Where can I find an authorised iPhone repair shop in Indonesia?

I bought my iPhone 5s in a bundled package from Indonesia's largest carrier on 28 January 2014 at its Jakarta office and its still under warranty except for user mistake.
My iphone fell in a swimming pool in Bali and is now not working and am scared to plug it in again as people say it can blow up terminally so should get checked at repair shop. My mistake, but i want to pay an authorised apple service center and look at it to seek what can be done. Of course its at my cost.
Ido not want to bring it to any unqualified or untrained technician who could do potentially more damage
The carrier's branch in Bali said to go to the only major retailer who does repairs here but they refused me as they only repair the ones they sell directly.
Then I called the carrier head office in Jakarta and they referred me to the supplier/importer that they partnered with in the bundling of the package (included purchase of phone and one year mobile and internet service all paid for in up front lump sum payment.)
This company said they do repairs under warranty but only if the damage is not the fault of the user - so they could not try to repair it even though I offered to pay. They wont accept it. They said the only ones they look at are under warranty and they usually just replace them, not repair them. They said my only solution with them was to buy a new iPhone from them.
After calling around to many iPhone retail outlets, none offered repair services and referred me back to the same carrier who already said they could not help
I then called the pple support number listed under the apple support website - 001803657955 and a subsequent number given me on the call 0018030612009 and after following a few prompts got the message to call my carrier - back to square one.
Please, Please, Please tell me where I can put my Iphone to an authorised iPhone repair shop in Indonesia where they can inspect it professionally and either fix it or tell me its terminally dead. I am quite prepared to pay for this.
Apple, please tell me where to go.

There are different levels of damage according to how wet it gets. and some friends who got their iPhone wet were able to get it going again when they took it to Singapore.
THe he problem I have is that there is Zero Apple authorised repair service for ANY problem one has with an IPhone if it is not covered by warranty. You cannot pay to have service on and IPhone if it is not working for ANY reason if it is out of warranty period or if still under warranty but not working through fault of user. No matter how much you want to pay they won't open it up and check it out.
SO now there are some small businesses who see this gap in Apples service to customers and offer to repair services themselves. With wet IPhones I heard they mainly open it up and dry it out with alcohol. And sometimes this works. But none have received training from Apple so it's a cowboy business and results are uncertain.
imagine if an automobile brand refused to support paid repairs for motor vehicles out of warranty period.
the cost of a new IPhone 5s here is $950, and it seems the new IPhone 6 will be out in one month, so it seems crazy to buy a new IPhone 5 now.

Replace battery, replace dock. Then pray. Or essentially the same thing, transfer your iPhone Logic Board into another iPhone. Then pray. If Logic Board is recoverable these will get you to computer Desktop or iTunes so you can get your photos.

Spots on iPhone 5 glass

Hi,
There are little spots on the back of my iPhone 5 glass on the back when there are finger prints on it then they can be wiped away but they keep coming back. Any ideas on how to slove or clean this problem? I was thinking maybe the zagg foam? And i do not want to use any harsh chemicals? PLEASE HELP IT IS VERY ANNOYING!!!

Iphone 5c glass popping out

My wife has an iPhone 5c that is only one month old. The glass popped out of the case and when she tried to pop it back in the glass cracked. We took the phone to the local Apple store looking for assistance. There is clearly a defect with the phone, as it is new and has never been dropped, damaged, etc. I have always received great customer service from Apple but today was the exception. The Apple employee informed me there was nothing he could do and it would cost me $120 to repair the phone. I told them there was a defect with the phone, in fact the local AT&T store told me they have seen this problem with the 5c multiple times.
I spoke with the manager at the Apple store and explained the problem with the phone and told him that the cost to repair the phone was unreasonable, as the phone is defective and the repair cost is more than we paid for the phone. To add salt to my wound, the Apple employee tried popping the glass back in, he completely broke the glass, and made the phone completely useless. The manager's response was, "well it would have happened eventually."
Needless to say I am totally shocked by the horrible customer service I received.
Anyone else have this problem with the iPhone 5c and do you have any suggestions?

When did you purchase it? You get a year of hardware coverage unless they say it's accidental. Do you purchase apple care? I'd take it into an Apple store.

Loose iphone 5s glass on screen

I have had my iphone 5s a couple of weeks. Today I noticed a clicking sound on the right hand side of the glass on the front. The glass is loose and moves in and out upon applying normal pressure, which is really annoying. I have made an appointment for a few days time to get a new phone, what the guy in the Apple store on Covent Garden today referred to as a swap out. He admitted this is a well known issue now.
It's really disappointing that Apple quality has gone so far downhill. Like how is this passing quality control at Foxconn.
I think we are all being foxed and conned to tell you the truth.....

My 5S's lock button was rattling straight out of the box, in addition then the screen began to come loose and 'click' all down the right hand side of the screen, very very annoying! At the same time the lock button began to 'ghost click', where it would press itself, even when it would just be sitting on my bedside locker!
It's been away for a week or so now with Applecare (as there are no Apple stores in the Republic of Ireland)...
To add insult, they do not even appear to have fixed the thing... I've checked the status of the repair and they "could not duplicate issue"...
To say I am beginning to lose my faith with Apple is an understatement...

IPhone repair/replacement costs?

This is already my second iPhone 4S. I had bought one at 2 year contract price, and had pay another $200 to trade in for a this current refurbished phone. I had a pretty bad drop about a month ago shattering the back glass of my screen. Everything was working fine until I dropped it again. After the second drop, my phone reset and later I figured out my rear camera lens will NOT open. Other camera apps such as Camera+ and Instagram won't open the lens as well. Not only this, I can no longer hear through my earpiece speaker. I have to use speaker or earphones to hear through it. I went to a nearby Apple store to see how much it would cost. Individual repairs would add up to about $150, but since the iPhone 5 came out, would I be able to trade my phone in for $100 since that is the price of a 4S now?

This is problem with guy's like you...who only read it half, understand it even 1/4 of it....this is not about whether what they are offering is enough or not...its about policy morales of a company...the question was not if the cover they offer is adequate or not the question is why imbalance in what they offer....

It's happened! Yesterday I dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked! O2 won't do anything about it nor will Apple. The only thing Apple said they'll do is offer me a new iPhone for £199! It's not even worth that much so they can forget it!
Anyway, as far as I can tell everything works on it as I've done some tests and the touch screen still works so it's only the outer glass that is damaged. Although there are two fine black lines going down the screen so there may be some actual damage to the screen as well.
Question is...
- Does anyone know of anywhere I can get some quotes from on how much it'll cost to repair? Any trusted repair websites that deal with iPhones?

Hey all,
My fiance's iPhone screen has been cracked for sometime and I was considering replacing it. I saw tutorials all over the web on how to do it and it's not in warranty so voiding the warranty isn't an issue.
EBay has several kits for fairly cheap I just don't know which to get. Is there a way to tell if I need the glass, glass and digitizer, or glass digitizer and LCD? Her screen still displays and the touch still works it just has a spiderweb crack from when she dropped it. Thanks!

If you are attempting to replace the glass yourself, here are a couple of links. Read it first and decide if you want to give it a try. I haven't tried this step but I have found many useful answers relating to my iphone on ehow.com If you are not sure if it is the glass, glass and digitizer, or glass digitizer and LCD, then search around this site. There probably is something there to help you a bit more. Most decent trustworthy instructions seem to point to a repair shop of some kind.
