Iphone restore backup problem

Big problem here lads,
Today I transfered my purchases and synced my iphone to my itunes.
Then I installed the latest 4.3.3 software.
and when I went to restore it says it was last synced 24/11/2010
Is that it now, does that mean everything is gone?
I not only correctly synced today but i have been doing it on a regular basis since the date it is showing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i indeed came to a technical support forum requesting help and instead i got quizzed and how I was possibly able to do something.
We all know about jailbreaking and unlocking phones and indeed the "hazzards" of updating to the latest versions. And everyone also knows there are ways around doing things that apple have not"signed off" on.
Yes I have a problem which I do not know, and I admitedly I am very technical minded I am pretty **** sure that the software I have on my phone is not the issue nor would be revelant to go into exact detail on why and how I was able to do certain things.
Now please if you want to help by all means do because not only will you be helping me but certainly others who have the same problem now and in the future. However if all you want to do is be a smart *** well then your of benefit to know one.

So 4 days ago , i backed up my info and everything from my iPhone 4S to my computer on itunes , i bought a used iPhone 5 and now i wanna put back all my sutff that i have from my 4S onto my 5 but it wont even let me. Im really mad , it says that the software is too old because this iphone 5 is on iOS 7.1.4 and it wont let me get my stuff from 6.1.3 , if i made sense , can someone please help me !? i dont wanna lose my stuff. Like a notification pops up and says that you have to make this iphone as a new one and then i could do it but i cant . it doesnt let me . it wont appear on my Restore Backup List what should i do ? go to Apple and see if they can help me ?

iOS 7 has not been released except to developers, so if you are not a developer you have an illegally obtained copy of beta software that is quite buggy. You are out of luck; no one can help you here. If you ARE a developer you have information sources that can help you but this forum is not one of them.

Iphone 5 backup problem to i cloud

What causes my iphone to backup to the computer but not i cloud? I've tried deleting all the apps to see if there's an app causing it not to backup to icloud but it's still not working. Please help.

New iphone, restore backup failed with - An error occurred. How do I fix this?

Have tried to follow the transfer instructions but it does not seem to work.
Everytime I choose to restore a backup when I set up / activate the new iphone, it fails after some 10-12 seconds with the message that it could not restore because an error occurred.
It says nothing else about what the error is and I have to start the set up / activation all over.
So how so I solve this?
Other 'answers' says how to transfer, but it does not work for me and the answers I have found does not address this issue.

Search the error code in the support search and you should find something that will walk you through it, but without an error code it's a little hard to know what you're talking about

Go to edit and to prefrences and delete the old backups and try it worked for me

A question about iphone restore/backup?

Ok so I want to do a restore on my iphone, and at first I wanted to do a "rstore from backup" but it says that I do not h ave enough room to process that. So now the only way is to restore as new, and then manually select backup.
So, the question is, if I do restor as new, and then manully backup, Will my apps, music, photo, contacts, texts and everything/data I have on my iphone be backed up? So I won't loose any of these things I listed right? I just did a backup a few minutes ago, so it is the most recent backup.
Also, will my iphone SETTINGS be the same as I have now? because I don't want to readjust and set settings on my iphone again, to be more clear the settings I'm mentioning is like the brightness, oriental lock etc. Will those be set as factory settings or will it be the same as now? just wondering. If you are asking about backing up before restoring your phone, if you wish to do this on your computer rather than iCloud, connect your phone to your comptuer, open iTunes, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now, then go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. At the end of the restore process, choose restore from iTunes Backup and choose this backup to restore from. Your phone will look just as it does now when you're done.
Edit: Except that you may have to re-enter the passwords for your email accounts, etc.

Restoring backup problem to E65 after firmware upd...

Aha! At the very end of your second article was the following gem:
When FileVault 2 is enabled, Recovery HD does not appear in the Startup Manager (which is accessed by holding Option during startup)
I have never accessed Recovery HD using any other method, but now that I try the Command-R way, I find that the recovery HD is there after all.

Restoring backup problems with new hard drive

Recently had to replace my hard drive (OS X Tiger 10.4.10). I had backed up iLife, iTunes and documents using the Backup utility (saving to external hard drive) and iDisk, so thought all would be well. My new hard drive has the updated OS (Leopard 10.5.5) and I cannot work out how to retrieve my stuff.
The Time Machine application obviously has no memory of my backup plans, and 'Backup' doesn't seem to exist, so I can't follow the restore instructions on that application. I can see that iLife and iTunes have been backed up on my external hard drive - I just can't see how to put the contents back. I have re-installed iLife and the iTunes application is ready and waiting.
My iDisk is completely empty - which means something is wrong or I completely misunderstood the point of it...

If you post the exact model number of the Seagate drive, I'll give the jumper setting a look to see it there is a limitation on setting to "slave." I wasn't aware anyone was doing that.
As near as I can tell, the basic problem is that the first-gen 733 QuickSilver does not have support for "large hard drives." That means that 128G is the maximum it can deal with. You can use the 160G drive, however, by using Disk Utility to create a partition of under 128G, say 125G, leaving the rest of the drive unformatted. Then it should work. Select the partition format as Mac Extended HFS+ Journaled.
Your G4 is older than the ones that this forum covers, thus the difference in hard drive capacities and also how hard drives are jumpered. You may want to make friends with folks in the forums for older G4s here:

Iphone 5 backup problem

Bought new macbook pro on os x 10.8.4 trying to backup my iphone 5 with itunes.
Everytime i click on backup on this computer is starts but never finishes it gets to the end but still carrys on spining and saying backing up,iv left it for 2hours but still no good.
Iv tried restarting the computer but still no luck,any ideas

With the iPhone connected to the MacBook Pro, with iTunes open...
From the iTunes menu bar click Store > Authorize This Computer
Then try backing up your iPhone.

Restore backup problem??

I have a new Nokia C5. before c5 i use nokia 7210 supernova phone. I make a backup to my old 7210 supernova via Nokia PC suite now i Restore my Backup to my new C5 phone via OVI suite. Is It Posible i restore my backup via OVI suite which is made by Nokia PC suite?????

IPHONE picture backup PROBLEM!!!!!

I had about 300 pictures that I took on my iPHONE. The pics were set as portrait.
I just backed up the pictures onto my Powerbook G4 using iPHOTO.
When I re-synced the picture from iPHOTO back onto the iPHONE, most of them were turned into LANDSCAPE format and will not display properly.
They look correct in iPHOTO but not on the iPHONE.
Did I do something wrong? Can this be fixed? Thanks.

I'm sorry...YES, I, umm, turned the phone sideways. The picture proceeded to, once again, rotate, thus, NOT ALLOWING ME to view the pic correctly...This happens quite frequently with viewing the iPHONE pics, taken with the iPHONE.
Just wondering if there's some other way to backup and then sync...

IPhone- iPhoto backup problem

I continuously have about 12 photos that aren't identified by iPhoto as duplicates. They are always being imported into iPhoto when I import new photos. How can i fix this? Besides deleting them from my iPhone.

iMoive and iPhoto are not free apps. If you purchased them on your iPhone they should available to download again on your new iPhone.

Problem restoring Iphone 4 backup onto my new Iphone 5 with Itunes!

I just purchased a new Iphone 5, started it and in the configuration chose restore from itunes backup. The Iphone was connected to Itunes and the Iphone 4 backup restored onto my new phone, however only very few apps made it to the new Iphone 5! Any idea? Diskspace is the same on both phones and not full at all.
