Iphone purchases missing

I recently had to get a new computer, I didn't back up my music, so they got deleted. However, I am missing the ones that were purchased from the phone. Is there a way to get those back and also, will my phone now sync from this computer and save future music loaded on this computer?

You could try contacting iTunes Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. If you click on this link it'll take you to the support/contact page, from there click on Music Purchases then the Lost or Missing Items option, from there click on "Email Us": Customer Service - iTunes Store Support

Your earlier phone must have been originally intended for sale in another country and must have been purchased from somewhere other than an authorized Apple retailer. Phones that are intended to be sold in the UAE have FaceTime permanently disabled. The option is not there and cannot be made to work.

  • Using my iphone purchased from japan in the united states

I am US Millitary stationed in japan and would like to know what i have to do to use my Iphone in the states?

Sell your iPhone in Japan and buy a new one when you get to the US.
All iPhones sold in Japan are locked to the selling carrier and none of
the carriers offer unlocking. You will not be able to use an iPhone purchased
in Japan when you get to the US.
    Thank you for your service.

hello, I want to know if an iPhone purchased in the United States 4S can operate in France. Thank you for your response.
(unlocked of course). Sorry for my English but I am French

The officially unlocked GSM version will work just fine. However, that model is currently only available through Apple's online store, I don't believe stock has reached brick/mortar stores yet, you'll have to check.
Why do you want to purchase in the US? Your warranty & support will only be valid in the US, and you can purchase officially unlocked iPhones in France that have an EU wide warranty. Doesn't make any sense to me.

    Hello johnohuk,
Thanks for the question. It sounds like most of your music was purchased from the iTunes Store. If your country supports iTunes in the Cloud, you can download your past purchases using this article:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

  • My iphone is missing (lost) and dead and it cannot be located because it is offline.  Is there anyway to get it online remotely?

My iphone is missing (lost) and dead (no battery life and needs to be rechaged)  We are in the process of moving but I am terrified and canot locate through icloud as it is saying it is offline.
Is there any way at all that i can access it remotely and change the offline to "online" only for a few seconds even so that it can become online again, long enough to play the music that i can find it.
Thank you for your time and consideration in answering my question

Tricia453 - I can understand you really want to find your lost iPhone.  But, this is your third post today asking the exact same question.  I'm sorry, but the answer is not going to change no matter how many times you re-post it.
Without the phone being powered on, and connected to a wifi or a cellular data connection there is no way to track it remotely or do anything at all remotely to it.  Remote commands and remote tracking require a data connection, which requires your phone be powered on.  There is nothing you can do to find it remotely, nothing at all.

  • Apple only accept debit or credit card for iphone purchase

Apple Inc. no longer accepts cash for iPhone purchases and now limits sales of the cell phone to two per person in a move to stop people from reselling them.
The new policy started Thursday, said Apple spokeswoman Natalie Kerris. Before then, there was no cash restriction and the purchase limit was five per person.
How can I buy an iphone i do not have a debit or credit card is that even legal not to accpet cash as i recall you must accept cash for any payments under $ 9,999.99
im wondering is that legal since everybody doesnt have debit or credit cards and that would be discriminating customers

Apple can invoke any policy they want for accepting tender for the purchase of the iPhone or any other product.
It would be interesting if you or I went up to the counter and wanted to buy a Mac and they did accept cash in lieu of a debit or credit card. I believe that would be a "double standard".
Having said that, the real issue I believe and what I read in the information released by Apple in their quarterly report last week is the unlocking of iPhones.
It appears that there has been the development of a "cottage industry" in the business of unlocking the iPhone to the point where the President of Apple (not Steve Jobs) stated that they, Apple, believe that there are at least 250,000 iPhones that have not been activated through AT&T to date, i.e., through September 30, 2007.
How the taking restricting of cash transactions for the iPhone will reduce the unlocking issue is beyond my comprehension. I could buy a number of iPhones two at a time with my debit card and/or my debit card by just showing up at a store a number of times. Just in my area alone, northern Virginia, there are 4 Apple Stores within 1.5 hours of my home.
I have 5 credit cards and 2 debit cards. I could buy 14 iPhones without ever violating the new Apple policy. I guess I could also write a check off of my 3 checking accounts - that would permit me to buy 6 additional iPhones.
Is Apple going to hold credit card or debit receipts to compare how many times an individual purchased an iPhone.
If so, isn't that a potential security problem with regard to having that data around for other than electronic transfer purposes?
There has to be some misunderstanding of the policy if in fact there is such a policy.

The phone is useless unless you can contact the previous owner. There is nothing anyone can do to help. If you are able to contact, the following contains instructions on what they need to do: iCloud: Activation Lock

  • IPhone purchased in USA can be use in costa rica

iPhone purchased in USA can be use in costa rica

If you purchased a legitimate unlocked iPhone directly from Apple, or an iPhone that was legitimately unlocked by AT&T, yes.
It will have no warranty outside the U.S.

  • Iphone purchased and gifted to an india person with non contract apple iphone.  it can use in india or not

Iphone purchased and gifted to an india person with non contract apple iphone.  it can use in india or not

If it is an unlocked iPhone, GSM model, it should work though will not likely work on an LTE network...those are not consistent in frequencies.
But, keep in mind that the warranty is only valid in the country of sale.  If there is a problem with the iPhone, there will be no support for it in India.  It will have to be returned to the country of purchase for service support.

  • IPhone pictures missing geotags, how to add afterwards?

iPhone pictures missing geotags, how to add afterwards?
Can I add the location afterwards? Because some pictures are missing on the map?
    Thx

I've found Picasa (which is made by Google) works really well, and is very easy to use.  Can add a Geotag, then sync the photo back onto your iPhone, and it will appear in Photos app on the map
