IPhone Original problems!!!HELP

i'm own from 3 years an iPhone, everything was good for 3 years, but 2 weeks ago has begin somes problems:
when i want to turn off my iPhone he have automatic restart a few seconds after turning off. When i put iphone in stand-by mode every 30seconds automatic lights. Why i have this problems??Can you help me??Thank you, and i'm sorry for my bad english.
That message usually means that your phone was once connected to a different phone carrier than the one you're currently on.
Then when you restore or updated the phone it locked back to the original phone carrier - this is caused when the phone was hacked to unlock it from the original phone carrier.
Very rarely is the activation server unavailable.

So when I bought my iPhone 4S I absolutely LOVED it. It worked quick and flawlessly. I haven't changed anything besides the occasional software update, currently running 5.0.1, I haven't even synced it to my computer, added music, etc.. since then and it's never been jailbroken. For the last month or so, I'll get a call and the screen is unresponsive to the swip to pick up the call. I've also noticed that occassionally the keyboard will randomly pop up on the home screen (even though there is nothing to type on the home screen) and often times when I try to scroll through my messages they all disappear and it will not allow me to type a new message. Similar problem with Safari when I type in a search or a new address, I'll press the buttons but nothing happens. A reset usually helps fix the problem, but it's annoying to have to do that every single day. Lastly, Siri hasn't worked, she gives me this message along the lines of, "sorry, I can't help you right now, try again later." Anybody else having these problems? Any fixes? I'd like to avoid bringing it to the Apple store and having it replaced but I'll do whatever I have to.
Thanks!Yeah, sorry, I should have mentioned that. I do store my backups in iCloud and I have done the restore from the back up, however the problem still persits. I was told in the past, that if there is something corrupt with my current set up, and I then back it up, when I restore it, it will still be the same. I'm really trying to avoid erasing everything and setting it up as a new device as that will take forever getting things organzied again...

Last night i was using my iphone 4 before i fell asleep and i clearly remember the battery % being at 83% but when i woke up my iphone was off and would not turn on. My first thought was maybe it had died so i plugged it in and waited 4 hours but unfortunately that did nothing. I also tried to reset it multiple times by holding the home and power button at the same time still nothing. I decided to try DFU mode and i thought finally i had fixed it but after the recovery being stuck at Waiting for iphone for 10+ mins a error popped up it was called Error 4005.Please helphold home/power button for 20-30seconds until apple logo shows.. might not work first time try to do it 2nd time for sure it will turn on again .. make sure you hold home and power at same time for 20-30seconds

I have an iphone4, I went into recovery mode, and followed the steps, and the next step says 'connect to iTunes', I plug it in into my computer, iTunes opens, iPhone bar opens, everything perfect, on iPhone it says 'conncected to iTunes', but on iTunes when the iPhone tab is open there is just an apple logo and i cant click anything, nor do anything. Please help me. I provided a photo.
if the restore doesnt work then your going to have to take it into a apple store for replacement

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.
You may have to force iPad/iPod into Recovery Mode

I can load a CD on to my PC - iTunes but when I sync with my iPhone 5s the CD does not load onto my iPhone 5S.
Help!You can sort your library by adding a Sorting info in the File Info. Select a file in iTunes U, press cmd + i, choose Sorting Tab. For example add a Sort Name. For each file you have to put a value into that field, I did it with 01, 02, 03 .. 12. I do not know if this works if you select multiple files, but I did not try.
The next time you sync your device, your files will be in order. It' ve tested it on an iPad2.
If you ask me, there must be a better solution for that problem as the files have a track number saved in the info as well, and it is quite annoying to add the sorting order manually. -
with the new IOS 7 mi iPhone has problems with the screen, I go out once stripes, and Apple told me it is the software. help when there is a new update?????

On Mail...
First Quit Mail, then I'd backup these two Mail folders, by right clicking on them in the Finder, then choose Archive/Compress.
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail Downloads
(Could be a different folder here if you chose such in Mail Prefs)
Right click on that Mail folder, choose archive, you'll get everything in the folder, and the folder itself in a file called Mail.zip, move it to a safe place, same for the Mail Downloads folder... only the plist is separate.
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist -
