Iphone randomly clicks on stuff for no reason
My iphone goes randomly clicking on stuff for no reason, it only stops if you turn it off then back on then starts doing it again the phone is only 1 week old went to Telstra store in Gawler SA and they said i needed a virus protection on it. Since found out you dont on a iphone so why is this happening its only a week old
As ckuan suggested, unless you have jailbroken the phone then it may be damaged and should be replaced.
If you have jailbroken the phone then you are one your own.
One other thing to try is to remove any cases that you have on the phone and any screen protectors (unnecessary). They may be giving false touch signals to the phone if there is contamination or moisture under them.

perfect. ok do the following:
settings > mail, contacts, calendars > go into the exchange account. You should have an email in the account field...[email protected] or [email protected], etc.... I am assuming you don't remember the password to this exchange account so once you know the email, you can go to email providers site and click on forgot password and you will go through the steps to get a new password. Once you do this, you will need to go back into your "exchange account " and the field that has the exchange email > touch the > to open settings. Change the password to your new password you got from above. Once you do this, you can add the exchange account to your ipad and all of your contacts will sync to both devices.

So when I plug my iPhone 3GS into my iMac, for music reasons, it says I have 123 songs. When I plug my iTouch into my iMac it says I have 565 songs on my iTouch. I have the same apple idea for both my iPhone and iTouch, how do I transfer my 565 songs on my iTouch to my iPhone? PLEASE HELP!!!
When you connect your iPad or iPod to the Mac, click on the device name in iTunes - don't click on the arrow on the device. Then click on the Music tab in the main window pane. Now you should see 'Sync Music' and all your playlists, artists and albums. Here you mark the checkboxes for what should be synced.

1. On your iPhone 4 press and hold both the button and the Home button for about ten seconds. After ten seconds you should see the Apple logo showing up.
2. Now try to run you phone again and see if it works.
If a hard reset the still can't get the device back to a working order.
1. Plug in the device to the cumputer and start iTunes.
2. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake + Home for 10 seconds.
3. Once you see the Apple Logo appears, release the power and continue to hold down the home button for about 5-10 seconds. Look iniTunes and see if your device have shows up.
4. iTunes will notify you that you are now in Recovery mode. Click on OK to continue with the restore process.
5. Next press and hold on the SHIFT button and click on the Restore button. Select the latest IPSW file and the prompt appears.
6. iTunes should now attempt to get your device back to the manufacturer setting.
7. iTunes will later give you an opportunity to restore you content from the PC. Every time when you do a sync, iTunes makes a backup so you can choose the latest backup from the sync. -

Are you sure you have a 3GS and not a 3G? The 3G cannot be updated to iOS5. What version are you on now?... Settings > General > About > Version

It cannot be installed. It comes pre-installed on every iPhone 4S and later. Maybe it was disabled under Settings > General > Restrictions.

iOS 6 only added support for the 3rd generation iPad. It was always on the iPhone 4S. Then the same goes for your boss: Maybe disabled in restrictions, or maybe actually an iPhone 4. -

When I plug in my iPhone 5c, the screen randomly clicks on stuff.
When I plug in my phone to a charger, I can't use it. I can't click on anything because it randomly clicks on things on my screen. I have an iPhone 5c and this has been happening since I first got it at the beginning of March 2014
Have you tried a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears.
If that does not help, take it to an Apple store genius bar for examination by the techs. Make a reservation by clicking the link to Apple Retail Store at the bottom of this page, Genius bar upper right of the page that opens, Make a Reservation top center of the next page that opens. -

Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).
Tip 2 - If you're updating via wifi, place your iPad close to your router to preclude getting a corrupted download.

My iPhone 4S just turned off for no reason and won't turn back on?
My iPhone 4S just died for no apparent reason and now it will not turn back on. It was at about 90% battery at the time because I had just recently charged it so I don't think it died because of low battery. I have tried plugging it into outlets and computers/iTunes and nothing seems to work. I also can't do the trick involving holding down the power and home button because my power button has been jammed for over a year now. My iPhone is about 2 years old and I have never had this problem before. Earlier today it died for no reason but when I plugged it in, it turned on with no problem.
Is there anything I can do about this? Also, I am due for a phone upgrade in about 3 weeks. I was planning on getting the 5S. Is there any way that I would be able to get the upgrade several weeks early if my phone is broken?Hi there 203nancyc,

HI ive recently bought an iphone 4s, which has started switching itself off for no reason, the battery is fine and im shutting down all open apps ( a common battery drain - ive seen people complaining about the lack of battery whilst unaware that all their apps are still running).
