Iphone attachments don't update
I received an email with a PDF attachment and it opened fine on my iPhone 4s. Subsequently, the PDF was updated and re-sent with the same name. When I open the new email with the updated PDF, the old PDF appears.
How can I get the iPhone to update the cache or temporary file to display the proper attachment?

Mail attachments don't work iphone
I have three users who updated their phones to 7.0.4. After doing so, half of the email attachments don't show up in emails. Instead, they get a "this message has no content." It happens with different email senders and different attachment file types (pdf and xls). One user specifically noted that it happened after updating to 7.0.4. Two of those users are on iPhone 4S's and another is on a variation of 5.
Any ideas as to what is causing this or how to fix it?
side note: mail attachments on those same problem emails work on the user's Outlook clients as well as Android phones (when tested).Use Plain Text instead of RTF for message composition and place any attachments below all message text including a signature if one is used.
The Send Windows Friendly Attachments option is designed for only one thing and that is removing the Apple resource fork from an attached file which is invisible from fellow Mac users. -
how can i fix my iphone i can't update or download apps, when i try it tells me toput my credit card info and i do but when i push done it tells me my payment has been declined, but why do i have to pay to update or download free apps. How can i fix this?

I have logged in to my itunes account on a different computer and none of my purchased music is showing up. I also have plugged my iphone in to get updates but it says I will lose all media and apps if I don't update on the computer where I sync everything. I have authorized this new computer so I don't know what the problem is. I can't get on my old computer with my itunes account because the computer is broken. Not sure what to do

Correct. it does not magially appear in other places. It will only be where you put it.

Correct as well. Iphone will sync with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
You need to copy everything ( itunes library/contacts/pics/calendars/files/docs) from the old computer, or your backup copy of the old one, to the new one. -
My folders that my message rules on iCloud divert emails to don't update when I open Mail on my iPad or iPhone. Only the inbox does. I have to click on each folder individually for it to update. A real pain as I have about 30 folders. Is there a way around this ? The folders update on my mac fine when i check mail without having to select each one of them. Can the iPad and iPhone do the same thing?
My Mac has 4 mail accounts coming into it, but you are correct, one of them is a POP account, (and unfortunately it is the main @ account, and is the one associated with my apple id, since we've had it for years). I couldn't figure out how to replace this with the Imap version, short of deleting that account entirely.
Is this what I have to do?

Set the calendar to "Gregorian". You have it set to Buddhist. -

i have the iphone 3gs and the update ios6 but for some reason i can not send or recieve pictures from ppl that don't have the iphone or dont have the newest update what can i do to fix it!

I have just updated to ios7 on my iphone and don't like the look and feel of this update. Where are all the colors and texture of all the older isos, all those white background colors,yuk. Is a way to go back to the ios6
"Unlike". iOS 7 doesnt display well on my 4S. iOS 6.1.3 should still be supported for older hardware. I think I shall me moving to Samsung Galaxy now. Was really hoping hte new iphone would get a bit larger.

Don't worry about that. iPhone stuck in recovery mode always happens when you update the iOS on your iPhone. There are two ways to solve it.
First is is to put your iPhone in DFU mode.
Step 1. Turn off iPhone
Step 2. Hold down the Power and Home button.
Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the Home button down.
Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that it’s in restore mode.
If DFU mode can't solve the problem, I'm afraid the only solution is to try some 3rd party software, like iPhone data recovery or something like that. You may simply try the tutorial here: How to Fix iPhone that is Stuck in Recovery Mode. -
