Iphone echos and i hear breaking up like static.
When I make a call on my white 4s 64 GB iphone, the person on the other end heres a echo, what they are saying to me gets repeated back to them. On my end I get breaking up or static. I am not using the Apple hands free headset. I have sprint. This did not happen the first few months of having my iphone. I don't know what to do now.
I know this sounds really basic, but did you remove the protective plastic film? I was going to leave mine on for protecting the screen and had the same issue. I removed it as it was the source of the problem.

IPhone 5 and Oticon hearing aid
I have an Oticon streamer v 1.4. Can't get it to pair with iPhone 5. The iphone won't even pick up the streamer.
Also, can't get it to pair with iPad for music wirelessly. The iPad pairs with the streamer but no sound transmitted.
I am running latest software for the iPhone and IPad. Anyone have any experience? Oticon has not been helpful in the past with issursYour advice has helped a lot. The key is that with streamer 1.4 you cannot start the music or othe audio by pressing the arrow on the iPad or iPhone, but you have to press the audio button on the streamer for 3 seconds or so after you have the audio running on the iPad or iPhone. So far it has worked great for me except when I try to switch audio listening from one unit to the other. I like to listen to stuff on my phone while I am walking, but when I return to my ipad, I have to setup up again as you described earlier. Lets keep working on it to see if we can get the best out of the streamer. Sure wish Oticon tech support would jump in

Camera effects are only available on the iPhone 4s and later. It sounds like Invert Colors is enabled in Accessibility. This will usually cause the whole display to reflect an inverted color scheme. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility and turn Invert Colors off. Check to see if the camera functions as expected.

My phone sounds like its breaking up when I call.

Same happens when they call me.
Data over the phone - to Vodaphone - is fine. I can browse. With or without wifi.
My speaker and mic work fine.I think the fault just developed out of the blue. I called somebody left the phone on the table downstairs the person tried to call me back 11 times and I never heard them. When I tried to call later in the day the phone had an error.
When try to phone my iPhone from the land line the ring tone is perfect but I get the same problem with my iphone just echoing my voice and nothing else - and the landline having loud static and nothing else. -
On my iPhone 4, people cant hear me when I make and / or receive normal (GSM) phone calls. But when I make/receive calls using internet-based / native apps like viber or skype, people can hear me just fine. I have tried recording my voice using voice memos - this works. And have already tried different SIM cards but the problem persists.
I have taken my phone to an authorized Apple service center, where they restored my phone to factory settings, but still facing the same issue. They service center directed me to Apple Customer Care Hotline, where I have now spent 3+ hours explaining my issue and yet no one can resolve it. The easy answer if to replace the phone - and since it is out of warranty, I am expected to pay for it.
Additionally, the customer service has been so rude and confrontational that it has completely changed my view of Apple and its customer focus. I am a disappointed and angry customer today - people would be surprised to hear just how rude customer service was including making statements such as "Apple doesnt make infallible products, that's why warranty is needed for our products" and that "every product undergoes a problem at some stage, so do ours!" There goes whatever confidence I had...
My concern is simple - if no one at Apple and / or its CS hotline is able to address my issue comprhensively and keep telling me that they have never encountered a precedent before, then with what right can they expect me to pay for a replacement?! I am NOT here to fund Apple's research into their product faults and manufacturing.
And even though a customer is out of warranty, is it too much to expect an Apple product to work well for at least a 'reasonable' period of time. My phone is less than 18 months old and has been facing this issue for the past 2 months - surely the longevity of Apple products is more than 18 months!
Just a sad sad day for an Apple customer, compounded by unjustifiably rude and aggressive staff. And still no resolution to my problem.I am having the same issue - with my last 2 iPhone 4's. My first handset each time I was on a call wether it was up to my ear or on loud speaker, the call would automatically mute even though the mute button wouldn't show up as highlighted. Pressing the mute button on and off during the call doesn't fix it either. I rang Apple and asked what some of their trouble shooting solutions were. I got told that it might be a software issue and to install the latest software update. This failed. I then got told to uninstall the software on the phone and do a complete restore. This also failed. After trying the troubleshooting suggestions, I took the phone into my provider and they sent me out a new phone within a week under warranty claiming it was a hardware issue and probably just a "glitch" with that particular phone. This was not the case....
After receiving my second iPhone 4, I was hopeful that it would work. For the first couple of days, making/receiving calls was not an issue. Until after about a week, the same problem started again. In one instance I had to hang up and call back 4 times and the call would still automatically mute after about 5 seconds. Also on the second handset, the main camera located on the back of the phone has red and blue lines running through it and can't take a decent picture. So back to the store I go to get another replacement - Again.
For a phone that is rated highly and as a keen Apple product purchaser, I am a bit disappointed with the experience I have had with the iPhone 4. Let's hope they find a fix sometime soon because this is becoming a bit beyond a joke.....!! -
Hello, I have an otter box for my iPhone 4s and recently the rubber schell has become loose and a little flappy. A lot of my friends have told me that the otter box breaks the lock button on the iPhone and sure enough it has happened to me. It's as if the lock button is frozen in place and won't click down. Can I return this phone for a new one? my biggest fear is that I'll have to go a couple of weeks with out a phone while I wait for my new one.. And with regards to otter boxes, should I stay away from them to prevent future issues like this from happening again?

High pitched and prone to breaking up phone calls via Continuity through iPhone 5s on computer end

I'm experiencing the same issue between my 5s (8.0.2) and my late 2012 Mini (10.10). It reminds me of the kind of sounds you get with digital audio clocking issues between devices. I've scoured the internet, tried several different solutions, and nothing has worked yet.

I am signed into the App Store on my iphone 4 and one of my apps need updating and my brother is signed into it because I didn't have any credit to make an ID so he signed in so I could download apps but its like its locked to his Apple ID I have tried signing out and turning my phone off its just not working please help.
Apps are locked to the Apple ID that was used to download them. You will have to sign in as your brother in order to update it.

If you have a tool, try removing the battery cover and chech out. Some times the camera pin may have been misplaced. If so, you can fix it yourself.

You seems not to understand what I mean and what I'm having like problem. I still have my payment receipt from October of this year when I bought 9 songs in the iTunes Store from my iPhone 4S. The problem is from all the 9 songs I've paid for, only 7 are still available from this list on my iPhone. There is no possibility to download the other 2 without paying for them. I went back on iTunes I've found the the songs I already downloaded in October that should be on my playlist but if I click on them it will charge me again 0,99 cents. 1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If you've exhaustively searched for the missing files and there is no prospect of repair by restoring to them to their original locations, or connecting to new ones, then delete that tracks that display both the missing exclamation mark and are of media kind Purchased/Protected AAC audio file. Don't hide from iTunes in the cloud when asked, close iTunes, then reopen. You can download from the cloud links or iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer > All songs > Download all.
2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. There is a hint that using the feature to downsample media as it is synced to a device may also be involved, though I've not replicated it. Whatever the reason a backup would protect your media.

It sounds like your device might be in Activation Lock. Is it asking your to enter in an Apple ID & password, but only showing you the first letter of the email address and then some dots? Example: j•••••@icloud.com?
If so, do you recognize that email? Do you have an Apple ID that fits the same format? If so, then go to www.cloud.com, log in with that Apple ID & password, and see if under Find My iPhone it shows this device. If so, turn off the device, then remove the device from the list.

Hi i have a problem where we were given a txt file and a class to read and print out the contents of the text file. My job is to make a method to remove all of the comment info for example all the words that come after the // or /***/ and just leave
