IPhone AppleID signin on another iPhone

Yesterday, I downloaded and installed the new iOS6 on two iPhones. I signed on with my Apple ID on my friends phone to get questions answered, etc. and then discovered that I shouldn't have done this. My friend did not remember their ID and I signed on with mine. The information on my iCloud account all synced on his phone and I did sign off on his phone and created another Apple ID for it, so he'd have his own. But my Apple ID still appears in the settings under mail and I don't know how to change this as I have tried. Has anyone had the same situation or similar?

If the process had created an email account entry in the mail app, then delete that account. Otherwise please describe what you mean by "signed on woith my Apple ID". An Apple ID is used to create an icloud account or an itunes account (or both). From your description, it sounds like you had connected their device to your icloud account using Settings>icloud.

I sync my iphone ios 4 to another iphone ios5, sync was completed but after a few secs, the iphone with the IOS 5 firmware will auto restart and freezes at the home screen which I can't unlock. It will then freeze for a few secs before repeating the restart phase again and again and again.
To solve this issue, I have to hold the "home" + "off" button to restart the phone. Afterwhich, it will restart the phone. However, although my stuff are still on the phone, all my sms are gone.
Can someone please assist urgently.
My data was transferred from another iphone 3GS which is running an IOS 4.0.1 to another 3GS running ios 5.0.1
Is there a serious compatibility issue with both firmware?

Only if you're running Snow Leopard and your employer will allow access (different than iPhone/mobile device access, so most likely not), but not needed - keep reading.

No. It was true, but with the v3.0 software that changed - you can now sync your Exchange contacts and calendar over the air, and your Address Book and iCal via iTunes over the docking cable.

None needed. When you set up the exchange account, and choose to turn on syncing of contacts and calendars, you will be prompted to remove all other data, or keep it on the iPhone. Choose the keep option. Note that in that case, your personal data will not be uploaded to the Exchange server - the iPhone keeps them separate (although you can choose to view them in a merged fashion).
I have this set up on my phone (Exchange calendar along side personal and other calendars from iCal). Same for contacts. Works great.

This is determined by your carrier. SMS/MMS is a poor man's email and by that I mean SMS/MMS has major restrictions and limitations compared to email but is a cash cow for cell phone carriers.
Upload the video to YouTube when connected via wifi and send the YouTube link via text.

In order to sync your calendar between your phone's, you need both phones logged in to the same iCloud account and calendar syncing enabled on both.

I restored all my data to my husband's iphone 5S after he got a new iPhone 6 but I forgot to turn off FIND MY IPHONE in my old device. Now I can't do it in the old device because the apple ID and other setting are associated with the new device. The old device still contains info that I can't get at because of this. HELP!

remove it from your account by signing in to icloud.com/find, selecting the device, and clicking Erase. When the device has been erased, click Remove from Account. After you erase the device, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you can activate iMessage on your new device.

If the battery is dead the only way to find it is to physically look for it.

On the 5C
settings > iCloud, enter your ID and password (don't create a new one), check which services you want to use.
settings > iTunes & App stores > Sign in, enter your ID and password.
settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Sign in, enter your ID and password.
settings > FaceTime> Sign in, enter your ID and password.

In respect of removing your ID, iTunes, Messages and FaceTime are as above, except choose sign out and not in. To remove your ID from iCloud go, settings > iCloud, scroll down and tap delete.
Originally you said you wanted to create an ID for him, but then said he had one, if you go to settings > iCloud you have the option to do either. Adding his ID to iTunes, Messages and FaceTime is the same as described for the 5C.
If you don't want any of these services you don't have to sign in to them, total separation will mean he doesn't have your apps to use/play.

All purchases are always going to be associated to the ID that was used to purchase/download them.
If you create an ID for your daughter you will want to check everywhere it is used to make sure you are not sharing messages and stuff. These would be iTunes/app store, iCloud, iMessages, and FaceTime.
Go thru settings and find all mention of your ID.

It could be that someone has accessed your AppleID/iCloud account with out authorization. Or it could be that you forgot to remove find my iPhone form a phone that your previously owned.
Change your Apple ID password.

If yes, that cannot be done - apps, content, media are forever tied
to the AppleID used to download them.

You can have a separate AppleID only for iMessage and keep using the other one for iTunes.
Just change the AppleID used for iMessage in Settings > Messages > Receive At
