This might help ya out -> Can't connect to the iTunes Store
Troubleshooting on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
- Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking on Check for Update in your device's Summary page in iTunes.
- Check and verify that you are in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you are on a 3G capable device, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > Cellular Data.
  Note: If connected to 3G, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
- Check to make sure you have an active internet connection. You can check the User Guide for your device for help with connecting to the internet.
- Check to make sure other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the internet.
- Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router
- If the issue still persists see, iPhone and iPod touch: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections or iPad: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections.
Note: All iPhone, and iPod touch models support 802.11b/g Wi-Fi networks. In addition, iPhone 4, and iPod touch (4th generation) support 802.11n Wi-Fi networks (2.4 GHz only).

  • Do not download songs from iTunes Match

    Hello everyone!
    I use Ukrainian iTunes Store and signed on iTunes Match. Some of the songs from my library does not match with the music from the iTunes Store and therefore are loaded into the iCloud.
    My problem is that the uploaded songs in the iCloud not downloaded to my device, there is the following error:
    All devices are updated to the latest versions of iOS, everywhere including the Internet. I've already done all that is written here does not help. I wrote in support since January of this year, but nothing has changed.
    I can download the song on:
    OS X 10.8.4, OS X 10.9 DP3;
    Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1;
    I can not download songs on:
    iPod touch 4 with iOS 5.0.1, iOS 6.1.3;
    iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1.3, iOS 7 b3;
    iPad 4th with iOS 6.1.3, iOS 7 b3.

    The problem arises with songs that have not lost tags buying from another store.
    The songs were purchased in US iTunes Store, after being loaded into iTunes Math lost tags "Kind", "Copyright", "Profile".
    Tag "Kind" was "Purchased audio AAC", after being loaded into iTunes Math became the "Audio file AAC".
    Tag "Copyright" was, after being loaded into iTunes Math gone.
    Tag "Purchased" was my first and last name, after being loaded into iTunes Math missing.
    Songs that after being loaded into iTunes Math, do not lose these tags cause errors.
    Errors occur in 3G and Wi-Fi networks.

    I have a ipod classic and my itunes will not download songs I have brought help

    Are you sure the error message/prompt isn't referring to the amount of disk space available on your PC's internal hard drive?  If you head to Start -> My Computer.  How much space is free on your C: drive?
    Maybe it would help if you could post a small screen shot of the error.

  • ITunes 10.5 will not download songs or import songs

    I did a clean install of iTunes 10.5 to try to rectify other problems.  Now, however, it crashes immediately if I try to import a song.  If I try to download a song, it downloads the song but the second it switches to "Processing File" it crashes.
    I've Googled for this and found numerous threads about the problem going back to iTunes 8.xx, but have yet to find a solution.
    Anyone have any ideas?
    I have Windows 7 Ultra 64 bit.  Windows has no updates available other than the various language packs I don't need.  The computer is clean on virus scans and malware/adware scans.  Every other program runs without problem (at least MS Office and other programs I reguarly use).

    I'm having a similar problem of not being able to sync any music or movies.  I get an error saying, "The iPhone could not be synced because the sync session failed to start."  The funny thing is, there are place-holders with small spinning sync icones for all my music that are greyed out when I click on my iPhone in iTunes.
    I'm gonna back up as much stuff as I can then do a complete reload.

  • Ipad mini does not download songs from itunes cloud

    Trying to download my purchased song content down to a new ipad mini.  Tried to do this in itunes on a sync and also through apple store by hitting icloud content - both all songs and individual songs.  Appears to be downloading but does not show up in my music to play.  I tried re-boot and factory re-set.  No joy.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance

    I have chased several other threads on this topic - I am not alone with this issue.  I have done multiple device re-boots and factory resets. Is this a fatal flaw in the music software?  All other aspects, apps etc are fine.  Songs downloaded on my macbook air, ipod and iphone all OK
    Check out these threads - no solutions for anyone other than someone who took their device to the store

  • Itunes will not download songs to my ipod.

    I have bought the songs and have them in my library, when I try to put them on my ipod it shows that they have gone on but they don't because it says it isn't responding.What should I do?

    I have authorized my computer to work with my ipod.  I have ran a sync and it did put music I copied to my computer to the ipod.  The thing it will not do is download music I bought from iTunes in the past. It just acts like they are not there.

  • IPhone not downloading photos via Scanner and Camera Wizard?

