my iphone 4 has become very slow after downlaoding ios 7. games stuck and apps open slowly,screen lock stuck some time. during typing a message text shows after some time.

If you are experiencing performance issues after upgrading to iOS 7, follow these steps:
If you have not already, I recommend first restarting, and then resetting your iPhone:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, I recommend resetting all settings next:
Go to Settings > General > Reset, then choose Reset All Settings: All your preferences and settings are reset.

If your iPhone does not search for a wi-fi connection before you are asked whether you want to set it up as new phone or restore a backup from iTunes, then I guess you have the same issue as highlighted in this thread:

iCloud back ups can only be accessed via wi-fi that's why you are not granted this option, I have the exact same issue.

Why does my iPhone become so lag and slow after downloading iOS 8?

My iPhone 5S and iPad Mini Retina Display become so lag after after downloading iOS 8. When i open an app or press any button, it response very slow. For instance, opening a Facebook app take about 30s for it to load, answering a phone call take half a seconds to response. Not only that, my iPad keep restarting when I am FaceTime-ing about 3 minutes. This update has got me so frustrated! It is so unstable!

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

The speed of downloading from the AppStore is slow after installing iOS 5

After installing iOS 5 I have some problems with downloading apps from the AppStore. The speed is very slow. The speed on wi-fi is 10Mb. Now I'm trying to update the garage band on my IPad 2 but I think it will take me an hour or something like that

Sometimes a reset can help...
On the iPad tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
The restart the iPad.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Make sure there's enough free space on the iPad.
Connect to your computer, launch iTunes
Select the iPad under Devices then select any of the tabs, Summary etc.
Storage space is displayed at the bottom of the window.

Iphone 3G Slow After Upgrade to OS 4

After upgrading to OS 4, my IPhone is slow as molasses. I'm so frustrated. I can't believe Apple done nothing about this yet. It takes 10-12 seconds just to get into text mode from any other application. When I often type, it takes several seconds for the phone to catch up. Looks like others had had the same experience. I hope Apple is listening. I'm an Apple devotee but this experience is frustrating me.... Anyone found a solution??

Apple is not listening, this is a user to user forum. Some people solved the problem by restoring "as new iPhone" without using the backup made prior to the upgrade when running 3.x firmware.
Since I "handed down" my 3G, I did the same and experienced no big difference in the performance after that.

System gets Slow after 10.6.5 update

So, I just updated it using standalone combo installer and straight away notice that to repair the disc permitions now takes 3 mins, before it took only 1min. even if there is nothing to repair. and futher more my whole system gets very slow after a few hours of using safari, skype, vuze, together and wasn't able to shut down just after using safari alone, had to press the power. havent been using anything else for so long so dont know how about it, but it seems to be ok. ah, im using airport to get to the internet if that's important.

Hello, it's a while that Firefox gets slow and also hangs and sometimes i get plugin-container.exe error...
I'm not sure but maybe it often happens after monitor goes to Screen Saver or after it turns off...

You can run Java in Firefox.exe instead of plugin-container.exe, but I'm not sure that actually would be better than where you are now.
(1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the filter box, type or paste '''java''' and pause while the list is filtered
(3) If '''dom.ipc.plugins.java.enabled''' is true (bolded), right-click it and choose Reset (or double-click it to toggle).
If that value already is false, you might be having a problem with another common plugin such as Flash.
