IPhone full charge sign not visible after iOS 7 upgrade

Hi,
My iPhone battery display hits 100% but keeps showing charging icon. It doesn't show 'plug-in' sign which it shows as confirmation that iPhone is fully 100% charged.
Please help if you guys are

The lightning bolt pulsates when charging and stops pulsating when it's fully charged.

IPhone 4S cameras do not work after iOS 8 upgrade

I have an iPhone 4S 16 GB, It worked perfectly under iOS 7.1.2. . . I upgraded the OS to iOS 8.0.2 about two weeks ago. ( Bad Move )
I noticed right off that my device was running a little slower, lagging, and worst of all my "Camera" App does not have an image At All ! ! !
The Flash options, HDR options, Timer options, will switch back and forth, but that is all that works, none of the bottom selections work at all,
and when you hit the front/back camera icon, it freezes /locks the options that did work. I have done a deep restore twice on the device,
restored as New Device, still no change at all on the behavior of the Camera operation. One thing I did find out though, it is a Glitch in the iOS
software, pertaining to the Cameras Operation, reason being, is that I can go into the preinstalled Game Center App on the iOS 8, click on Add Photo,
click on Take Photo, and there are my cameras, working perfectly, front & back. I have done a lot of research on this issue over the past two weeks,
Reading Apple's own Compatibility Devices which start at iPhone 4S and later for the iOS 8.0.2, But, If you go into the iPhone iOS 8.0.2 Operators Manual, go to camera section, you will see that there are several of the New functions of the Camera that are only compatible with iPhone 5 and later. Leaving the iPhone 4S not capable of executing the full capabilities of the New Camera App. I've chatted with Apple Online Chat Support for several hours two days ago, the only resolve they had was to send the device in or take it to an Apple Store and they would correct that issue "Free of Charge", even though ,my iPhone is 3 years out of warranty, because it is a Software related issue.... All I wanted to do is find a way to revert back to iOS 7.1.2, I found out very quickly, that is Impossible to do, because it violates Security Issues and Apples Terms of Agreement," Leaving them Not Responsible for any issues what so ever that occurs to your device downloading the iOS 8.0.2. . Which in my opinion, is pretty messed up. . What is the Big Deal of reverting back to any iOS you want, Apple should support every iOS version they have, not the users fault that a New iOS does not work right on their device, slowing it down, etc...I run Windows 7 on my PC, I can revert back to any OS I want, no problem at all.. . Anyways, back to iPhone issues, The other issues I got with the upgrade is that, My device will not power back on after I power it off now, I have to do a reset to get it to booted back up and running, and when I do so, there is a white halo that appears on my screen for several hours, then it will finally dissipate (no idea what that's all about), , Also, the battery life is much shorter now, had much better battery time on iOS 7.1.2 . . . Apple Support said that my Case was the first they have heard of, which surprised me.

I'm not quite clear on how your phone is working right now. I also don't know what "every possible thing" means so here is what you can do to troubleshoot software issues yourself. To be safe do a backup before doing anything.
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Just so you are aware, now that you've had a local hardware person repair the phone you no longer have any warranty or service support from Apple. Good luck.

App store not visible after ios-7 upgrade

Folks,
I recently updated my Ipad-3 to iOS-7. After the upgrade I noticed the AppStore isn't visible any more on my Ipad-3. I tried rebooting and also tried to locate using finder but the attempts were unsuccessful. Any help is appreciated.

Iphone 5 back camara not working after ios update

My Iphone 5 back camara is not working after ios 8.1 update this morning
Only getting some fuzzy image.
Camara was working before the update.
Resting the phone to factory setting restoring phone nothing seems to work
I think this will be my last Iphone as apple never respondse in any case

I'm not receiving push notifications for Apps such as Facebook after iOS 7 upgrade and iMessage & Facetime won't work. I repeatedly get a pop-up message to connect to iTunes for push notifications but connecting to iTunes does nothing. I have searched endlessly for a resolution but can only find answers directed at iPhone users. I am so regretting upgrading, I was very happy with how everything worked before. I should also say that I have nil experience on matters "Apple" and technical jargon is lost on me :(

There are hundreds or people wih this exact same problem and apple has no interest in fixing it or publicly giving and answer to the issues.
They Botched this release big time. I look forward to having tp wipe my 64gb iPad and start from scratch. Oh boy do I!!

Ask your carrier to send you the settings over wifi and then install them that way.
I'm on giffgaff and I used the giffgaff app from the store to sort this out.
Overall though I must say Apple has let itself down on this as why isn't something written in the ios script that keeps the original settings??
Very Poor indeed and I held off using Apple products for years for this very reason!!

