IPhone asked me for the APPLE ID and pass

Hello friends, I bought a week ago iPhone 5S IMEI 013884000163883 broken on eBay
a Nice woman named Kate Benjamine sold her grandmother's iPhone after she died
I replaced battery and screen and it powers on after restore on iTunes
At the end of restore the iPhone asked me for the APPLE ID and pass
I contacted the seller and she tried to give me all sorts of names and passwords of her grandmother
For two days she gave me a lot of emails and passwords
She really spent a lot of time to help me
Question family and what not
She tried to reset password on Apple's site
But she was missing data
Now she asks what else to do
And I'm with her
She told me she wanted to help
Even in the face of Apple's representative
Please help in

You can't do anything, it's up to the person that sold it to you. You might pass on the following advice to the nice lady...
Contact AppleCare (or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
I'm not exactly sure what procedures are in place for such events but Apple can assist in such cases, but it may take a while and you may need to provide a death certificate and a note from the executor that the iPad has been willed to yourself.
