I forgot my passcode. I kind of knew wich numbers who were included but unfortenaly i couldn't figure it out. Now I don't get any more chances and it says "connect to iTunes". I connected it to my brothers computer (Can't use mine at the moment). When I got there I got a messege saying that iTunes can't connect to the iPhone due to it's locked. And ofcourse I couldn't do anything about that. That's when I logged on Apple's website (so, this one) and found a solution. I should turn it off, hold dome buttom, input the USB, long story short, put it into recocory mode so that iTunes can restore it. Great I thought while I as waiting for the restore to finish. When it was finished I got a new messege. No error code, just a simple message saying that the device "iPhone" (not the original name) couldn't be restored. Once again because of iTunes can't find it...
I have absolutely no idea what to do, I guess google isn't always our friend. Please help me ASAP. I really need my Phone.

I am unable to access iCloud because my iPhone states that my Apple ID and\or password is incorrect. Based on Apple's own policy my current ID and P/W should be fine to access iCloud. Any suggestions?

I am trying to install IOS8 on my iphone using ITUNES and I am unable to do it. After following the entire process at the end it says that the memory is full and I am automatically disconnected. I am also unable to access my phone, when I turn the phone on it appears a red itunes button together with a charger.

Download the archive zip file, http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_10.3.183.90_archive.z ip, and extract the contents. Then navigate inside the 10_3_r183_90 directory and use the file named flashplayer_10_3r183_90_mac_intel.dmg.

I changed my AppleID password and now my iPad2 is locked with a message... "iCloud Backup is unable to access the account. Review your account information in Settings." It will not allow me to unlock the device or go to settings or ignore the message. Suggestions?

Using the personal hotspot feature on the iPhone 5, I am able to connect to the internet. We also use Juniper NCP client to access our local system from a remote location. A VPN connection is created, but I am unable to access servers in our network. This same functionality works using my colleagues iPhone 4.

Unable to access my .xls file in iPhone or iPad using Icould drive. Request help.
I installed iCloud drive in my mac and saved a .xls file to be viewed and used with my iPad and iPhone. Though these devices are upgraded to IOs8 and Icloud drive is 'on' in these devices, I am unable to access this particular file in iPad or iPhone. Request help on how to open, view and amend files thru iPhone or Ipad.

Hello! Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 5s to IOS 7.1, I am unable to access the iPhone Keyboard if I access contacts using the recent calls tab. I am also unable to access the keyboard if I want to search for a contact as long as I went through the recent calls tab. Has anyone a fix for this problem? If you want to try it out, do the following?
Dial a number from your iPhone Keypad. After cutting the call, try to save the number you just dialled to your contacts by choosing the new contact option. You will see that you will not be able to key in the name of your new contact.Works fine for me.
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset. -

My first advice is "Back up the device, then have it replaced." Second item of advice, "Don't forget your passcode."
One of the purposes of the lock button is to recover from certain software failures. Without the lock button, such a recovery is nearly impossible. My advice would have served you best when the malfuction first developed, not after you forgot your passcode. -
When my iphone connects to wifi, everything else in my house will not connect to the internet. They all show 3 to 4 bars on connection strength, but unable to access the internet. The second I turn off the wifi on my iphone, everything in my house runs fine. What is going on?
Had a similar problem a number of years ago with a laptop my daughter had. The probelm turned out to be the router. What kind of router do you have? Have you checked for firmware updates, or at least tried re-booting it?
