When I make or receive a call on the watch my iPhone 6 plus goes into a continuous reboot cycle. What's interesting is that the phone call stays connected while the apple logo keeps coming up on the phone, as if it's a very quick reboo

Nope. Mine pretty loud... like a speaker phone on iPhone (almost)!. Any plastic cover still there by chance on your watches that might be muffling the speaker?

iMessage has a setting that allows each device to select from which phone number (or email) alerts are received. I see no setting like this on the Apple Watch for watch-based communication...

Using More than One iDevice on the Same Computer
This applies mainly to couples who are adding another device and do not want their email, messages, etc. being duplicated on both devices. To begin read: How to use multiple iPhone, iPad, or iPod devices with one computer. You need to establish a separate Apple ID and password for whomever will use the new iDevice. See Apple - My Apple ID and Frequently asked questions about Apple ID. The easiest way is to do this on the computer using iTunes: iTunes- How to set up an Apple ID within iTunes.
On the computer create a new user account for the person with the new iDevice. This will be the user account that person will always use. He/She will no longer use the other user account. This way that person will have a separate iTunes Library. Note that once done you cannot "share" apps under a single Apple ID. Each of you must purchase your own apps under your own Apple ID. When you decide to split up like this one of you will need to re-purchase the apps that they want to use.
Start by transferring the new device(s) to a new account along with all your data. Save any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless they are already in the camera roll) by opening your Photos app, tap on Albums icon at the bottom. Now, tap on My Photo Stream album; tap Select; tap on the photos you want to select;, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow) in the lower left corner; then tap Save to Camera Roll.
If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep then you need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself. Later you can copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account.
Tap on Settings > iCloud > Delete Account (only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud; the person keeping the current account will not be affected,) provide the password to turn off Find My Phone and choose Keep on My iDevice when prompted. Sign in with a different Apple ID to create your new account. Choose Merge to upload your data.
Once you are on separate accounts, you can each go to icloud.com and delete the other person's data from your account.

No. No. And No.
You can 'ping' your phone and have it play a sound (even if it's muted) from the watch, but it must be in range... That's intended to help you locate it if it's nearby but you forgot where you put it, or it slipped behind a couch cushion or something.

iPhone apps not resuming after phone call - iOS 7 bug
With iOS 6, while playing music on Spotify or playing Candy Crush, etc, if the phone rang and I answered, or if I made a call, once the call was ended, the app I was using would resume. The music would start playing again or the game would resume.
In iOS 7 this isn't working. Listening to music, I answer a call, music stops and when call is ended, nothing! the phone stays on the phone app.

HT1688 iphone plays recent podcast after phone call. this is after recent update.

iphone reverts to last played podcast after making a phone call. I thought this was fixed by last update, but apparently not - is there a fix?

Exactly the same problem - iPhone 3GS 16G, updated it on Wednesday and has rebooted at varying times during calls. Went straight to the Apple store to be told to try a restore. There was a carrier update when I connected to iTunes about an hour ago, so I wondered if that would make a difference. I'm with O2.
Did some test calls to my dad, it was good fun trying to pad out a conversation knowing that we were both waiting for the phone to cut out!!
First reboot was after 7mins, then at 18mins 31 sec.
After this reboot I decided to make sure that the only app that was running was the phone app. Strangely, when the phone reboots itself, it doesn't close the apps that are multitasking, so when the phone has restarted they are still there.
I closed them all down and managed a 20min phone call with my dad, then he had to go out so we hung up.
After reading this forum I'm reluctant to restore my phone as it seems a lot of effort for no reward whatsoever!
Not impressed, Apple were my technology fave until this! Its worse than Microsoft's blue screen of death!

Apple Watch Phone App Low Volume

The sound coming out of my Apple Watch during a phone conversation is very low even though the slider is set to maximum. Is anyone else experiencing this ?

HELP with iphoto on Mac and iPhone 6 and Apple Watch

I just got done naming my iPhoto Events and I tried to put all the events on iCloud but this message came up in this pic so how do I share those events to myself or how do I get them on to my iCloud photos? So can I have all my event pictures on my iCloud Photos or on my iPhone and iPad? Because when I get my Apple Watch I want to be able to change to a different picture. Is there a way I can do that? Thank you for that but one question what is the (SSP) on number one?
1 - recreate the Shared Photo Stream (SSP) and ignore the warning about the format and/or size.
2 - view the SSP online with your browser.
3 - compare the number of photos in the SSP with the number in the album used to create the SSP. That will tell you how many are affected.
4 - compare the online SSP with what you see in the iPhoto album to try to determine which photos are missing from the SSP. Those will be the ones to check to see why they aren't compatible.

IPhone Reboot during iPod Playback

Any help? Several times while I was playing my music on my iPhone it has just rebooted on me. I was only playing music, was not using any of the other iPhone applications during the time of reboot. It has only done it during music playback.

Did you update the firmware recently?
If so, I'd recommend a complete restore.

I am having the same problem. Very disappointed. This happened with the beta 3 version and I uninstalled and reverted back to iOS6. This is a huge problem not just a minor big and a fix needs to be sent out ASAP. I assumed once I upgraded to final iOS7 release this would be fixed.
The problem is you don't get a missed notification and the only way you know if someone has called is if they live voicemail.
It's sporadic and a cause for headache due to missing important calls. Please assure us this will be fixed and how soon.

Help! iPhone reboots during FaceTime

Whenever I talk to someone using facetime, my iPhone reebots every 5-15 minutes. FaceTime crashes, goes black, then boots the apple logo. I tried to talk to facetime without video feed but my phone still reboots. Ive already restored my iphone but the results are the same. Im using iphone 4s and wifi during facetime. Does anybody else experience this? Is there any way for me to fix this without giving it back to the store where I bought it? Thanks guys.

That is correct. They have to be on the same Wi-Fi network.
This will also work if you have an iPad with iOS 8 or a newer Mac computer (i believe Bluetooth 4.1 LE is required) and Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite which is expected to be released October 2014.
You discovered what could be a usability bug. It would be better if there was a way to configure exactly which devices could receive these calls. Right now it appears to be one toggle to turn it on or off for all devices.

IPhone screen cuts out on phone calls

When I finish a call, the screen often goes black and I cannot get it back on. After a few minutes, it comes back on. Also, when I listen to a voice message, it goes black and I cannot delete the message. I have reset the iPhone, but it doesn't make any difference.

do not use the original iphone case because the location of the proximity sensor on orginal and iphone 3G is different.
so if you have bought the orgiginal iphone case, just ditch that and go buy a case made for iphone 3G.

Iphone Alarm Glitch - Again? Phone call 'END' freezing

I set my iphone 4 alarm every night before i go to sleep (so not reoccurring ) and I am certain that occasionally it does not go off. For instance, today i set an alarm at 7.20 and then one for 7.30 and neither went off! ( yes the setting was 'on' ). this has happened a couple of times ,perhaps once or twice a month. What is wrong with my phone?
Also sometimes at the end of phonecalls when i press end the phone freezes and i cant quite hang up immediately What can i do about this?

Both may be happening for the same reason - memory management errors or corrupt data/settings. When was the last time you shut down and restarted the phone?
Do the basic troubleshooting steps described in Appendix B of the iPhone User Guide as needed:

Reset
Restore with backup
Restore as new
