IPhone C for 5

I recently broke my iPhone 5. I could only get an iPhone c through my phone company and I really don't want it. If I went to the Apple store to exchange/return the C for a 5, how much would that cost me?

The 5C is the iPhone 5 with a different case. The tech specs are virtually identical. But, yes, it's a very nice phone.
