IPhone as a modem on old Windows computer

When in Stockholm I have access to an elder Windows computer wit XP. I want to use my iPhone 3GS as a modem instead of transporting my own mac from home. I heard I just needed to install iTunes on the Windows computer, but the latest version is to refined. I found iTunes 8 on the Apple support pages, but the download button wasn't linked anywhere.
If iTunes 8 for Windows would be all I need - where do I get it?

You an use your iPhone without connecting it to a computer.
But the product description for the iPhone clearly states that in order to sync with a Mac you must have OSX 10.6.8 or later. That version of the OSX is usually called Snow Leopard. There are two mo recent versions of OSX. OSX 10.7.x (Lion) and OSX 10.8.x (Mountain Lion).
If you can upgrade your computer to at least Snow Leopard I suggest you do so.

Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

How can I take a picture on iPhone and instantly transfer to a Windows computer

I need the ability to transfer a just taken picture by an iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad wirelessly to a Windows computer UNC path or a share?
I would prefer an off the shelf solution including a paid one. Does that exist?
I don't want the user to have to do any other action (plugging in, lengthy logging on etc.)
If no off the shelf solution exists, what is the best approach for writing a custom solution?

I have an old windows 98 operating system without internet connection, and I lost the cd for installing the iPod mini. Can I download all the software needed to connect it to my computer(including USB 2.0) and put it onto a cd?

Well, if your Windows 98 computer does not have internet connection, how can you download the software needed?
The softwares you need are iTunes and the iPod software updater. If you can download them then of course you can burn them to CD.

Networking with an old Windows computer

I recently bought an iMAC with Snow Leopard and an Airport Extreme with "n" wireless. Along with the iMAC, I have networked a computer running Vista, 2 computers running XP, and an old computer running Windows 2000. My configuration includes a Linksys 8-port workgroup hub, which is what I used before I upgraded to the AE (I had a Linksys router).
I have 2 problems that I'm trying to resolve:
1. The computer running Windows 2000 doesn't connect to the internet consistently. If I replace the AE with my old Linksys router, it works fine.
2. Ports 5 through 8 on the hub doesn't seem to work.
Would appreciate any suggestions.

Like you say your G4 will not start, exactly what does it do?
You say your G3 is very old but more important would be to tell us the model number and any other details you are able to find out about it.
