer calls

I have hard reset the phone and tried restoring multiple times from computer and iCloud. When someone calls me the phone screen stays black, i feel it vibrate. Then the phone notifies me of the missed call and I can return the call. But the phone never gives me an opportunity to answer the call.

Do you have a case on the phone? If so, take it off. It may be interfering with the proximity sensor. Some screen protectors will as well. Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears?
And, if the phone is under warranty, why haven't you contacted Apple? Seems like it would be a good course of action.

I really appreciate any help and advice I can get.
First my iphone won't allow me to drag music over to it. I'm old school and I like to drag specific tracks over to my iphone. iTunes won't let me do that. I have tried creating a new playlist and syncing again but still I can't do that. Any help or ideas?
Also, I keep getting the message that "x number of items could not be synced. See iTunes for more information". What does this mean???? I read some where that clearing the photo cache can help. One problem, I CAN'T FIND THIS PHOTO CACHE!!!!! Where is this thing. I read that you need to click "go" on the iTunes menu. My menu doesn't say go. What's going on? How to i find the iphone photo cache and get rid of that annoying message?!?
Also, before I get to any of the stages above, sometimes during syncing on iTunes with my iPhone 4S, it keeps getting stuck at "waiting for changes to be applied". Once again, anyone have ideas about how I can overcome this?

Is your iPhone restricted? Check Settings > General > Restrictions

I have had a similar problem recently and followed advice here. Specifically, I used the brute force approach. As suggested by this site, I strongly urge you to backup your mailbox before trying this fix - just to be on the safe side.

If that does not resolve the issue...
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Has any of this been tried?

My iPhone won't connect when apple support calls me

I am trying to contact apple support regarding resetting the answers to my security questions. I submit my date and time I would like to be called and when the time comes I get automated call-back but when it prompts me to press 1 to speak to the representative, it never goes through. The automated message thinks that I don't press anything and I get nowhere. I've made a handful of attempts and each time this is the scenario that plays out.
Any ideas?

Instaling Iphone in car sound system to answer calls

Is it possible to install the iPhone with the sound system of the car, to be able to answer phone calls? Is this complicated?

Yes, it is possible. Like the above poster mentioned, though, it depends on the Bluetooth of your car, and if it's compatible with the iPhone.
I personally have had my iPhone 3G connected via bluetooth with my car, but it was a mediocre experience. Perhaps you will have better results.
As for the complexity of pairing your phone, it depends more on your car's system. Consult your car's user manual for guiding you through the bluetooth pairing process.

IPhone won't allow past restore from backup screen?

I recently updated my Dad's Iphone 4 to ios 7. There were a few error messages during the upgrade and I had to try several times before it worked.
Once I had updated the software (via iTunes), we restored from a previous back up.
However, now every time the phone is connected to iTunes, it asks if we want to set up as a new iPhone or resotre from a previous back up? We want to do neither. What I want to do is plug the phone in and then be able to copy music across and view all the normal pages you get when you connect an iPhone to iTunes. However, it won't let me do anything.
Suggestions please?

Thanks for the question! Because you have already restored your device from a backup, you’ll simply want to choose “Set Up as New iPhone”.

Note: While it may sound like it, this action of setting up as new within iTunes does not actually erase your device. iTunes simply recognizes a new device, and prompts with these two options.

My Calendar on my iPhone won't allow me to save any events. It says "cannot save event" does anyone know how to fix this issue?

After updating my phone earlier this month to the 5.1 software my calendar won't let me save any events. It displays "Cannot save event" I have tried googling the error and I have tried restarting the app, restarting my phone and even cutting the calendar off and back on....nothing has worked. Any other suggestions???

Select the drive and Finder > Get info and at the bottom "ignore permissions on this volume"
You can copy the files, but the ownership on the files still belongs to the other user account, once your done copying, then perform a #6 Reset Users Permissions and that will set all the ownership to that account.

Another method is to copy the entire folder, then change it's permissions.

My iphone won't allow me to download new apps

I have never had this issue before. It tells me I can retry. I am downloading apps directly on my phone. I was able to last night.
It is not saying I need to reconnect to the internet but I am wondering if this is because of a bad internet connection or what?
I updated my phone last night but was still able to download apps.
And I have shut the phone on and back off so I am hoping someone can help.

I am also having a problem similar to this. I can download apps from my computer and put the on my iphone 4 however when I try to download with the app store on my iphone it tells me that I need to use another method of payment and I am sure the informaiton entered is the same as on my computer. App Store won't allow me to answer security Questions

I'm trying to buy/download the Textual app from the app store on my macbook air. When I click the buy app button, it asks me to log in twice, the second time saying i need to answer my 3 security questions. Once i sign in the second time, it gives me this screen:
As you can see, it doesn't actually SHOW me the 3 security questions, just a blank portion of the screen. And when clicking continue, it gives me the red box saying i didn't answer them.
Is there some cache I can clear to get these to show up?