Internet and data not working after iOS 7 upgrade

Help! Still no internet after the ios7 upgrade. Apple has told me many things. Have restored network settings, done a hard refresh, back up and restored. Try the sim in another phone (internet worked). Take to an apple store (3.5hrs away thanks but no thanks). Can Anyone help?

Iphone 4s not working after ios 7 upgrade

Ever since i have updated my iphone 4s to ios 7my phone has stuck in recovery mode and when i connectect to itunes it keeps coming up with unknown error occurred. Please help my mobile has been out of action since Friday.

My 4S had an initial issue with the initial 7.0 update coming up with unknown error occurred. I looked on the Apple site and was able to see that if I downloaded itunes again and resynced it should work. I did that and it did work. Then the 7.02 update came out the other day. I downloaded it and it crashed my phone with the 4103 error. Another user on the Apple community noted they kept tapping the home screen while the update was occuring and their phone finally came back up. After four days of trying to get the phone back online and forwarding to another cell just to have cell service, it is workin after we tapped the home key during the entire install update and that worked. Now my phone is back online and Apple did not even know that that would fix it. Now they do.

IPhone 4 stuck in landscape mode after iOS 6 upgrade

I used to have a fully operational iPhone 4 until yesterday, when I upgraded to iOS 6.
Many apps including Mail, Safari, Contacts, Calendar and several third-party apps have been stuck in landscape mode since then.
I have tried to:
- reset
- restore from back-up
- restore to factory settings,
without success.
At the end of the day, I am not even sure whether this problem relates to iOS 6 or if it is just a coincidence. Anyway, the only workaround I found is to lock autorotate in portrait mode, which is not acceptable in the long run.

Pb solved!
Yesterday, my iPhone ran out of battery and powered off automatically. When I restarted it after a full battery load cycle, the iPhone was able to autorotate again.
So far, so good

Safari not working after IOS 8 upgrade

After upgrade on iphone4s safari no longer works. The app will return to home screen.

Safari returning to the home screen means the app is crashing.
Without more information, my guess is you are running low on storage. Each successive version of iOS has used more storage. So check Settings > General > Usage and make sure your available storage is at least 10% (15% would be better) of the total storage on the iPhone.
If it is not, go to Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage and do some cleanup.
Remember the iPhone 4S is now three generations old, meaning three major iOS upgrades have occurred since the 4S was released.

Video not showing after ios 5 upgrade

After upgrading to ios 5 on my iphone 4 the videos show up as greyed out. deleted them and resynced and no help. Anyone know whats up?

I tryied already and it didn't work.
I'm not accessing the podcast stored in iTunes but trying to access the podcast list directly from podcast app in Apple TV.

Filesystem not accessable after ios 8 upgrade

Hey experts,
i have recently upgraded my iPhone 5 to IOS 8. Now it is not possible to access the filesystem for e.g. copying photos from the iphone. The iPhone simply doesn't show up on my Windows 7 PC as a drive. I have tested it on several PCs.
Is this normal?

Can anyone help me out? My Iphone 4S's mic wont work when Im making a call and I can hear them, but when I turn on the speaker option, they can hear me. It wont work with Siri either. Can anyone give me any suggestions? I've already tried rebooting the phone. I tried doing a restore from backup but should i do a full restore? Thanks

Restore your device as NEW. Before you add any apps to it (other than the ones that come with iOS 6), try out the phone. If it still doesn't work, you'll need to go to Apple for phone replacement.

Proximity sensor not working after IOS 6 upgrade

After upgrading to IOS 6 on a iphone 4 now the proximity sensor wont work just like before until they patched it.

I had the same problem.
It's unexplainable for me to tell you why, but I fixed it by switching the 'Airplane' mode on and off again.
I was testing all kinds of stuff, trying to get the sensor to work again.
In the settings I accidentally pressed the Airplane mode. And since I didn't wanted that on, I switched it off again.
A few seconds later I wanted to show a buddy of mine that my sensor didn't work anymore... and surprisingly it did work again.
Don't know what happened there, but it worked for me.
If you have the same problem, it's worth the try.
Drop a reply if it worked for you as well. Then we can confirm this mysterious fix

Playlists and Photos not synching after iOs 7 upgrade

I upgraded to iOS 7 on my 4S successfully and also updated to the latest itunes version. However, I cannot synch my iphoto events nor playlists correctly. the songs show up but not the playlists. Certain photo events did not show at all. iPhoe tries to keep sunching after being disconnected. Reboot did not solve the problem. Should I do a "hard reset" or are there other options? Anybody experiencing the same?

I have a similar problem.
In the past the only way to fix issues with music, song indexing or playlists has been to take it off the sync in iTunes, let the phone delete it all, then re-add it and wait several hours for the sync to complete. Annoying, but it usually works.
In my case it's an overnight job (30+GB of music converted to 192AAC on the fly).
