Iphone cannot be activating

Last week, my Iphone apper some problem so I apply for repair. and the apply care change another one for me.
Serial Number of Original Product: DQGJG94SDTD2
IMEI of Original Product: 013185009916739
Serial Number of Replacement Product: C8PKT09ZDTD2
IMEI of Replacement Product: 013202002641667
This morning, I revice the replcement one. But I found it cannot be activating.I ask my mobile company O2. They said, It is not their sim card problem, this replacement Iphone I recived might be other company's locked one. Could you plz help me to unlock it or replace another one for me ?

Where was the original phone purchased from? What is the exact error you are receiving when trying to activate the device? Was the original phone possibly hacked to be used with another carrier before this one?

Just have to give it some time. The activation and verification servers are all slammed right now 'cause of all the people trying to update at the same time. Give it a couple hours (or overnight if you can wait) and it should sort itself out.

Itunes upgraded my phone to the IOS5.1 yesterday in the middle of it, it said that there was an rror and that i had to restore the phone
which i did via itunes..it restored no prob to a screen with select language/select region etc then plug it into itunes to activate it and get error below
'iphone cannot be activated as there is no SIM in the phone' well there is as i was using it and txting 10 mins before this happened.
I have been reading up on ths and it seems like a known issue however i must stress that this phone has had no jailbreaking done to it..i dont know what that is or even how to do it...so im left with a phone that wont activate as it says there is no SIM in it..its very frustrating..i hope some of you guys light be able to help me out.
it is a 3gs iphone and it is with 3 network in ireland.
ive upgraded itunes to latest..ive restarted comp and unplugged all other usb devices etc..same result each time!
Can it be saved or is it done for?!! im 2 months out of 12 month Apple warranty too just to make things even better!!

The servers are getting slammed. Bunch of people trying to download iOS7 at the same time.
There is a chance activation servers might be down/slow for now. Just keep trying throughout the day. Some other forum users are experieincing similar things.
You can also try the apple document for activation issues, but I'd assume its server issues. http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3424

after I tried to synchronized my iphone with the itunes at my pc, I downloaded the latest itunes as well , but after I come back to see my iphone, it's back to original, and no matter how, it cannot be activated.

No, the iPhone does not have an international warranty. This is incorrect. Where did you get that information?
An iPhone purchased in the US is serviceable in the US, and sometimes Canada. The warranty explicitly states that Apple reserves the right to limit service of the device to the country of origin/purchase.

IPhone cannot be activated (Apple ID was changed)

My Apple ID was used on several devices which some of them are sold thereafter and give them the password, i know. stupid, there was no activation lock problem by Apple ID at that time. Somebody activated Find my iPhone and change the Apple ID and Email, i have no idea what they are now. So other devices which has been upgraded are now stuck at activation. I recreated that Apple ID but still it can't be used for activation. Is there anything can be done?

Ive just bought a used iphone4. it arrived having been cleared and reset.
I connected to itunes and upgraded to the new software. Then it worked for half a day. Then a message came up saying i need ot restore the phone.
So i plugged it in again and at the end of the uprgrade sequence it comes up with-
'Problem with the iphone - may be damaged and cannot be activated for service' - please visit apple store.
Its obviously out of warranty and the apple store is a long way away. Ive only had it a day and im assured its never been jailbroken, dropped or water damaged.
I know loads of people have had this message come up and people have recommened going to the apple store. But before i make the long trek i just wanted to know if anyone ever came up with a solution to fix this and use the phone again.
Any help much appreciated. back on sh+tty blackberry!!

I tried restarting the phone several times, removing the SIM card several times, but it did not change anything, the SIM is still not detected.

You do not need to keep posting the same thing over and over again.

Are you sure that feature is turned on?
Settings > General > Siri > Raise to Speak turn Ed on?
Also there was a report that it might be necessary to twist your hand slightly as you lift the phone to your ear.

iPhones can be unlocked in the U.S. as well and in a number of countries - by the carrier the iPhone was sold as carrier locked with, which doesn't require an Apple store and has nothing whatsoever to do with hacking an iPhone.
Hacking an iPhone is against the iOS license agreement, which you have violated.
If you think upgrading an iPhone isn't easy, I feel sorry for you. Upgrading an iPhone that hasn't been hacked to be unlocked or for any other reason is easy, but hacking as you have done can and does cause problems - you have severely altered the operating system making the iPhone as insecure as that swiss cheese for security garbage that is Windows and Android just for starters.
