IPhone and iCloud Problem

From my iPhone, I'm not able to go to icloud.com and log in as is possible on a computer. I get a page that asks if I want to set up iCloud, even though it is already set up on the phone. Has anybody experienced this? Any clue what is going on? Apple Tech Support is stumped.

No need to apologize. I took absoultely no office, and in fact, I really appreciated your answer as it explained what happened. Maybe I just got a rookie tech support person. Not all Apple tech people are created equal.
By the way, I discovered the hard way that Notes will not synch properly across devices if you add pictures. It only works for text. UGH.

It is asking if you want to delete all the iCloud contacts off your Mac (not in iCloud).
Delete them. If you keep them you will have duplicates when you turn it back on. You will have the copy you kept and another copy when they resync with iCloud

Does Outlook 2010 sync out to iPhone and iCloud?

Does Outlook 2010 support calendar entries to iCloud and iPhone? I made test entries on iPhone 4 and iCloud that sync. But entries on Outlook don't seem to sync on iPhone and iCloud. Outlook entries do sync to the iCloud calendar within Outlook but not out to the iPhone etc. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone have any info on this? Thank you!

If you backed up your iPhone to iCloud before updating the software, first try the steps under "Restore from an iCloud backup" in this article to recover your data:

Photostream when enabled will only add photos from the camera roll that were taken post photostream activation. (Photostream does not currently share video)
Photostream only syncs photos over Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to begin with.
Photostream only syncs when the camera app is closed, ensure it is closed.
Photostream only syncs when the battery is above 20%, try recharging the device
Try disabling photo stream on your device (settings > iCloud), restarting your device and then re-enabling photo stream.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.

Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with a bank or any other savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. This requires action before the device is lost/stolen. All apps and purchases are linked to your apple ID, so you can't share them across 2 devices that are using different apple id's, it won't work. the purchases that are on your mac at the moment will only work with the apple id they were brought with.
the only thing thats possible to share is purchased music. you have to first covert it to mp3 within itunes, then your bf can import it into his own itunes library and sync with his phone.

If you know the answers to your security questions, you should be able to change your password without using email authentication (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HE36). If you don't, you may be out of luck.

Getting someone's notes and photo on my iphone and icloud

im having problem with my iphone 5s and icloud, i keep on getting unknown notes and photo of someone i don't even know. my iphone 5s is my first and only ios devices and i only have 1 icloud/apple ID as well(created after i bought my iphone), which is why its weird that i keep on getting unknown notes and photo of someone even though i've already change my icloud password 3 thrice. im worried that if im getting their notes and photo that they could also see or receive my notes and photo as well. i've already read some post about similar issue but most of there problem was they have other ios device that they lost/sold with there apple ID/icloud still on the device, which in my case i don't have any other ios devices. i also have my photo sharing disabled on my setting. i hope someone encountered this same issue and help me fix it. Thanks!

my apple id is not working on iphone and on icloud.com website. but i can login on https://appleid.apple.com. i am unable to use full functionality of iphone because of this issue.

I have freshly installed JWS 1.4.16 ,then i have tried the my company IR and ID.So at the first time ..JWS downloaded the client files..and IR and ID was opening successfuly.
But when i tried to open iR and ID of Wnterprise SErvice Workplace.... it say download error.I dont understand why its trying to download again...??

Notes on iPhone and iCloud, but not on Mac's Notes

I have notes that I've created on my iPhone and they've all been created under one account, my iCloud account. I can see all the notes when I go to iCloud.com but I can't access them when I open the Notes application on my Mac. I only see a select few of the notes from iPhone/iCloud.com on the Notes application on my Mac. How can I go about getting access to the rest of the notes from my Mac? And yes, I have iCloud set up on my Mac so I don't understand why this problem is occurring or how to fix it.

Go to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Notes, choose Delete from Mac (they will still be in iCloud), restart your Mac then go back to System Preferences and check Notes again.
