No one here knows - you must wait for an official announcement from Apple if/when the iPhone is available in the Czech Republic and there is no way to know if this will occur - officially anyway.

I bought brand new iPhone 5 n Czech Republic online Apple Store. I was there for Christmas break, because I am international student and I am studying in Canada. So I came back to Canada and I wanted to use new iPhone. The iPhone was still searching for a Carrier. No service. So they told me, that is a problem in my iPhone.
So, what can I do? Is there any solution? I need the phone.

Perhaps you phone is locked. Did you try it with another SIM in CZ? Try taking the SIM out and putting in again. Maybe the Koodo SIM is damaged.

I am somewhat new to apple products. I am from the U.S. and currently studying in the Czech Republic.
I have an itouch with an apple ID, but lately I can't get it to charge or work. After pluggin the usb recharge cable to the computer at my universities facility, it gives a black page with a picture of the cable and the arrow pointing to itunes logo. The school's computer labs don't have i tunes or anything like that.
I also just got an iphone 4S and have been trying to set up and i can't seem to complete the process for the itunes so i can install the apps i had in the itouch and also to get new apps. It stops me and says to contact the itunes for support right after the input of address and phone number information, etc...
The purchase was made in the czech republic from a vodafone store, but if i remember right i configured it to US settings so I don't have to deal so much with everything showing up in Czech.
I tried getting help by going to the support, but after putting in my name, email, phone number for scheduling a call with them it rejects the phone number because i am putting in my czech phone number. Putting in my previous US number would be useless because I am not in the US and that number is probably inactive.
I would to get some English speaking support while being here in the czech republic.
Any advice?

If you are completely confident that you didn't hide it, then you purchased those with different apple id. If you completely confident that you purchases with same apple id then you have hidden it. One of the other or you are speaking about a miracle. While miracles are possible they are not very likely. Remember

It will probably take a week and three days to replace your Samsung in the Czech Republic. In the U.S., if I sent my iPhone or iPad in for warranty work, it would take 7-10 days as well. Yes, I do have the option of taking it to an Apple Store, which you may not be able to do. Samsung doesn't have stores at all in the U.S. I would be dependet on my carrier for warranty replacements.

You would need to ask whichever provider you choose to use there. Prices will vary.

Buy phone in Czech Republic, from Norway.

I´m from Norway, but live in Czech Republic. I´m going to buy the new Iphone 4s. If I buy the phone here in czech, will there be any difference from the phone I alternative buy in Norway. I´m thinking of keyboard language, service, warranty etc

Warranty and Service will only be available in the country of purchase. Keyboard language shouldn't be an issue.

my frnd bought me a while ago an iPhone 3G from czech republic and he told me that its officaly unlocked there and that i can use it anywhere at anytime w/o calling any1 or do anything is that true?

It should update and stay unlocked. If there are problems, though, its warrantee is only valid in its original country. Do you have another computer, with the latest iTunes, to try the update on.

No. The $200 price you see in the US Apple Store is subsidized by the cell carrier and requires a two-year contract with that carrier. The prices for the iPhone in the Czech Republic can be easily seen here:

You cannot purchase an iPhone in the US for use in the Czech Republic. First, the phone is carrier locked to AT&T and you can't use it with a Czech SIM card. Second, you must activate the iPhone and sign up for a 2 year contract at the time of purchase. Can't leave the store without the activation and account signature.

Price policy of Apple in the Czech Republic

can anyone please send me an email contact to somebody in Apple who is responsible for managing European countries dealerships and controls (more or less) the price policy of those dealers? I just don't get it! On the three lists of countries by gross domestic product at purchasing power parity per capita which is found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(PPP)_per_capita you can clearly see, that USA is somewhere between 7th and 9th place of all countries with around 47000$. On the other hand, the Czech Republic is between 36 and 39 place with about 25000$. That's little more than half of the USA one. Can anyone tell me how it is possible that US citizen, who has nearly twice the purchasing power of the Czech citizen, can have:

New 2011 Mac Book Pro 15 (2,4GHz quad-core i7) for 2199$ while in Czech Rep. the very same model costs 2772$ 26% more

I would understand that the prices would be about the same. It's not possible to sell those Mac Books for 500$ in Congo just because its a poor country. But hey!!! 26-9% MORE expensive??? Come on!!! And please don't tell me that the cost MUST be higher because of the distribution or transportation. These are made in China so they must travel huge lengths anyway and I bet the cost to transport them to US is actually higher than to Europe. It's not the exchange rate problem because US dollar is much cheaper than it used to be several years ago. And I don't think it's a legislation problem of EU or Czech Rep. either because other brands like Acer, HP, Lenovo, Asus etc. with similar configuration are noticeably cheaper than Apple's stuff. I think that this has something to do either with Apple's European, or Central Europe price policy, or the dealers are simply out of Apple's control, they did a silent cartel and they are stuffing their own pockets. It's a shame when you consider how great the Apple products are and how affordable they can be for US citizens. Unfortunately not for the Czech ones. I think somebody at Apple should definitely do something about it. Please, let me know where can I officially send my complaints.

I don't see Wellcom listed on that page, so unless they exist under another name, it would appear that they are not authorized, though I don't know if that page is completely up to date.
I bought it with their promise that it comes with a real apple warranty.

That sounds too good to be true, and when something seems too good to be true, it usually is.
I was shocked that it is the old itouch 4g w/o IOS5 . was I defrauded?

Apple reduced the price on the iPod touch 8GB model back in October. And all new iPods come with iOS 5. An iPod touch with iOS 4 is old stock.

Hello, I have Skype credit and I wanted to call a Czech landline (from the Czech Republic). It rang but when somebody picked it up on the other side, Skype ended the call on my side. I used to call the same number from US (both with perscription and Skype credit) and it worked without problems. What is wrong now? Thanks.

(also..on some czech forum; someone said it was provided via vodafone uk << don't know about this tho)
But can someone clear things up about this site? and how do i register? (i don't get any message back after registering through my host routing table option in the phone). Also, customer service doesn't know what im talking about at all...and they say vodafone only supports BES for larger enterprises.....

SIri is still a beta product. At this time, location services are only available in the U.S. Apple has not yet announced when it will make those capabilities available in your country.
