hello gays i have iphone 5 which my brother gifted me when he come back from UK and when i turned it on it was i cloud locked i cant give it back to original customer and cant get unlocked from any one because no body knows how to open the icloud lock so i want to know if there is any company member help me to unlock my iphone am going to pay money on its unlocking i want that company reset the iphone from its on side i dont want any data from phone i just simple want to use the phone as now i phone please help

If you've seen videos on YouTube that show how to do it and if they actually work, why are you asking for help here? The one's that I'm aware of only allow temporary access to FaceBook from some iOS versions. There is a reason that iPhone theft rates are down by large numbers but maybe the thieves haven't seen YouTube. I'm sorry but no one here can help you in the situation you describe other than to say that you would need to contact the previous owner and obtain the password.

Again, this is not Apple's problem. You purchased a used and quite probably stolen item. Any recourse is solely between you and eBay, and if they refuse to intervene, then you have indeed wasted your money. Sorry to seem unsympathetic, but this again is the risk you take. Next time, don't buy an expensive item from someone you don't know.

Guess there is no other way except for him to remember the password. He is having issue recovering the password through his email as he is not IT savvy.

Thank you for the question. It sounds like your iPhone is locked using Activation Lock:
With iOS 7, Find My iPhone includes a new feature called Activation Lock, which makes it more difficult for anyone else to use or sell your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if you ever lose it. If this is your iPhone and you set the Apple ID and password, you can releae the iPhone by logging in to your iCloud account from a computer or another device with the Find My app installed, click Find My Phone and remove the iPhone from the devices list.

If you cannot get this information from the seller
Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
You need to return the Device for a refund, as you will not be able to re-activate it.

i brought this phone in 2013 and i am sure its a new phone,coz in front of me only the phone is unpacked .
the ever biggest mistake i made is that time i was not aware abt apple id n i told them to activate the phone for me.the guy who is dealing with the software installation activated my phone with his id it seems. May be after couple of weeks i started facing problem like every time it was showing for the apple id password was incorrect.That time a friend created one new apple id for me and i started using that with out any issue. All these happ after the release of IOS 7.1.2 , one day my wife by mistakely formatted iphone with out disabling the Find my iphone option and all these mis happ started.
my question is finally i found that guy who activated my phone ,but he is telling the apple id wat he is using is with domain hotmail.com
n not sure abt the id [email protected] where showing as the id used for activation, as this was happened 2 years before. Is there any possibility where the same id can be used now as same ID with some other domain( for eg domain of our primary mail id present in the apple info like [email protected])
i searched in the check activation lock status its shwoing locked with some id not in the theft mode or lost mode.
is there any possibility where i can view watz the full id used to activate the phone
