Iphone's contact mix up with my yahoo mail's contact

I have done something wrong on my iPhone 4, now the phone contact (phone numbers) had erased all my Yahoo Mail's contacts (email address). What have I done wrong?

Two weeks ago, my Yahoo Mail address book had been hacked, so I changed my login password for my Yahoo Mail account by using my iPhone 4. (since I didn't bring my MacBook with me for that trip.) I am not sure if I have done anything wrong on my iPhone to make my Yahoo contact synchronize with my iPhone contacts.

Are you sharing the iPad? Is it authorized for the content from you both? Restore the iPad to the factory settings and only sync with your account.

Hi were you able to resolve yours?
I was very worried losing all my medical stuff on my iPad Air 2, plus i have nothing to use for the next day! So i have to try all the possible things i read on the internet!! And this worked on my part (Thank God, and thank you Google)
Perform a hard reboot
Hold down the Home button and Power button on your iPhone or iPad and keep holding them until you see the Apple logo. Once you do, you can let go. When your device boots back up, go ahead and check to see if the apps have started re-downloading. If they still appear to be stuck, continue on.

Hello: this is my first post,hope I am doing it properly.
I am using W7pro OS and ATT DSL 3.0Mbps dl
I noticed this week that I was unable to save attachments from my ATT Yahoo mail I could view them but no choice as to ware to save them--only choice (save to my comp.)But no ware to be found.
I reinstalled v 36.0.4-preventing auto upgrade-But still had same problem.
At this point contacted ATT support supervisor-we spent about 4hr working on problem--He was using your v 31.5.0--and had no problem accessing and saving attachments using remolt access on my comp.
We also found using my comp.FF v 36.0.4 & v 37.0.2 browser,that we could without any problems access an save attachments--AOL mail-- & mail2web.--& IE--Even when forwarding inaccessible mail to above sites.
He informed me that (ATT mail Yahoo)only uses resources to make them compatible with--Google IE & Chrome &Apple? (basically he was saying,that they would NOT commit resources to FF--any version)BUT he was not allowed to commit.
PS: The last time I know it worked ok was 3-18-15 I have 3 comp.2 wxp pro 1 w7 pro the same problem on all 3--so feel confident not OS related-but compatible problems with FF & yahoo mail.
The ATT support supervisor-was unable to determined the date they may have made changes on their site.without extensive research-which we decided wasn't worth the effort as they wouldn't look in to it.
I hope someone or FF will be able find a workaround-as I do not want to use the browsers they suggest. I LOVE FF.

Is your phone still signed in with your old iTues ID for iCloud (in Settings>iCloud)?

Hello, I have recently both linksys wireless router model number WRT54GC. Ever since I have put it I am having problems with my yahoo mail. I can enter the inbox, read the text of the message but I can not reply, forward, compose or download the attachment. When I take out the router everything works. Can anyone please help me, since there must be something wrong with the settings of the router... Thank you in advance!

Try to login from some other browser like firefox or opera. Try from some other computer. On router you can try settings MTU to 1350, and under security tab, try disabling block anonymous internet requests.

Mcafee site advisor add on caused problems with my yahoo mail..ahd to disable,but need the mcafee for security..what to do?

all of a sudden i had problems with my yahoo mail..messages and such would not load..tried everything..clearing cache,restart comp etc...nothing..then someone suggested i disable add ons..could only think of McAfee site adviser as the culprit..as soon as i changed that add on to "ask to activate" it seemed to get rid of the problem and i was able to see my messages..but i want the site adviser so how do i fix this problem??

I haven't heard about this conflict before. If your McAfee software is as up-to-date as possible, you might check their forums to see whether it is a known issue.
Meanwhile, since you mentioned Yahoo! mail... As you know, Yahoo has made lots of changes in its mail, including changing servers. While old bookmarks and home page addresses should be redirected to the correct server, this is not happening consistently.
To make sure you are using the latest server for your account, try accessing your mail through one of these pages:

Has anyone had issues with the Yahoo Mail app?

A couple of months ago, I noticed my battery draining quickly while I was at work (data, not wifi) and not long after that I received a notice that I had used 75% of my data in less than 2 weeks! My daughter and I share 10GB data and we rarely use more than 4GB total.
Called tech support, realized it was YAHOO MAIL draining my juice and data, Support suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app thinking maybe there was a glitch in updates causing it to constantly sync everything,. I uninstalled the app, waited until my billing cycle had ended and reinstalled it.
Same thing happened within days.

We definitely want you to be worry free when it comes to your data usage. The great thing is that we have narrowed it down to the Yahoo Mail application. Your device comes with a native email application. I would recommend removing the Yahoo Mail app and making use of the native email app to pull your emails. Yahoo mail is asking me to update to new Yahoo Mail and states that it is compatible with Firefox 3. Will I have a problem with Firefox 4?

IPhone 5 Can't connect to my Yahoo mail

Get error message saying "connect cannot connect to Yahoo server...Try later I have been trying for 24 hrs. Went to Apple store and someone else there having same problem....They took our phones and gave us new ones.....Same problem......They took a demo phone and used one of the store persons e-mail and there was no problem. My problem got solved (probably just a fluke)
When I first got the new phone I used the cloud to restore it and everything except the yahoo mail got restored.
Recently I CONNECTED DIRECTLY to my computer and to Itunes and synced. Magically my Yahoo e-mail came back.
As I said I don't know if it was a fluke but it is certainly worth a try

Just went to send an email to family members and am advised that I have no contacts!!! I probably had about 50 originally, so not an overwhelming number.
Sorry if this has been done to death but it was fine yesterday. Is it something to do with this migration malarkey??
I was using the older BT Yahoo rather than the newer BT Mail (I think).

Presumably you were using webmail to store your contacts or were you using an email client such as Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird.

If you are still on BTYahoo can you check that your account has not been compromised. Log on using this link and it will show your log on history. If there are any logons at places and times that were obviously not you it could be that your account has been compromised.