    I have an iPhone 3GS with iOS4.2, which has all been going fine (except for the standard alarms not working, reception problems, etc.) and I've been trying to get 2500+ photos off my phone for some time. Ordinarily, I simply open the scanner and camera wizard and save all my photos to an external hard drive, but now when I open the wizard thumbnails for only 39 photos show up, with the rest as red boxes with crosses that say downloading. I have left my phone for up to an hour and none of the photos download.
    The last time I ran the wizard I had roughly 2000 photos on my iPhone and there were about 20 photos that did not appear, so I just downloaded everything else. I have tried to retrieve my photos (and failed) using iPhone Explorer and Phone Disk, and both only showed the 39 photos that had 'downloaded'. I don't know if it's a phone fault, or software fault (I'm currently running Windows XP) but it is very annoying.
    My iPhone does appear in My Computer as a camera, but not files are in the folder. I've also tried other 'home remedies' such as taking a photo whilst it is connected and then the files appear for some people, no such luck for me. The amount of problems I've had with it is frustrating. As much as I love my iPhone, the fact that such simple tasks end up taking a hundred times longer than they should is making me consider if the cons are really worth the pros.
    I'm assuming that I'm not alone with this problem, but has anyone else been able to sort it out?

    I had the same problem. However I fixed it by replacing the Apple USB cable. The only thing that doesn't work correctly now is that Picasa 2 opens and imports the photos into Picasa 3. I will continue to use the program as it is but it is a little confusing and I would like to know what is happening.

  • Photo Stream on iPhone not downloading all photos? (iOS 5.1)

    I have my Photo Stream filled up at 1000 photos. My iPad sees them all. My Mac sees them all. Even my Apple TV sees them all.
    But for some reason, my iPhone only shows about 35 photos in my Photo Stream. I've disabled and then enabled photo stream several times. Even rebooted. I did a fresh install of iOS 5.1, and still, its only showing my last 35 photos in Photo Stream.
    Is there any way to force an iPhone to re-download all 1000 photos in the Stream?
    Thanks!

    I fixed this issue myself. Net: iPhoto is lying - the iPhone is telling the truth. All the photos iPhoto said were in my Photo Stream actually were not.
    On my Mac, System Preferences -> iCloud, I unchecked Photo Stream, then signed out of iCloud. It asked me whether I wanted it to keep or delete my contacts and other things from the Mac - I told it to delete them.
    iPhoto then showed me that the Photo Stream was empty, and asked if I wanted to turn it on. Instead, I logged back into iCloud on the System Preferences panel. Photo Stream was still unchecked, but I went back to iPhoto and now chose the option to turn on Photo Stream there. After a minute, I saw only the one photo I took yesterday (which was all I was seeing on my iPhone before). Nothing else was there. I dragged a bunch of photos from my iPhoto "Photos" library to the Photo Stream, and after a few minutes, they started showing up on my iPhone.
    Message was edited by: jimbabka to make clear that it's iPhoto that's lying and the iPhone that's telling the truth

  • ITunes/iPhone not removing songs

    I'm using iTunes 11.1.5 and iOS 7.1.
    My iTunes folder is stored on an external harddrive, along with my iPhoto library. When I attempt to remove music from my phone (iTunes is set to sync only checked songs), the music is not removed. I tried restoring my iPhone to factory settings and adding the music again. That worked to remove ALL the music, clearly. But now I'm back to square one. When I want to remove an album, the box is unchecked in iTunes, but the music is still on my phone.
    I've also had problems with sync getting stuck on "importing photos."
    Anyone else having this issue?

    If you are referring to the "Complete My Album" feature, that indeed only applies to tracks from that particular album. The same tracks purchased as a single or as part of some other album, even though the tracks may be identical, will not be credited.
    Regards.

  • Wi-Fi iTunes Store via iPod touch will not download songs onto iPod

    First off, my wi-fi is working generally. I can, for instance, access the internet and the iTunes store via my iPod touch.
    However, after "purchasing" music via the wi-fi iTunes store, the iPod briefly displays the animation that the music has been purchased and is sent to the downloading que, but then quickly disappears from that que with no songs downloading at all.
    I am signed in properly, I have tried reseting the iPod touch completely, but to no avail.
    Suggestions?

    Figured it out.
    After registering my iPod Touch through iTunes, I did not attempt to download any music directly through iTunes onto my computer. All attempts were through the wi-fi store on my iPod Touch. So, I downloaded The Reminder, by Feist, through my computer and it worked just fine. However, prior to downloading I was put through some legal jargon/user agreement blah blah, that I had to "agree" to to continue. Once I did that, the downloading began. Subsequently I went into the wi-fi iTunes on my iPod Touch, and successfully downloaded a song.
    I can only assume that the issue was that I had to first agree to the user agreement document through iTunes on my PC before I could actually download music through the wi-fi/touch version.
    Let me know if this helps out.
