Iphone rebooting continously and gives error 1611 when trying to restore

its ma 1st post in this forum . m in deep trouble rgt now i dont know whts goin on with ma iphone it was workin all fine n suddenly one fine day it starts rebooting cont. showing the apple logo again n again. i tried restoring it in itunes....it goes all well till 'preparing iphone for restore'. then the iphone restarts itself and again flashes the screen as u get it in recovery mode....n the itunes returns the error message 1611.
i hve also tried it in dfu mode.....but the same error ( 1611 ) pops up n ma phone restarts n shows the screen as shown by a phone in recovery mode .
i hve tried all solutions given by apple in its support pages but to no avail .
is it something to do with battery as ma iphone is not even 1 month old ?...any help is highly appreciated.

So a few weeks back I encountered a problem with my G4 powerbook. The processor was running wide open, non-stop, draining battery life and overheating easily. I decided to try a complete hard-disk wipe and fresh install, thinking that I could restore from my TM backups. So I backed everything up and did the wipe, then chose the option to restore data from a TM backup. Everything went swimmingly, until I was about 25 minutes from completion and TM gave me an error message about a file not able to be transferred (movie file in iTunes) and it could not restore my data. Any ideas on what might be causing this? If I go back into my most current backup and delete the offending file, do you think that I might be able to get back to my usual system? Any and all help will be much appreciated, thank you!

I have a very similar problem with my mini-notebook model NB305.
I'm getting the same message and can't get past F2 or F12.
Bottom line; I ordered the recovery data from Toshiba on-line by model number ---not by type. They sent two DVDs. My unit doesn't have an optical drive.
First call to "John"---yes, you can copy the data to a thumb drive and use that.
Almost two hours of transferring --- the NB305 did not respond to the thumb drive.
Second call to "Paul". After some consultation on his part with someone else he told me that they don't make a thumbdrive (USB) recovery disk for my model, that's why I received two DVDs. ! I would have take it to a shop where they etc...
I haven't decided what to do next. Maybe purchase an external drive rather than take it to a repair shop where it will probably cost more than buying an inexpensive external drive.

Premiere Pro (and also Encore) stops rendering and gives error message when it encounters a clip containing the "RGB Color Corrector" in any clip. It will process clips without RGBCC, but will stop when it gets to one with RGBCC activavted. PP will render clips if other effects, such as "Fast Color Corrector", "Color Balance (HLS)", and "Three-Way Color Corrector" are selected. However, these do not have the capabilities that The other color correctors will not do what RGB color corrector does, so I need to have this working to finish a large product that is due to the client. Please help me..... I am not using the Creative Cloud version, and can't find either a download for the new update from 2013, or a phone number to talk to anyone.

Using a Win7 computer with 2.8 quad core processor, 24 gig of ram, Nvidia Quadro 5000 video card. Don't think I have any plugins. I looked at one a while back for cleaning up grainy video, but I am not sure I paid for that. Think I deleted it.
Incidentally, someone named Jim on another part of the forum mentioned that this problem has been fixed in the CC version of the program. I am using the non-CC version because I am 68 years old and only do seminars and documentation video. Don't need so many bells and whistles, and definitely don't need learning curves every few weeks. CS6.0.3 works fine for me. By the way, someone else said that maybe version 6.0.1 might work better and I should revert to that. Not sure if it is the version i have on the disk upgrade to 5.5 that I purchased in December.
As it stands now, I have 7.5 hours of a seminar that is ready to go out the door. If there is an upgrade I can get from Adobe, maybe you can tell me about it. If I have a setting incorrect in the video output format, maybe I can change that. So far it just happens with clips in my video that have RGB color correction.
